I'm still healing from the focking sprints. I took it easy this weekend

Swam a mile. I'm getting good at doing this :)

Back and SHoulders.

Deads 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 405x10, 465x6, 405x6 and killed the rest of the workout. It felt good to murder that circuit and slimming back down is feeling good to.

So I have enough masteron to run the gyno reversal for 5 more weeks which I may just do to see how dry I can get things. I know that puts me at a never ending cycle, but the way I bounce back I'm not really worried about it.

I'm only posting this weeks pic below. I'm toying with dropping down to 200. Given my Deads are still powerful, I'm not losing much strength....this could be fun :) Albeit irresponsible as ****, but quite frankly I'm not interested in having kids and if I end up on TRT I'll take it as a blessing. I like needles, right?

In all seriousness though, if all comes out as planned, I will PCT and hopefully be recovered enough for a quick bulk for late winter.

Pics blurry, but you can still see your continues leanness. I do think at 200 you would look stellar though and pretty DICED!! It will be interesting seeing where the coming weeks take you ;)

200 on you would be sick! Just make sure it's not too quick, I hate to say it but my strength was definitely effected on that last cut. Slow and steady!

Time off isnt always bad. I swear I am getting leaner from a week off.

That focker probably ate like sh1t all week and didn't train a minute, but still lost bodyfat and put on muscle.

You guys are killing me.

So I got back at it today.

Weight 212 (+0), I'm surprised I didn't pick up more weight. I think the scale might have been off, but not by much

Chest / Abs

I spent 1.5 hours just torching every muscle in these two and the obvious ancillaries (tris). I grabbed flat bench 315x6 pretty easy. I'm not going to lie tho, I felt like puking a few times. I guess I deserved it for doing this workout completely fasted. I completed the four circuits and hit some nice weights the entire time. No PRs but that wasn't to be expected just coming back. You'd think I would get done and get some food in me.....

Nope, went to another gym and hit 1000 meters in 25 min. I keep dropping time in my swimming and it feels really good to just be able to go and go. My form is far from perfect but I have gotten to the point that I can just go and go and go. I only stopped this time bc it was after a workout and I knew I had to be getting to the point I needed to put some cals in me. Working out in circuits already burns a ton of cals during and well after, but to follow it up with 2/3 of a mile of continuous swimming, I figured that was enough. I'm swimming tomorrow as well. I'm hoping the extra swimming AFTER the workout will push some of that lactic acid around so I'm not so sore. If not, I'm focked bc my abs and chest were screaming at me by the end of the workout.

I used some of Fina's preworkout to give me the pick me up I needed to push on. I love that stuff bc it doesn't make you jittery but keeps you going. I honestly hate the taste, but I wouldn't ever not take a product bc of the taste. That's like saying I don't like peg400 so I'm staying away from Var....not happening. Ha ha ha.


Tomorrow I plan to hit back and shoulders and at least 2/3 of a mile swimming, maybe more.

weight 216 (+4) thought that scale was off....
