No minimum (or maximum). You can take a cap with a meal that doesn't contain carbohydrates, but trust me when I say AnaBeta-01 works BEST WITH CARBOHYDRATES - and probably the more the better, LOL.

That's what I figured. Pretty much dosing it according to the bottle

1 cap pre workout w/ ~65g carb
1 cap post workout w/ ~65g carb
1 cap meal 3 w/ ~70g carb
1 cap meal 5 w/ ~60g carb

pretty stoked for tomorrow to come.

Some have noticed taking the preworkout dose without food is equally as effective as with food. So whatever works for you

ETA? I was looking through all the Glycobols, Slin-sanes, and bulk powders last night when I remembered this. I've tried almost all of them and haven't been real impressed. I am carb sensitive so maybe that hurts? IDK.

Early fall at the latest...we are shooting for mid/late summer.

The raws are very hard to source, and very limited, so with that being said the runs of AnaBeta will be limited as well

Yes 6 caps. I am down to about 4 days left. My review will be up soon comparing differences in the 4 or 6 dosages and the different combinations I took the caps in (with food or without) with each explaining what I experienced (both felt different with food and without).
