I'm noticing a little today. See tonight's update :head:
Also, I've been leafing through a few of your logs and like your routine. I think I'll have a few questions once I look over your philosophy more thoroughly.

I'm noticing a hint of "steroid pump" today. Forearm vascularity is increased and overall upper body fullness is noticeable. Appetite is up a bit. I'm not changing my diet much, but I have been breaking up my meals so that I'm eating more frequently.
Sleep patterns have been erratic over the past few nights. That's a problem for me even when I'm not on anything, so I suppose that doesn't reveal anything for you guys.
Looking forward to tomorrow's lat workout. I plan on starting with a bit of cardio then at least 2 different pullup variations. If I'm outta juice at that point, I'll finish off with straight arm pulldowns or maybe a fun atypical 1 arm pulldown variation.
