Preparing for a business meeting and some travel has kept me way, way too busy.

It's good tho, I've already had one friend tell me I looked bigger, but I haven't been in the gym for 3 days! I hope I was growing a bit.

Day 65, 66, 67

weight hovered b/t 218-220, I've upped calories and added carbs back in. I'll prob cut them out and dry back out just to see how much I get to keep

With work I wasn't really in the position to get to the gym. I also had some work to do on my boat and the parts place closes at 8pm. I've just been strapped for time, but I think this is going to work to my advantage. 3 days off in a row is huge and the most rest I've gotten since the start and I filled up to put on some weight. I should be rested and ready to go. I plan to do back and shoulders tonight. I'm going to take a sh1t ton of taurine tho bc back pumps were killer last time I hit my legs.

I pinned on schedule. No suspensions. Modified dose of tren ace and masteron. Now it is 150mg Tren Ace/300mg Masteron E EOD. I'll pin tren suspension before my workout today. Oh, almost forgot. I started Var again. I'm going to try it at 150mgED for at least 2 weeks just to see how much a difference 75mg-150 makes :)


I still feel and look pretty lean. I'm really curious how much of this weight I'll keep because it has been slow moving. Let's hope that means I'll keep most of it.


Can't wait to hit the weights tonight. I have a feeling they missed me...

I'm sure you will keep 99% of it Morry. You have a great history of doing that, and if I remember right you had a log where you looked better at the end of PCT than you did on cycle!?!

You're right, thanks for the reminder. I'm just a bit concerned bc the harshness of this cycle. I'm prob going to run this maybe for 2 more weeks with the compounds I'm on, then I'll switch to test only for 4 weeks decreasing the dose each week. I'm hoping this will help my body recover from things at a healthier pace. I tried this last time I got off tren and it seemed to work well. I kept most of the gains and PCT wasn't hell at all. I'll stay on Var during this time.

Day 68

weight 224 (+12) I've been eating like a horse. A lot...


Back Shoulders

I did swim 500 meters today. It was hell. My legs were cramping so bad. I think I was dehydrated or at least my friend suggested that was the problem. I'm going to try and really keep an eye on my water intake. This may explain why the taurine isn't doing as well. If I'm dehydrated I'll still cramp up.

Deadlifts 135x5, 225x3. 315x1, 405x1, 545x1 (PR),405x4, 405x2. The rest of the workout went about the same. Sitting DB Military 100x9x10x10. Hammer Rows 4ppsx14x9x9, Shrugs 315x20x30x28

Diet has been a lot of eating. Mostly clean, but not all. I don't really look like I put on much fat, I just look more full I think.

+12 lbs at your leanness is Beast and very successful for a cycle. Considering as much fat you lost on top of that, it tells me that you gained between 15-20 lbs mostly muscle with maybe a few pounds of glycogen and water....but a lot of muscle!!! NICE!!

Let's both hope. Since I've taken some extra days off and eaten a ton, I feel bigger. I'm also getting comment after comment. It's nice.

Weight not taken.

No weights. I slept most of one day and got out to get some sun the next.

My back and traps were effed from Friday. It feels good to be able to get that sore on cycle.

Back at it on Monday.

So 10 mins ago, I'm working in the Nutritions Store and Morry is working out in the gym we are next to, he txted me because I said I would lock-up the store for a min and come over and give him a spot, he was maxing out Chest today! Yes, to all you Homo's I was slinging in his face, but he must have liked that, because that Mother Fugger just pushed up 405Lbs, ALL HIM, no help what-so-ever and I'm a stickler about that stuff!!!

I honestly feel like I could have pulled more. Maybe I'll give it another go my last week on Tren...565 or 575...something like that. I saw stars at the top pulling 545. I wish I did have the video...maybe I can talk Al into coming to my gym where they have a platform and taking a video of me attempting 565. I'll need to bribe him. He get's cranky at night.

Day 71


weight 226 (+14)


Chest Abs


Swam 500 meters. It wasn't hell but it still sucked. The shin splints are the focking worst and they aren't getting better.


Flat Bench 185x5, 225x3, 315x1, 385x1, 405x1, 315x5, 315x3, 275x4, 275x3, 225x5, supersetted with reverse grip. Hit weighted abs, BB ab roller, cables cross overs, and weighted leg lifts and I got out of there.


I really only went for 385, but after I pushed that weight it seemed so easy, I told Al to put on 400, he puts on 405. I said fock it, and was able to grab it. Two big PR in just days apart. The only difference is I'm eating a lot more and I'm not over training right now. I've never been this strong.


Ate yogurt, whey, eggs, sun flower butter, pita from quiznos dbl meat, bight sized candies, pack of crackers. Lot's of caffeine related drinks. Energy drinks, everything short of crack. I'm still picking up weight. I have to get the cramping in my legs under control so I can swim more. That should even the weight back out. There is no doubt some of that weight is glycogen, hopefully some is muscle, but at this point anything else has to be fat. Muscle doesn't pack on in 2 weeks, but even I'm surprised looking at how depleted I had been staying vs being full now.

Nice job on that pr and sorry to hear about those painful shin splints! The pic is insane man! With the diet you listed and the weight you've gained I figured you would have some bloat but you just look focking huge and cut! Well done bro as always!
 
It's like one of those transformation adds that are in muscle mags. You know, the ones that say take this product and look like a monster, but fail to mention that all the subjects took enough aas to kill a farm animal.... Great job Morry, your killing it!!
 
Looking great Morry, granted you are a tiny bit smoother than you were before but I think that is water more than fat. THe muscle is definitely a lot more full and damn hitting 405 on bench is just money!
