Back and Biceps
Deadlift-135*10, 185*10, 205*4+6+2, 225*10, 135*22...Felt ridiculously light headed on the 205, said f*ck it and racked up 225. Finished with 135 till failure, fetal position for 7 seconds then got up for next exercise :lol:. Banged it out without effort, felt light as sin.
BB bicep curls-50*10, 60*10, 75*10+3+1...I was surprised on these. Finished with 40*20, 30 *30 and 20 *40. Strength is def UP, biceps fried.
Seated row-135*10+10+10....went 10 per on each arm contracting lat and engaging bicep, then finished with both hands rowing. 155*10, 145*9 Shoulder told me to stop :sad:
Bicep curl-35*10, 40*10, 35*8, 25*20...lovin the pump.
Front pulldowns-150*10, 160*10, 165*10....lower weight than last week but added 2 reps.
Pullups before bed- planning on 3 sets of 20...we'll see how far I get.
Cardio was 4 miles at 10-15 incline alternating with some sprints for about 25 min.
Dinner is string beans, carrots and some garlic chicken...I went a little overboard on the garlic but it's yummy. Threw in some red onions also.
I've had one hectic week...just when you think I should take a break Testopro gives me that drive to go to the gym. It's making me obsessed, more obsessed than I've ever been. Hunger is up; I've got some High Protein Cookies from AI that I've been making to curb the hunger along with some LG Lipotrophic protein bars I made.
The flush from my refeed has gone well, the last 3 days were all under 115g of carbs and it was HELL! Yesterday I crashed after work on the bed with my son until the wife came home. Swam for about an hour or so in the morning.
I've been meaning to try out Motivate but I've been like a robot that even if I need a boost I'm just pushing through it. I'll try it out soon enough, I've got these samples just staring at me :food:
