Oh yeah bro I am hating my life this morning! Good thing I don't have to go anywhere or do anything:lol: have fun in the morning, bro. Hope you popped some extra glutamine and stretched extra. Even doing them regularly, i can still tear myself up from them lol.
Glad things are running smoothly and you're keeping your strength
 Yeah right. I have a long way to go to be able to feel worthy of being in the same group as you Tom!Now u can join the group I started
Sorry to hear this! Hope it's not too bad and you can get back at it quickly! That's pretty heavy weight you were attempting!I pulled a hammy on DL's this morning, NO FUN! It went 225 x 10, 315 x 8, 405 x 5, 455 x 3, then 505 with a pop and tug in my right hamstring. Sh1t hurt!
I love DL's, but so far it's caused me more injuries than any other lift... I'm getting to old to go heavy.

My day was great, a little weak, but great overall. BUT, today I'm sore as hell bro! I can't walk without feeling DOMS all through my back!
Hitting chest/shoulders/tri's in 15min... going back to flat BB bench. lets see what I gots...
Me too actually...Looking forward to seeing your bloodwork.
Thanks man I sure as hell will!Keep up the good work Bro... TRAIN INSANE or REMAIN the SAME!!!
Let us know how you killed that Bench!!
Good job post cycle so far!!
Yesterday looked like this:What are your calories looking like on PCT buddy?
Eat up to keep that strength and weight. Hopefully the shoulder gets better.
good work I'm right behind you. thanks for paving the way. ur log has helped me a lot
Nice bro!! Sure you're going to hold on to those hard earned lean pounds!! Have you had any comments in work? Given you have a physical job, I wondered if there had been any comments...
Yeah, there have been a few comments. They are usually compliments or joking absurdities as to how large I have gotten(i.e. buff gnome, angry troll) because of my height  I feel like some of them might be suspicious of me using something, but they are too frightened of me to ask and I doubt they would accuse me. Some of them just give me a look like "whoa you're getting big for this profession". I must admit that landing from a jump with the extra weight is taking a toll on my ankles and knees..
Thanks man!8lbs LBM gained and retained on a PH/DS cycle is outstanding IMO. Nice job.
I would die and then proceed to limp out of the gym not wanting to straighten my back.I love knocking out a widowmaker on deads at my last set.
Thanks man! Next is my last week of PCT! I can't wait till get done with this and hit up a cutting/recomp cycle mid Jan/ Early Feb. Gonna Slice it up!:duel:great log man! you killed it.....whats next!?!?! lol
Thanks for support and nice words. Progress pics were taken last day of Cycle and are in post #2 and now labeled with "before" and "after" above each picture. The next progress pics will come the last day of PCT, as will the final reviewYo...Doctor of Funk, you are killing it bro, your lifts are impressive, good to see you sticking with it, it is all about consistency, consistency, consistency! If I missed them & you posted them recently, my apologize, please just help direct me to your last update/progress picts, I am very eager to see them!
Here is a good question for you, how are you feeling? Strong... Weak... Motivated... Frustrated... going better than you thought... happening, but not fast enough? Give me some input! I can tell you on my log, I was happy with how things were going, but NEVER fast enough, LOL!
Either way, I think you are doing great and all I can say is keep it up!

Overall PCT is feeling good and healthy
This statement, along with PRs, is definitely good stuff.
I was thinkin about switching to a 5x5 type deal when i start my PCT. Just don't know because i can't bench.
until my next cycle in late January.
When do you plan on starting that?
I would recommend cycle length + PCT length = time off. This started on 10/1, might want to make sure you are giving yoruself enough time.
Last week of January would be 8 weeks I think, as this is the last week of November and this is the last day of PCT.When do you plan on starting that?

It would right around that time as far as cycle length + pct length = time off. This would end before Dec. Then if he takes December and most(almost all) of Jan he could be off for 8 weeks. But ya I would suggest just waiting till atleast Feb to be a little more cautious.
