Thanks guys, concentrated heavily on chest and back this week and I think it did some good in my overall build. Hoping I can hold onto 170 through the rest of the cycle and concentrate on recomping here on out.
You can see the improvement in back/chest! Great work man you are leaving a murder scene!

Upped my calories this week in an attempt to add a little size. Not sure it helped any but by Tuesday I will go back to my original calorie count and cut back on the carbs again. Didn't look too bad in these pics just lost some definition in the abs.
Nahhh... your abs are there, just like when I REP'd you, there is a better way to flex your abs when also spreading out the lats!

I was happy to have a weight increase so late in my cycle.

Just a few notes on how everything is going and what I'm noticing. As I've mentioned I have allowed my carb intake to rise the last few weeks, mainly clean but also a few cheat meals in there as well. What is the result? It seems nothing but good things! Ab definition is there, in some lights I'm even noticing more definition In my lower two, looking beastly as Fock,0 minimal bloat and a surplus of energy, not too mention an even more vascular appearance! I'm shocked! This is he first cycle where I included cardio and daily ab work so I think that has really done wonders for me but have to also say I think 5aohp is a very legitimate product from the results in seeing! The energy he carbs is giving me is amazing because lethargy has been pretty bad this cycle. Hope this keeps up! I also am noticing a good size increase in my chest too, I think a bit of this has been from throwing incline presses in on my shoulder day to give a little more volume. Not entirely sure if that is why but I like it!

Great update bro!!! Yea cardio and abs is must do everyday of you wanna keep you six pack...I go to gym 5days a week and always do cardio and abs...I'm thinking to up my cardio to 40mins....with cardio you kno how much stamina you have and cardio is good keeps you healthy and stuff plus take out extra fat from ur body...keep up the good work my brother!!! It's time for you to visit BEACH lol...I'm gonna join you soon lol

Could be the incline presses but it could also be that you gained 8 lbs... That and to be honest the biggest thing that will make you upper pecs stand out is getting leaner which you have done for sure.

Definitely bro, I think tightening up has improved my chest definition greatly. I was just surprised at the size that I'm gaining on it. I love that the added weight is coming with such little bloat/fat.

Off day today, as I mentioned yesterday I have to be at work for 12 hours so I figured I'd skip the gym and let my body rest. I can't believe how sore I still am from my shoulder workout the other day! I love that feeling because after being in the gym for years straight I rarely get REALLY sore like I am today. Tells me I did something right! ;-)

Weight still going up :) very pleased with that. The carb up treated me well! I told you guys hdrol was where its at for me! I'm not sure how that happens with me but sdrol doesn't effect me quite like hdrol. I love this sh1t! I may even up the dose a bit for next week but in doing so I will have to pick up another bottle. Anyone know of a truly good clone I can go with? Was looking into Halo-25 by LGI, saw some good reviews. I'm not sure about this though, I really wanted to be done cycling by the weekend of the 17th because that is my bday and I wanted to do my normal drinking for the weekend as we always celebrate by staying up at the casino's in Detroit for the weekend! It's going to be sad if I can't do anything!!! We will see how it all plays out.

Chest tomorrow! Ready to light that motha focker up!

Definitely and your chest looks much bigger with your arms not pinned back with your hands on your hips. Although I know it makes the abs look better. :)

IronMag Labs has Halo Extreme VERY GOOD COMPANY, it also has some other anabolic compound in it. There are several others but for a sure fire win on quality IML is hard to beat.

Yea I definitely agree! Trade one for the other by changing that stance! Funny part is my girl has always loved how large my chest is, even when I was considerable smaller she loves my man cleavage lol. Yet in pics I have never been able to emphasis the size of my chest, that new pose really helps to get the point across! Will look into IML halo. Not sure I want another compound added at this point though!! lol

Edit: after reading about that stuff maybe that would be nice to add! Anavar is what the other compound is compared to and results are seen in 3-5 days....

The anabolic compound is a natural compound not anything you need to worry yourself over.

There is also this one Anabolic Technologies Xtreme H-50 60 caps 50mg per cap. Has some support stuff in it too.

Put one arm at your side with a 45 degree bend at your elbow, bring your other arm around and try push your wrist down and flex your bicep keeping the 45 angle, then puff out and flex your chest. Really emphasizes your chest and it make it look huuge!

When you do this pose you want to elevate your rib cage by standing up straight with a slight arch to your back it makes your chest look much thicker and makes the upper pecs stand out more.

Alright guys seems I've hit a wall... Not sure how this will play out. When I got home I was hit by a crazy flu out of nowhere. I have been hurling every 20 mins for the last 9 hours or so. Joints are so stiff that when I had nothing left and was dry heaving I tweaked muscles all over the focking place. I literally haven't had the stomach flu in about 13 years so this is really odd. Not hitting the gym today and it feels like I've dropped like 4 lbs just from hurling... Not good...

Recently got sick from some crab cakes bro just lasted a day and the next day I was super lean...bye bye water weight bro always look positive and get better man

Hope you are feeling better, there have been a lot of stomach issues floating around lately. I bet even more coming up with the BBQ season upon us.

Thanks Kleen, feeling a little better finally, still have a killer headache though. Not much food in a few days and this will be the third day out of the gym. Started up Hdrol again and will get back in the gym tomorrow.

I knew throwing up would help with the leanness lol nice man happy it was only a 24hr bug keep at it and I think you got this in the bag

Yeah your body doesn't actually start being catabolic toward muscle mass until after the 36 hour mark of fasting and a lot of times closer to 48. ADF or Alternate Day Fasting is typically a 30-36 hour fast followed by a 12-16 hour feed the following day. Some of them have about 50-75 grams of protein before bed the night of the fast but 30-36 hours is pretty typical. Don't sweat it at all. Now the only thing that could have caused catabolism in your situation would be a spike in cortisol from the stress of being ill but even that shouldn't have done any noticeable damage to your muscle in that short period of time.

Man you probably needed this sickness to beat me this week. ;) (obligatory smack talk)

I am leaning up fast right now. I went from "almost" seeing a vein in my lower abdomen to seeing a few veins pretty easily this week.

Chest/tris. Expected some weight loss but the weigh in really had me pissed. This flu couldn't have happened at a worse time. Really felt weak and still wasn't 100 percent today. Stuck mainly with hammer strength machines today, didn't want to get injured with free weight as I was trying to ease back into everything.
