Looking great LTL! Your weight loss appears to have been nothing more than fat and glycogen and a little water bro. You appear to be retaining all your muscle from when you were heavier. You are looking very good and lean my friend. I gotta say I'm starting to get jealous of all you guys getting ripped. I've kinda been going the other way, and after the weekend I had I feel and look like a cow in my mind. My shredding doesn't start for another 3 weeks, so I need to be careful to minimize damage.

Not that youre tiny by any means, but he's right. Toss some quality mass in the mix and youll be freak status. Youre already a mini rickrock with youre definition. I wish i could get that peeled. Keep killin' it dude.

Your Last back shot is the best and your 2nd to last double bicep pose is the best, the rest are pretty much the same (as in it doesn't matter which you pick). Way to stay/get lean as Fugg!!!

Thanks RR, had an incredible pump and really concentrated on using perfect form with good pauses to get the most out of the session. I've really been tightening up my form on my lifts all the way around lately. Not worrying if I go a little lighter weight to make sure I get it right.

Stop that right now! Eat and, do your cardio as planned. You didn't lose any muscle in 30 hours. Maybe glycogen but do the cardio, get leaner if you wanna win this. Oh man that would be sick!! I have a feeling you and I would push each other like crazy to get to the best possible outcome. This has been amazing and all the guys have been crazy. With the mentality I had coming into this I was going to demolish this cycle either way but they definitely gave me that extra nudge. I'm afraid my next "transformation" may not be too fair for anyone to challenge me on though.... If you catch my drift.... AWE SH1T! And yes this smack talk was intended to push a few candidates to bring it for the next one!!! :)

Yea, I'm done cycling for a while though.... This is going to be an extensive pct with a few good natty runs. Including the whole Purus line... ;-) Then I'm thinking an osta run to keep me going followed by the bulk of all bulks this fall!

I just let you know that you were not too skinny or a twig and getting leaner is what will win this for you in the end. I just don't see you putting on more than another pound or so of lean muscle without eating for bulking is what I am saying. Doing your cardio will get you leaner while eating correctly will fill you back out from the illness.

That wasn't the comment that I was referring too. You said something like "You did not lose muscle in 30 hours" or whatever. That was when I replied that I wasn't saying I lost muscle. The other thing is I'm not going to bulk up big time just going to fill up a bit more being I lost all that water/carb weight. Everything will work itself out bro, I know my body now and the way to tweak it. ;-)

I will be starting pct this Friday. Don't worry I will not be dropping out of the contest guys. I just feel my body is ready for PCT at this time. My stomach still aches ever since the illness and the pains in my sides are still present. If they don't quit before too long I may have to get that checked out. Seven weeks of orals is where I'll cut the run. This weekend is my birthday and I may get a little crazy up in Detroit so the last thing I need is a bunch of hdrol pounding at my liver. Pics will still be taken and the contest isn't over til its over.

I do have a question: I have never done a full out deload week. Kleen could you explain to me exactly how I would go about it to make sure I'm not messing up the any progress that I've made? Any tips are appreciated, I want to make sure I don't do this PCT wrong.

Rest day today. Took the day off the gym and went with the family down to the pool. It was really nice out and I wanted to try and get some sun and relax. Ended up doing laps though for about 15 mins and swimming around with my son for about another half hour so I definitely got some cardio in. I can tell it worked because my arms are pretty sore.

So pumped for this weekend. Every year on my bday weekend we have a great time. I always have a pool party on Saturday and we head up to the casinos in Detroit for a couple day's on Sunday. This weekend is going to be legendary! With how hard I have been working in the gym and how many hours I've been putting in at work this is exactly what I need. I took Monday and Tuesday off from work to make it a full four day weekend. PUMPED!

I don't kno how to swim either bro...I need to come over so I can learn as well lol...that's good bro you and your son had good time...you are a good father!!! Can't wait to have my own kids...I love kids it just I'm not ready yet...
