Chest and Triceps Today. Gym was absolutely packed...bunch of Crossfit F*gs. Workout was on the fly with whatever bench I could get.
Flat DB Bench-55*15, 60*16, 70*12...Stabilizers engaging, felt really strong here. Following Kleen's advice, don't want to f*ck up the Tendons. Endurance, pump and strength is up.
Flat DB Flyes-25*12, 27.5*12, 30*12. Damn these got harder on the last 2 reps but I'm pumping out 12 on these. Impressed for as long as I've been out. Numbers will come.
Incline DB Press-55*14, 65*12, 85*10. Incline has always been my strong point. Felt incredible on this.
Skullz-50*12, 60*12, 60*10. Perfect form, tri's were fuggin HYUUUGGGGGGEE.
Cable pushdowns-30*12, 42.5*12, 45*4+6...15 second rest on that last one, tri's were pumped.
Pushups tonight to failure before bed.
Cardio was 15% incline at 3.7, switching up to 7.5 speed for about 1.5 miles.
Thoughts on TPro: Strength is definitely up, libido is bonkers. Those extra reps don't tell the whole story, I wanted to do MORE!!!!!!!!!
I almost ripped this dude's head off at the gym today. Some big 275 pound jacked dude was baiting me to go higher on weight and just pissing me off. He comments, "how did you get your size lifting those puny weights?"....I let him just talk bt he decides to take every weight in the damn place and just leave it on benches, near cables he is using!! Friggin ridiculous! We almost got into it, but I cooled off and just kept pressing.
