Still gaining weight also, Its not bad weight either, I still look decent body fat wise. Strength was down today, didnt have that on feeling.. weird.

Overall a good workout, felt like I did plenty but then again I had to force myself to leave because I know im supposed to be deloading. cardio was EASY.. but it tired me out enough to make me leave.
