I'm 22yrs old bro...yea I'm not ready for a kid...maybe in 4 or 5yrs...I love kids a lot...I just don't wanna bring someone in this world when I can't give him enough love and happiness...rite now I'm focusing on making money and getting a career so my kids can have better future...I wanna give them everything that I nvr got as a child....and yes there's lots of good dads here and i can tell you one of them![]()

ScottyDoc said:That is extremely intelligent thinking my friend, I could not agree with you more! Unfortunately not everyone thinks like us and they bring children into this world for the wrong reasons, or without realizing that it is a LIFE-LONG commitment/investment, not that there is anything wrong with that, but know before you make such a decision. It is part of the reason why my current wife (not my baby Momma) and I are currently going through a divorce, she wants Kids "RIGHT NOW!!!" and I want to wait until I finish Nursing School and am more financially stable and have both the time and money to invest in having a child and raising him/her the way they deserve to be raised!
Sorry to hear that you going thur divorce bro..I kno how stress that can be...you doing the right thing bro...finish your school have a career then have a kid...those are dumb and stupid pplz who want kids and don't have time for them to explain what's right and what's wrong...that's why these days kids like 10yrs old doing drugs or selling drugs...shooting, killings and doing all kind of things coz there parents are not there to tell them...and I don't want to be that kind of parent/dad...

ScottyDoc said:Incredible improvement Bro... I'm going to do the same with my next set of picts (Day 1 & Current side by side). You gotta be loving it when you go to the pool and take your shirt off, right? I mean when I take my shirt off at the pool everyone is looking and I think you are a hair leaner than me, just a hair mind you! Anyway, my point is that is all the reward and motivation I need to continue this and get as ripped as possible, feels so good to look your best!!!

Very sad day but I'm ready to start this transition. Morning dosages:
Nolva 40mg
PCT assist 2 caps
Took 1 cap intimidate before bed last night
RV2 2 caps
Got a lot of sun at the pool party and did some drinking. Had a great time and caught up with a lot of friends and family. We ended up going to the new casino here in Toledo and I won 250 on a nickel machine. ;-) May be a sign of how today will go at greektown...
My diet actually didn't get out of control at all last night. I will probably keep it pretty clean today except some bday cake at dinner I imagine. Going to have a nice night of poker and drinks and will be back tomorrow to get back on track with training. Still not sure how I'm going to lift this week, thinking I should do a deload maybe run 75 percent of the weight I normally do? Then I will get back to crushing the heavy weights by Saturday or Sunday of next week. Abs and cardio will stay constant but my calories will be slightly upped to try and preserve any gains.
Short update before we head out! Happy fathers day to all you dads out there.

LiveToLift said:Sounds good I'll go in and push for 50 then. I've never and I mean never done any reload or week off so the advice was needed. Hence why a week ago I asked what people thought I should go with. I got no answer then though...
chedapalooza said:Playing devils advocate tho- since you just stopped your cycle.. U may wanna keep pushing through to try and maintain what u gained while on.. At least for a full week try to replicate naturally what u did while on , ya know? Hopefully others will
Chime in
Ive done that a once, ive also gone very light, and full bore like i was on cycle. Imo theres no right way to come off, i think the best is to go by how you feel. None have adversely effected my gains. LTL has been killing it. If im not mistaken he broke a few prs this week. If youre feeling good keep killing it, break another pr or two, if youre feeling like death, deload it give your body time to recover.
Looking great! Deload should be done first week of pct or not during it at all. Second week you will want to be pushing again before corrosion rises. Also get an anticort. Product if you don't have one for pct.
LiveToLift said:Thank you and everyone for the advice. This is how I will be doing it, deload first week and back to normal training second week. What would you suggest for anti cort?
LiveToLift said:Alright quick update
As mentioned I did a lot of celebrating and partying this weekend for my birthday. I'm back home now and relaxing with a bit of a hangover lol. I consumed entirely to much alcohol over the weekend and I'm very happy that I made the decision to end the cycle when I did because my liver probably hates me! No gym today or yesterday but I will go in tomorrow to get a quick workout in. The weekend definitely took a bit of a toll on my abs and tone but I'm confident it will be right back by the weekend. ;-)
I also will not be updating this log as often or as detailed now that I'm in PCT but I will do my best.

TurningGreen said:Great run bro...good luck in PCT. I am going to continue to diet down and post up progress pics as I feel like a giant HOMO-FACE for crapping out on this competition. AWESOME work bro.
I am definitely ready for this bad boy to be over. Well more this run than the process of leaning up. I am tired of taking 30 pills a day. I can't wait to go back to a vitamin, creatine, and a few other things instead of the chaotic pill schedule for this. Just a few more days and I am going to have a huge carb up, and go back to the way I was dieting until about 2 weeks ago, that will continue to lean me up without having to be too strict.
Lean Extreme is the old stand by ...
Lean Xtreme, Abliderate, SUppress-C if you can find it. ERASE or PCT Revolution Black both control cortisol too.

Thanks bro! I try to stay positive and push others to reach there potential! We all have it in us, even if we feel rundown and crappy on days we can push through and make the most of it. I don't know how many times this methyl heavy cycle had me lethargic and unmotivated pre gym and I come in here and get a boost from all the good people this place has. I owe something to everyone that has followed and helped me through this! Now I'm ready to continue this transformation for years to come and reach the potential I feel I have in me! Lets get it!!!Every transformer did amazing I must say but you have my vote LTL...i must say tho congrats to every transformer you all have amazing dedication and drive....keep it up and you guys can achieve anything specially you LTL...aside from the transformations all of you did, little pieces of your personality shinned out in all of you showing me you are all great family men and all very helpful to other member on here!!!!!
