Never Listen to Milas about RecoverPro

It can be manifested by perfectionism, such as an inane insistence upon getting all the minutia correctly. It is most often characterized as either "cleaners" or "checkers". Checkers get an idea stuck in their head such as "Did lock the door? I know I did. But what if I am wrong? Then someone could break in and murder my wife and kids...................." All this cognition creates ever intensifying anxiety that compels the victim to finally give in and check the door, only for the obsessive thought of "Did I lock the door?" return. (the obsession). Cleaners are people who suffer from the same cycle but it is more related to cleaning and or germ phobia. Many, but not all OCD peope can be Perfectionist. Some insist on "A place for everything and everything in it's place" and any kind of deviation from that standard becomes intensely uncomfortable to them. Then there are the really wacked out one's who develop ritualistic behaviors, say counting by two's for fear that if the stop, something terrible is bound to happen. I once read of a man who insisted that if he failed to use 2 matches at a time, a plane would fall from the sky and hundreds die in a fiery ball of flame.

Gee...and I was the verbose one lol

Thinking about adding N2Slin back in sometime this week. Weight still isn't going anywhere, but I've been upping cals and it's stuck around, so I'm curious if toying with glucose/insulin will do anything. I'm thinking about picking up a glucometer to track the difference of using N2Slin or not. For my postworkout shakes, I've been hitting 110g carbs / 50g protein.

Now this may very well be the ambien talking but I like you bromos : ) You're all good guys in my book! Thanks for being you = )

I take them pretty rarely just when I have to go to bed for army shít in the morning... And if you're talking about the same study I read it was done on not healthy individuals.

I've been on the same script for 6 months now lol

Plus it's 86° in my apartment right now with the AC @ 72... It's going to be a hot mother this year. It was like 115 here.

Yeah; one shake. 2 scoops of MF dextrose (80g) and 3 scoops W2BM (33g carbs; 52g pro).

I monitored carbs much more closely before, too. I've done keto and did the hCG diet for 2 weeks, too. Since I can't lose no matter what I do, I figured I might as well start taking carbs in to gain more strength/muscle.
