Haha lol well the stomach virus sucks because we all got it from our little niece, but the flu I'm thinking was from visiting my dad in the hospital. I hardly ever get that sick. It's usally just sinus crap. I will bounce back soon and with Hulk like power!

Still gaining weight also, Its not bad weight either, I still look decent body fat wise. Strength was down today, didnt have that on feeling.. weird.

Overall a good workout, felt like I did plenty but then again I had to force myself to leave because I know im supposed to be deloading. cardio was EASY.. but it tired me out enough to make me leave.
 
My shoulders, abs , and my chest have gained some awesome size

Yeah 20 reps of 135 will put your forearms in a bind. Not exact the best feeling for your lower back if you are susceptible there too.

That is the plan. Will be an arm day biggest test today will be Close Grip Bench and 205lbs I got 185 last time with no pain.

Tweaked my shoulder pretty good about a month ago and it is just now getting better to where I can really hit it with any weight at all. A couple weeks ago benching 95lbs would hurt it. So 185 this past weekend is pretty sweet!

Kinda mad the people who put the intramurel bball together let an actual semi organized team play us(like a ymca league team or something who actually practices and **** )..Im not mad cause they stomped us.. (well a little) but why bring in a team like that too let them stomp on all of the college kids who just wanna have a little fun

In our wellness class, were suppose to make our own cardio and flexibility program as well as eat healthier.. Our cardio targets today were 35-75% which mine was 123-164 or somethin today. So i did pretty well.
