I'm 22yrs old bro...yea I'm not ready for a kid...maybe in 4 or 5yrs...I love kids a lot...I just don't wanna bring someone in this world when I can't give him enough love and happiness...rite now I'm focusing on making money and getting a career so my kids can have better future...I wanna give them everything that I nvr got as a child....and yes there's lots of good dads here and i can tell you one of them :)

Unfortunately not everyone thinks like us and they bring children into this world for the wrong reasons, or without realizing that it is a LIFE-LONG commitment/investment, not that there is anything wrong with that, but know before you make such a decision. It is part of the reason why my current wife (not my baby Momma) and I are currently going through a divorce, she wants Kids "RIGHT NOW!!!" and I want to wait until I finish Nursing School and am more financially stable and have both the time and money to invest in having a child and raising him/her the way they deserve to be raised!

Unfortunately not everyone thinks like us and they bring children into this world for the wrong reasons, or without realizing that it is a LIFE-LONG commitment/investment, not that there is anything wrong with that, but know before you make such a decision. Incredible improvement Bro... I'm going to do the same with my next set of picts (Day 1 & Current side by side). You gotta be loving it when you go to the pool and take your shirt off, right? I mean when I take my shirt off at the pool everyone is looking and I think you are a hair leaner than me, just a hair mind you! Anyway, my point is that is all the reward and motivation I need to continue this and get as ripped as possible, feels so good to look your best!!!

Day 49

Very sad day but I'm ready to start this transition. Morning dosages:

Nolva 40mg
PCT assist 2 caps
Took 1 cap intimidate before bed last night
RV2 2 caps

Got a lot of sun at the pool party and did some drinking. Had a great time and caught up with a lot of friends and family. We ended up going to the new casino here in Toledo and I won 250 on a nickel machine. ;-) May be a sign of how today will go at greektown... :)

My diet actually didn't get out of control at all last night. I will probably keep it pretty clean today except some bday cake at dinner I imagine. Going to have a nice night of poker and drinks and will be back tomorrow to get back on track with training. Still not sure how I'm going to lift this week, thinking I should do a deload maybe run 75 percent of the weight I normally do? Then I will get back to crushing the heavy weights by Saturday or Sunday of next week. Abs and cardio will stay constant but my calories will be slightly upped to try and preserve any gains.

Short update before we head out! Happy fathers day to all you dads out there.

Good to see your enjoying yourself man! Typically a deload is less than half of what you normally lift. You shouldn't get much of a pump and you definitely shouldnt be sore in the days following. In saying that it's a good idea to do a deload on the first week of pct.

FWIW- a deload should be run at 50-60%.

75% is still training.. Consider it half assing or having an off day.. A true deload should be very light.. Just enough to get the blood pumping.. So ive been toldand read!

I will also note that I recently took a week off from all training- came back after a full 7 days off and started with deads after a 3 mile hiit run.. I busted past my previous 3 RM by 10 pounds.. Was crazy, and easy! Something to consider, don't think a few days or week of nothing will lose gains, in fact it could really help them .. One step back, 3 steps forward mentality

Well I'm very sorry I missed that lol. I would even say drop to a 3 day or every other day split Of full body stuff. That's the majority of advice I saw--> 1 ex per part, 2-3 sets of 10 , m/w/f , abs once if you'd like.

Playing devils advocate tho- since you just stopped your cycle.. U may wanna keep pushing through to try and maintain what u gained while on.. At least for a full week try to replicate naturally what u did while on , ya know? Hopefully others will

There should be some resisual effect from the cycle so early PCT should go without missing a hitch, you will be tempted to slow things down as you get into the second and 3rd week but try and force it a bit, eventually the deload has to come though.

Looking great! Deload should be done first week of pct or not during it at all. Second week you will want to be pushing again before corrosion rises. Also get an anticort. Product if you don't have one for pct.

Thank you and everyone for the advice. This is how I will be doing it, deload first week and back to normal training second week. What would you suggest for anti cort?

Alright quick update

As mentioned I did a lot of celebrating and partying this weekend for my birthday. I'm back home now and relaxing with a bit of a hangover lol. I consumed entirely to much alcohol over the weekend and I'm very happy that I made the decision to end the cycle when I did because my liver probably hates me! No gym today or yesterday but I will go in tomorrow to get a quick workout in. The weekend definitely took a bit of a toll on my abs and tone but I'm confident it will be right back by the weekend. ;-)

I also will not be updating this log as often or as detailed now that I'm in PCT but I will do my best.

I am definitely ready for this bad boy to be over. Well more this run than the process of leaning up. I am tired of taking 30 pills a day. I can't wait to go back to a vitamin, creatine, and a few other things instead of the chaotic pill schedule for this. Just a few more days and I am going to have a huge carb up, and go back to the way I was dieting until about 2 weeks ago, that will continue to lean me up without having to be too strict.

I know what you mean about pill timing and dosing being a pain. You really have to devote a lot of thought into scheduling and supplementing. I will enjoy not being on and just building off natty potential for a while.

Thanks bro! I try to stay positive and push others to reach there potential! We all have it in us, even if we feel rundown and crappy on days we can push through and make the most of it. I don't know how many times this methyl heavy cycle had me lethargic and unmotivated pre gym and I come in here and get a boost from all the good people this place has. I owe something to everyone that has followed and helped me through this! Now I'm ready to continue this transformation for years to come and reach the potential I feel I have in me! Lets get it!!!

Day three of pct and I'm up 1.5 lbs and still looking lean an mean! Calories have been elevated and pretty clean though so recovery should go as planned! I'm hating this training approach though! I just want to crush the big weights!!!
