Day 32

Weight unknown

Unplanned rest day. I guess going to the gym and working so damn much really wore me out because I slept through two alarms and slept a total of 11 hours straight! LMAO Do I feel rested? No I was all pissed off that my girl didn't wake me up so I could go to the gym! I'm a bit of an a$$hole when I wake up. I do have to note that the diet increase definitely helped this week. I have dropped mdrol and still am up in weight and when I woke up after my major rest fest today I could actually fully make out my six pack and even see more definition on my lower two for the 8 pack! That is focking exciting being as I've been eating like a mad man! May go in for chest in the morning to make up for not going to the gym today, although it will still be my day 32 so I'm thinking that I'll just take a full out legitimate day off and allow my body to grow. I need it I think!

Rest days= cardio days for me

I usually only get this way when cycling, but the results have been incredible the way I'm doing it so i dont want to Fock up my progress.. I'm having one of my first true Deload weeks following this cycle so I'll rest soon enough! Over training is a weakness of mine.

Yeah, it looks like you should keep doing what you're doing. You've come a long way from where you started with the last log (especially with this run). As for rest days, I'm not a big fan either. I might add in some cardio so I don't feel as lazy on "off days".

Thanks man! Yea that's exactly how I feel on rest days. It's odd now that I started cardio on rest days I even feel like I get a good pump, that's one thing I always miss when I take a day off. Feeling small and no pump will Fock with your head.

Ok guys I have a weird question...

I'm noticing a very weird lump or mass just under my left pec when I flex. It's actually under both now that I check but the one under my left pec is really bad. I don't think it's gyno but it is Weirding me out. In a google search people are saying that it could just be the way the muscle is attached from chest to ribcage? It's mainly noticeable when flexed though. Any input?

Go to the health food store or *** or something and get some P-5-P you may be sensitive to prolactin induced gyno from the SD. That and some type of mucana pruriens containing product. If it continues to get worse get some caber or something. It definitely is not estro related gyno you shouldn't have much estro running around about now. Also try shooting a pic of it so we can see what you are referring to.

Honestly I think it's a muscle as it moves substantially when I flex and it's located more across my upper ribcage. Will try to get a pic.

If its muscle it would be somewhat symmetrical with both sides of your chest. I second what Kleen said. Definitely something to nit take lightly. Did this just pop up or has it been there?

You can kind of see it on my pics from this last week. Its where my upper ab meets my pecs. I don't think its anything to worry about at this point but yes I agree I need to be cautious.

I think I see what you mean and it is just that you are deformed... ;)

No it looks like either your serratus or just where your pectoralis minor is starting to show. Could just be connected a little lower or further out on the rib. We all have a little bit different insertion points and what not. I don't see anything that looks like gyno in your last pic and with your shoulders held so far back with as lean as you are I would imagine a lump would be visible. Still keep an eye on it but if that is what you are referring to then it is just another cut to add to your definition scrap book.

LoL... calm down Nancy-Boys, LTL's serratus anteriors look fine, only being ultra critical, which is why I would not give him the vote for physique is he needs to work on his lats more or flex them more when he poses if they are there. Not being a dick, just being super critical like a judge would be if he were on stage, but his transformation was the best this week for sure, I would still give Kleen my vote for physique!

Anything is possible with proper diet, training and dedication. Hopefully this thread will do more then be just another log... If I can inspire at least ONE "little guy" to get the body he wants, then this is a win for me!

Yep, that pic in January was the after math of a 2 year straight bulk. I got up to 180 in weight and then did that c20 cut. I'm not upset with how I was then because the bulk was very successful! The way I see it I was 143 lbs in that first pic. I'm now 171 and Lower body fat so about 30+ lbs of change! I'll take it!

Yep, just saying you look great, but as anyone can attest, the right pose, the right lighting, shaven vs. un-shaved all things that can make a huge difference, and I think if you showed some lats, it would work in your favor. I mean we all do it, just play around and pose in the mirror, different lighting, different angles and find what works best for you, absolutely not knocking you, just trying to help you show-case what you have done with your body (which is nothing short of amazing)!

Go light. Dont think of it as an ego contest. Work in some rack deads and do half reps from the ground to your knees to get the range of motion at each part of the exercise. Its oddly a fairly complicated lift due to the full body nature of it. Practice practice practice until your comfortable with it and then move up weight. Even light reps are beneficial and since your on sd and hd right now i wouldn't recommend going all out anyways due to back pumps.

Felt like sh1t today especially after deads. Just can't get back into them after I messed up my back a little while back doing them. May just wait til after this cycle to get them back in. Holding some water and may be a bit soft for pics this week but I planned on it as I'm trying to add a few more lbs of lean mass by the end of the cycle.

Hence why I stopped where I did... I'm not going to do it wrong will just wait til I have more time to work on form. I gave it everything today just felt my form slipping so stopped immediately. I have a history of back issues so the slightest of slip even if it wouldn't effect most really hits me hard.

I discovered just this week that I've had a hip misalignment since football in 2010 (last year of college ball) and I was wondering why I couldn't break Into the 300s while in my twenties after pulling in the low 400s at age 17.. Form, my body couldn't do it. Hopefully they can fix my hips now.. The pain has become daily and unbearable over the past two years.

Upped my calories this week in an attempt to add a little size. Not sure it helped any but by Tuesday I will go back to my original calorie count and cut back on the carbs again. Didn't look too bad in these pics just lost some definition in the abs.
