Well i didn't blow my arms out of the water today. I just wanted to go to the gym and pretend im a big dude looking sexy lol. or something like that.... Anyways, yesterday i hit tris so i didn't do many sets, then tomorrow is back and Bis so i need to be ready for that too. I got a pretty good pump in my arms though, so it was a good day.

Hrmm what else is there to report. So far libido hasn't seem to taken a hit. I switched my HCGenerate to 2 morning (Pre halo dosing), and 3 caps close to bed. I try to dose it while the anabolics are low in my system to it might have some sort of affect. I think that's better than dosing it with or after i take Helladrol, Any opinions on this?

Still hoping phytoserm ships out on the 18th(the site says ETA...), or i might i might have to come up with a quick second plan for PCT. I'm sure everything will be alright though, not too worried.

Edit* oh yeah, jackass story time.

So i was doing my first set of over head extensions, and like a jackass i wasn't using clips. With the light weight its easy to control so even if it wobbles close to falling off it's easy to control. Well my dumbass wasn't paying attention, and when i spun around to rack the bar, one side flew off. I thought i would play it off and hold the bar steady so the other side wouldn't fall off... well that didn't work, other side came flying off. Some how people weren't staring at me, i felt like a total douche though. Luckly it didn't land on anyones foot or anything though!

Not a shabby workout today. Not shabby at all. Good a pretty good feeling in my back, though my lower back wasn't feeling up to deadlifts. Because i hit arms yesterday, my Biceps were blasted after those two pathetic workouts. It's sad i couldn't even hammer curl 35s! None the less my biceps felt more blasted than they have in months! Hopefully they will recover nicely, and it didn't seem to hold me back on my back exercises.

Tomorrow will be last day of week 3. Roughly 15 days left on this cycle. No negative sides to report.

Picked up some BodyFortress because i was in a pinch and didn't want to wait on shipping to Afghan.

The last protein powder i bought... i dont even know the brand lol. It was on sale so i got 3 bottles of it. I swore i'd never buy protein based solely on price again. I fudged that one up lol.
 
yeah i have a cheap protein that is straight nasty i got like 55 servings for 17 bucks but hey its vegan friendly...
that would be nice if I was a fukin vegan

Yeah, it wouldn't be so bad but my options are mixing it with water, or long shelf life milk made from powder. Lose, lose options.

Whole milk and a tablespoon of nesquick for the win :)
 
That is the worst sounding powder i've thought of yet... except maybe hemp protein.

yeah but it fills in nicely, considering the other proteins I own only have like 25 to 30 servings per container, they have lasted me about 60 days with that cheap filler keeping up with my daily needs
 
Good to see you still gaining. You know if you are getting tired of eating so much you should invest in some almonds or peanuts or something. Very easy way to increase calories, totally convenient and nutrient dense so you don't have to got crazy full to get your calories in. If truly bulking a big spoon of peanut butter 2 times a day can easily add 500 calories to the overall meal plan. That and they are healthy fats and you get a lot of fiber from them.

I hear ya man. I go through a can of mixed nuts, cashews, or almonds just about every other day. When i get back to the states i will be able to bulk better. I think sometimes my appetite is killed just because im tired of the food here.

Also interested. Although the money for iso (in my opinion) is only worth it post workout. Regular whey will do just fine for adding protein in the the diet in general.

I use hemp, although only about half scoop with a scoop steel cut oats and a couple of scoops myofusion every morning as my sorta on the run breakfast before work... Really thick consistency but I kinda like it :ntome:

Obviously i've never tried it, you may be on to something :) I just assumed it was nasty hippy protein. Only person i've ever heard about it from was a stoner.
 
today I saw bioengineered beef isolate protein powder. I can't imagine that ever tasting good. Liquid beef post work out, hurl.

Alrighty.... Not a bad workout today. Nothing spectacular. I kind of gave my back a little beating thinking it was a good idea to pick up 545lbs. Took me a while to walk off the initial soreness i got out of that.

Seated military press was out right pathetic. I haven't been able to raise my numbers since i've come off of kantana, but i guess that just speaks for katana. My delts have felt a little achey for a week or two now, but it doesn't seem to come out in the workouts, so thats good.

Hopefully i keep up this diet and i can pick a good few more pounds before i leave here. I ate something earlier today that didn't agree with my stomach and i almost missed out on lunch because of it.

I seen it and I had to try it. I think I got each bag for 15 bucks.

The two bags I have left are mainly for novelty. :)

Pretty sweet tattoo if it's real. Consider coloring it in?

Oh and another note, got Triazole in the mail today. After i start my PCT i will consider extending to a second bottle of triazole. Perhaps TF-2 as well.

Oh and another note :), I haven't had achy balls in a while now, yet my libido is still right where i want it. HCGenerate on cycle (even after my katana) looks to be well worth the money at this point.

Felt like i was coming down with something today. Really hope i'm not. Took some knock off claritin, don't think there's any interaction there. Still on 100mg/day...

just an off day. Luckly not feeling well hasn't totally ripped my appetite.

I've been very tempted to try carnivore. Just can't see it being worth the money.

Errr... Yep done that too, bought the ready made vials for going on holiday, used like 5 boxes or something, pretty vile tasting like orange flavoured beef soup with the consistency of warm blood AND if you refrigerate it, it coagulates !!!!

Pretty effective, convenient in vial format, full of aminos and like zero carbs BUT very expensive and tastes bad

Any others? I've probably tried them :D

How did the healing go? Guess it's been a few weeks now if you're going for touch ups...

Guess you won't be able to rep for anyone else, that would be a big fking line through it... Cool idea if you did stop being a rep though ( not that u should of course) but would be to get an entire sleeve of supp company logos ( only the cool ones of course that don't have names)

I've been using "protein shots" while i've been out in afghanistan. It's way more convenient, still pricey though. Gotta find a sale. Sometimes shipping can be a bitch too.

None the less i picked up a pack of ProBurn 45 off nutra when i ordered Triazole and another product for my friend. I usually take a shot before bed. Whey isn't ideal obviously, but its better than nothing.
 
When i created my account March of this year my target weight i set was 180. I guess i can officially say i hit my target weight.

Changed it to 195 though. I have a feeling that will take a little more to get to though :p
