DIESELBOLAN......Just what the Doctor(of Funk) ordered!!! (sponsored)

 have fun in the morning, bro. Hope you popped some extra glutamine and stretched extra. Even doing them regularly, i can still tear myself up from them lol.

Glad things are running smoothly and you're keeping your strength
Oh yeah bro I am hating my life this morning! Good thing I don't have to go anywhere or do anything :) And thanks for the support
Now u can join the group I started
 Yeah right. I have a long way to go to be able to feel worthy of being in the same group as you Tom!

LOL...haven't done them in years, but I LOVE Deadlifts!!! When you stop getting so sore, hit me up with a cool variation I came up with, it is a sort of deadlift/bent over barbell row combo...guaranteed to F@#k your s@#*t up!

I pulled a hammy on DL's this morning, NO FUN! It went 225 x 10, 315 x 8, 405 x 5, 455 x 3, then 505 with a pop and tug in my right hamstring. Sh1t hurt!

I love DL's, but so far it's caused me more injuries than any other lift... I'm getting to old to go heavy.

Sorry to hear this! Hope it's not too bad and you can get back at it quickly! That's pretty heavy weight you were attempting!

Thanks, I hope so too, but it'll probably be at least a month before I can DL again. I had done 505 on cycle a couple weeks ago, and feel I could've gotten it too, but my hammy just couldn't take it I guess.

I think I need to reassess my form since I've hurt my hammy and back now...

How did your DL-day go?

My day was great, a little weak, but great overall. BUT, today I'm sore as hell bro! I can't walk without feeling DOMS all through my back!

Dips:

Cable Crossovers:
Dropset till failure

I am going to drop DC for my chest and do a different style workout like I have done with my back. My shoulder is def feeling the effects from DC. I will redeem on Monday!

What are your calories looking like on PCT buddy?
Yesterday looked like this:
Calories 3130
Protein 275
Carbs 260
Fat 110

That is fairly close, as I don't weigh my food.
Eat up to keep that strength and weight. Hopefully the shoulder gets better.

Thanks.. I think I should up my carb intake to about 250g. Also, The fact that my back was still sore from Tuesday might have had something to do with my strength, right? Maybe?

PCT day 15

Weight: 168(-5)

So it looks like I'm holding steady 168  I'd be happy with this, and I am starting to feel back to normal. If I can stay here it would be a total of 8lbs gain. And I will put post PCT progress pics up as well to show that I kept a fair amount of LBM.

Nice bro!! Sure you're going to hold on to those hard earned lean pounds!! Have you had any comments in work? Given you have a physical job, I wondered if there had been any comments...

Yeah, there have been a few comments. They are usually compliments or joking absurdities as to how large I have gotten(i.e. buff gnome, angry troll) because of my height  I feel like some of them might be suspicious of me using something, but they are too frightened of me to ask and I doubt they would accuse me. Some of them just give me a look like "whoa you're getting big for this profession". I must admit that landing from a jump with the extra weight is taking a toll on my ankles and knees..

Squat wraps and ankle guards... Don 't suppose that would work with your "uniform" though ?!?

Yo...Doctor of Funk, you are killing it bro, your lifts are impressive, good to see you sticking with it, it is all about consistency, consistency, consistency! If I missed them & you posted them recently, my apologize, please just help direct me to your last update/progress picts, I am very eager to see them!

Here is a good question for you, how are you feeling? Strong... Weak... Motivated... Frustrated... going better than you thought... happening, but not fast enough? Give me some input! I can tell you on my log, I was happy with how things were going, but NEVER fast enough, LOL!

Either way, I think you are doing great and all I can say is keep it up!

Thanks for support and nice words. Progress pics were taken last day of Cycle and are in post #2 and now labeled with "before" and "after" above each picture. The next progress pics will come the last day of PCT, as will the final review :D

I am feeling strong, Strength is still rising, but much slower than on cycle. It's going as I had planned :) DOMS last much longer than on cycle and that is probably the only frustrating part.

PCT days 20 & 21

So, Lifts are going up. But I know it's because I am not used to doing these lifts and had PLENTY of room for improvement in these lifts. Overall PCT is feeling good and healthy :) Yesterday was Back/Bi's

175x5x5 PR! (last 2 reps of last set I cheated a little bit, but I got them:sad3:.)

This statement, along with PRs, is definitely good stuff.

Thanks man! I forgot to mention that I used Straps yesterday for the first time in a long time. It helped isolate my back, but my forearms are still sore. That doesn't make sense to me, but I'll take it.

Great stuff funk, well done on the PRs mate. It's really cool that your strength is still increasing!

Strength is maintaining and I think this Erase is drying me out. Vascularity is def up in my arms :) Will do a higher rep range with about the same # of sets and varying exercises this coming week as to prepare for the food extravaganza that is Thanksgiving! My favorite holiday :D

MMMMMMMMM turkey lol

Nice workout boss!

Can't wait to kill it tomorrow. It will be my last workout of PCT as Thanks giving is my last day of Torem and all other test boosting supps. After I get my bloods I will start up my Natty test boosters and run them until my next cycle in late January.

When do you plan on starting that?

I would recommend cycle length + PCT length = time off. This started on 10/1, might want to make sure you are giving yoruself enough time.

It would right around that time as far as cycle length + pct length = time off. This would end before Dec. Then if he takes December and most(almost all) of Jan he could be off for 8 weeks. But ya I would suggest just waiting till atleast Feb to be a little more cautious.

Last week of January would be 8 weeks I think, as this is the last week of November and this is the last day of PCT. :D
