i have a great story for you guys that should give some laughs. As some of you have read, I have been applying Transaderm 5 pumps a day at 2 to each shoulder and 1 on the sack in the morning. Well, my mother in law has been staying with us for a while due to some issue that the family is going through. So this morning I get up before anyone else and go to put on my Transaderm. I got done weighing in and grab my Transaderm and put a couple squirts on each shoulder and rub them in. I drop my boxers and squirt a dab on the boys, and just as I am standing there with the bottle of Transaderm in one hand and rubbing my balls with the other in the middle of the kitchen! I look up and my mother in law is staring at me as she had just got up ( alot earlier than usual). She didnt say a word and just turned around and went down the hall. Its been a weird uncomfortable silence between us today...lol
Anyways....Cardio today!!
45 minute session for a 600 cal burn
Treadmill for 30 minutes which was about 20 minutes of jogging at 6.2 MPH @ 5% incline and the other 10 minutes walking at 3.5 MPH @ 15% incline (400 cals). I followed that up with 15 minutes HIIT on the elliptical (200 cals)
Did some ab work after that with weighted pulldowns and some hanging leg raises
I'm extending the fast today a couple hours, and I'm about to break it here very soon. The fast breaker will be some chicken breast, salad, 1 cup cottage cheese, a banana, and 2 scoops of whey. Cals for the day should end up around 2k, but tonight I am going out for some drinks so there will be some beer cals that I'm not counting later on.
