lol I mean I've never heard about it. Natty mentioned it somewhere, but I've never seen it mentioned. I used the fruit punch MBCAA that I won a while back, but I didn't see any mention of electrolytes on the label.

lol wow
I have the empty tub stashed away and just went and looked at it and sure enough, it's there. No idea how I overlooked that, before. I assume it's because I was looking for the electrolytes listed out, but it does say "electrolyte blend" on the nutritional panel, too.
I guess I just wasn't being very observant.

Agreed!

Jerry Sandusky was the brains behind Cedar Point amusement park located in Sandusky, Ohio.
I definitely should not have known that.
The only Jerry's I know are Springer and that from Tom and Jerry.

Flex, in his uniquely sociopathic opportunism is playing you. Jerry Sandusky was a Penn State Assistant Football coach who set up a charity for at risk youth so he could get access to little boys and sodomize them in the showers, etc.
PS: You're sentence structure is so damn proper it is highly suggestive of ocd tendencies with a penchant for being pendatic. (Thanks D2)
CC, you always eat good lol.

I am not very intelligent on psychology and behavioural habits (outside of the exercise world).
Is OCD similar to perfectionism in terms of character traits? I tend to get obsessive about things and have always been a perfectionist but I have never been diagnosed with OCD. I was always one of those kids who would do a piece of art work for a couple of hours and throw it away if I didn't like it.
I also wrote a fitness ebook and didn't publish it because I wasn't 100% happy.

I want to read the book Ben. Even if you don't love me anymore.

I realize that, and I've been surfing the forum to find a deserving person. Someone who's gave solid info and seems to be a standup guy. I'll report who I pick when I decide!

Bdcc already has those out... I don't think it's released as an ebook though![]()

OCD isn't perfectionism either. I do suffer from OCD, I wouldn't call me a perfectionist either. ;-)
