I'm hoping for the same. I'm not sure where I lie exactly with BF. I've used calipers and they have me pretty low, but not as low as you. There is no way I could get there quite yet. The good news is I'm on enough anabolics that I'm not all that worried about burning muscle up.

I'm not getting any heavier as of right now, but I am still getting stronger leading me to believe that I'm still getting leaner and replacing it with muscle.

Your run is going to be nothing short of legendary. Your body is primed and ready to kill that sh1t. I can't wait.
 
Day 55

weight 208 (-4) Fasted workout. I'll put the weight back on at dinner tonight

I decided to do some Deadlifts and swim. I also did face pulls. Pretty easy workout, but worked well. I actually had a trainer that was working out come over and offer some advice. Really nice guy.

I didn't have my Versa Gripps. I left them at my other gym so I was doing these RAW.

Deadlifts 135x8, 225x5, 315x3, 405x5....this is when the trainer came over. I asked him if he had straps and he said he didn't, but he had chalk. So I chalked up and continued. 405x10, 405x7 :)

Face pulls on a Smith (weight without bar) 50x10, 70x12x10x10x8

Swam 500 meters in under 15 minutes.

I hear ya. I'm just slugging along. I am having to separate my workout days more and more when I'm lifting heavy. If I'm lucky tho, it'll give me time to grow instead of my notorious overtraining.

I didn't hit the weights today. I only swam

1500 meters in 45 min, done 100 meters at a time, 1 min rest, repeat.

This was the hardest and longest I've swam. It was great for my recovery and I guarantee I burnt off just as many calories as I normally would have in the gym.

Diet included more carbs than normal, but with the workout I had, I'm not sure it is going to make much of a difference.

Awesome Swim Morry! I sink like a rock when I swim. I like it but I sink so I have to swim as interval training. I swim up the 25 yards then jump, walk, jog in the water on the way back then swim back up. I get a total of 24-28 laps up and back in a workout and am toast. So this 1500 yards you are swimming is just bad ass.

Ha, I know what you mean. I think it has to do with a few factors. First, that last workout was a fasted workout and I typically weigh myself after I workout. Second, I normally stay pretty dry complex carb wise, but from time to time I will carb up moderately. Keeping in mind that complex carbs can hold up to 3 times their weight in water, it makes sense I can yo-yo back and forth pretty quickly.

Last option is I'm just a freak..... :lol:

I agree with you on the overtraining. It took years to get accustomed to murdering my CNS over and over, but I think it is time to lift heavy, but less often. The swimming is going to be a great substitute to keep things moving and I will probably still lift, just not nearly as heavy. I haven't quite worked it out yet, but I'm slowly changing things around.

Awesome Swim Morry! I sink like a rock when I swim. I like it but I sink so I have to swim as interval training. I was the same way. I sink like a rock. Luckily I have a friend that is helping me with form and being patient. This guy can swim 2 miles continuously without stopping all free style. It is focking insane. I'm about half his pace right now. I swim 100, rest a minute, swim another 100 and so on. We are going to get me a couple of the floats that you put between your legs and let me just swim without having to worry about keeping my legs going. He said this really helped him perfect his form and what I'm learning is form is everything. Form and patience. 1500 about killed me, but I live for that sh1t. The ppl in the pool were staring bc I would get done with another 100, gasp for air for a minute and then go right back at it. :) I did have a guy stop me between one of the 100s and ask what the fock I did to get traps, shoulders and a back like that.....I told him I ate a lot of cheerios and protein :)

Swimming is truly a blessing bc you can do it no matter what. Joints hurt? Swim. Hand injured? Swim. All sorts of ailments and you can still swim with them. Once I realized that, I've made it priority to learn to endurance swim. I'm not sure I'll ever get to where my friend is, but I've doubled my pace in about a month so far, so I'm making my way....
 
Day 58

weight 214 (+2) I did carb up a bit today. I was out and about working so I had lunch catered and didn't have a huge choice. It was still healthy, just some bread. All in all it was a good freaking lunch.

Chest / Abs

I went volume on flat bench today, 135x5, 225x3, 225x25x17x15 this was in a circuit with incline with 145lbs and a light band focusing on TUT. I can def tell the tren is hitting home for me. Strength is great and endurance is even better. I'm getting a few more reps past failure and I'm recovering stupid fast between sets.

Ran out of Var bc some issues, but I'm going to be upping it to 150mg a day for the last bit of the cycle and starting it back Friday or Saturday

Heartburn from Tren has set in. I'm just taking a once a day heart burn pill and that solves that. I had a faint headache for the last half of the day. I didn't get a chance to check my BP, but it has subsided as of now. I also got some mid day lethargy. Still no real issues sleeping and no aggression problem. No hair falling out or other sides.

Tomorrow is Legs / Arms

I've been missing days at my gym and I get sick of the stupid etiquette at the idiot gyms I go to. I'm a member at both and have a lot of gyms I can workout at, but my meathead gym is home and I love working out there. Next week's pic Al will most likely take.

Bit blurry but you look a lot more vascular in the last pic, maybe its because of how lean your getting. Looking from first to last its insane how much you have tightened up and toned man. Incredible progress Morry!

Yeah the swimming has a lot to do with form. When I practice i get better pretty quickly but I do need some help with my form. I was running into an issue of my right shoulder getting rubbed raw by my whiskers when I was swimming from when i turned my head to breath. A lot of the form is probably also the timing of when to breathe as well.

Chris, I can't tell you how bad my swim was today. It was horrible. I only got 800 meters and I had to get out. I was only able to swim 50 meters at a time. I was very disappointed and had my legs not been seizing I would have forced the last 200....this is going to be a challenge and you know me....I love a good challenge. Even if it means it is going to focking drown me.

Thanks man! Good question. I'm not sure....I had to take things down to a cruise for 2-3 weeks so I was thinking 12-15 total? I haven't decided. I'm sure my body will get to the point that I'll need to take some serious time off.

Day 59

weight 214 and same as yesterday

Swam a pathetic 800 meters. Took me almost 30 min. I was so disappointed. My shoulders were giving out then my legs started to cramp and seize up. It was focking horrible and worse I was swimming with my friend so he got to watch me puss out. I hated this swim. Worse I have had...

Legs / Arms

This was a good workout. I went up to 365 on squats and grabbed 7 reps, 135x10, 315x15, 365x7, 315x11. Double chained dipsx22x20x19, then double chain hammer pull upsx12x10x9. I was happy overall with the workout. Back pumps were killing me for the first half, but I just took it slow and was able to deal with it.

Diet was a little sloppy today. I had some of that gilato ice cream stuff. A chic from work and I were skyping and we talked each other into going to get some. That sh1t is bomb btw. I was only going to have a bight or two, but I think I ate the pint??? I had yogurt, chicken, some protein bars, and misc things as well. I got plenty to eat today and I expected my weight to be up more than it was, but it was level with yesterday and I still looked vascular as hell so I can't complain.

I didn't pin the suspensions. I'm paying close attention to my nips and I think the left was getting sensitive so I skipped pinning the suspension as they are already mixed and the test in there is the ONLY thing I'm on that can aromatize. It's nice to be able to control that aspect very quickly.
That leads me to my next point. A gram of tren is probably too much. Okay, it is too much. I'm fine on it and I like the strength, but I see where ppl could get really freaked out. It does cause bad lethargy, weird thoughts, anxiety like a mofo, and wiked dreams. Seeing as how when I was younger I used to like to take mushrooms and wander around the woods, tren ain't sh1t compared to that kind of anxiety so I'm ok on it. I don't get aggressive on it, maybe annoyed quicker, but I check that real fast. I'm thinking of lowering the tren to 100mg EOD instead of 200mg EOD. Considering I'm about to start VAR back at 150mg ED, I think that is more than a fair trade off...
I have been getting headaches on and off and my BP is a bit high. It is bc the dose of tren I'm on...and I'm not sure if the benefits are worth the risk at this point. Tren is a great AAS, but I can see why so many caution against using it. I'm one of the lucky ones...

Morry I noticed you pin pre workout. Have you found that you get a better workout doing this? I may have over looked it but I don't recall you pinning on non workout days. By the way you are really kicking some a$$ in this cycle. Great job so far. If I had to guess just by looks you are sub 8%

I pin the suspensions about 1.5 hours before I workout. They are pure hormone suspended in oil having no ester to cleave. They hit quick and have a very short half life. Perfect for a pre workout mad man mix.

Pinning enanthate, acetate, or any other esterfied hormone Preworkout wouldn't yield the same results due to half life.

Does that makes sense?

the question is wether a quick rise of a low dose of test makes a difference to a constantly high level. say pinning 100mg suspension will be notieceable for someone on 500mg test per week, but someone on 3 grams of test per week would have even higher levels. so unless one gets used to constant levels and its the rise that makes the difference, simply using more test-e per week would give you similar or higher levels of test within a certain time frame. a suspension also remains in the body for a while, around 2 days, eventhough peaks very fast, but some of the substance always remains in the muscle as crystals and takes a while to get into the bloodstream.

as for sudden feel, pinning prop around 18 hours before workout, so maybe the night before is also noticeable.

Good point.

The suspensions are not water based, however. They are micronized and oil based. I imagine that makes the sudden jolt of the hormone more of an even bell curve in relation to blood plasma levels. Tren suspension takes longer to feel but I think that is just the nature of the hormone itself.

I did dead lifts last and you could tell. 405x1x3x3, 315x7. I was going to swim but the pool was full. I went to another pool and it was broke. I said fock it, I'm not supposed to swim today.

Diet was so so. I had a milk shake but was clean otherwise. I'm wondering why I'm down in weight as I've had carbs two days in a row. I did notice today, however I didn't have lethargy at all....I may be on to something here.

Yea legs are tough for me also! Kinda went on a recomp for a month. Just started tren 150mg and cyp 150mg eod on Monday. Gonna pound the gym and pound the food for awhile! Sittin around 240lbs right now but not gonna watch the scales to close. Gonna watch the mirror:) Thanks for asking and Thanks! Keep it up!

Swam 1500 meters first thing in the morning. Didn't keep it under 45min, but I swam 400 a couple time straight. I'm slowly getting there on the distance swimming. I was very happy with this. It took me a while to slow down and be patient, but I think I have enough to work with now.

All in all a great workout day. I thought I might have hurt my shoulders bc how sore they were, but they feel fine today. They were also fine during my swim. This is the first time I hit the weights for over and hour and then swam 1000 meters immediately after. It was a good feeling and time fill my body back up. I ate a ton this night. Mostly clean, but I ate and ate.

weight 220 (+8) told you I've been eating....mostly clean and trying to dry back up from this weekend. There was some pizza in there somewhere and did eat rice on several occasions. My sodium content has been above normal as well. I'm guessing at least some of this weight will continue to come off as I get back to eating perfectly.

At lunch I swam 500 meters. This pool is a bit cold and I think that was giving me a problem. I swam twice as far Saturday after a workout and didn't have a problem. In the middle of the day, however, in cold water and I was having a hard time swimming more than 150 meters and then 100 then 50. It sucked, but I forced 500 meters and got out.


Back pumps about killed my workout. I did squat 135x10, 275x25x17x11. I couldn't move on for 5 min or so. I took 25+ grams taurine and I was still focked. After a lousy swim, having back pumps kind of sucked a fat one. My workout wasn't nearly as intense as it should have been bc the cramping in my back. I just did easy isolations with different machines and finished the workout. I must be dehydrated bc I def have enough taurine in my system.
