Took a pic today of my back...not a lot of definition but one thing I did notice was the muscle in my shoulder on the left! If only it showed up all the time One day....

Swapped things around this morning and did legs instead of upper body. There are too many people and not enough free weight equipment for me to do upper on Mondays/Thursdays. Lol I have been really concentrating on my right leg more due to the muscular imbalances. I am starting to feel and see the difference thankfully. Mentally I am sooooooo ready to start building muscle and strength again but physically I really need to drop another 15-20 lbs.

Went to my old gym today and just did a shoulder workout instead of my typical workout! It was fun to switch it up a bit. I do miss having more time to be able to hit things from all angles! Hit many sets to failure. I think my shoulders were confused on the amount of volume! Lol

Air fryers are awesome! I've made roasted potatoes, salmon, sweet potato fries, tofu, broccoli, French toast... I've had wings in them as well (haven't made them personally), but just about anything you make in it will be good.
 
I think about 75% on the meals in our house are made with one of those. You will love it!!

Nice! We are excited to finally have one! French toast sounds amazing right now! Haha Wings is something we make about once a month and we usually grill them so it will be nice to have crispy ones for a change!

Today was lower body day. I ended up just doing some rolling and stretching as my hips (both now) have been bothering me. Inflammation overall seems to have increased. Not sure why. Will get in some cardio tomorrow morning though!

No pic of dinner but it was a burrito with lean ground beef, black beans, tomatoes, and corn in a low carb tortilla shell. Toasted the burrito after rolling it in a skillet. So good!! Not bad on macros either!

Rest day got to sleep until 5:45! So nice! Went in for a quick tabata session after getting lil man on the bus. It’s been a while since I did tabata! It was fun! Only had about 15 mins but made the most of it!

I would definitely suggest one! We got a Ninja Foodi that is both the pressure cooker(instapot) and air fryer in one appliance. We love it so far! Made a pork shoulder today in 2 hours to make air fried egg rolls out of. Trimmed as much fat off as possible, sautéed cabbage, carrots, and ginger in the pot and then added that to some of the meat! Will eat it in a bowl later during the week! Surprised how well the egg rolls turned out too! Nice and crispy! Only used a little cooking spray
