i used to get this but got tired of it. now I just buy 3 doz eggs at a time and just eat everything.
 
Personally I pour 1 cup of these than add 4 whole eggs whisk with a fork and no need to cook voila

Haha, up late eh? Yeah I go through phases with almost every food. I went without cottage cheese and turkey bacon for a LONG time, but now I want them again. I also went THREE straight months eating 3 packets of tuna a day at the same time WITHOUT mixing anything in, plus eggs for breakfast and 2 shakes to make six meals. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I didn't miss a beat, I lived by myself in an apartment out West and I was a robot.

Getting ready for my first ever contest back as a teenager, I used to carry Egg Beaters around in the lunch-milk-box type containers and chug them every 2 hours; I figures they were pasteurized so I was good to go.

same here tuna and ezkile bread while dieting 40lbs in 2 months. niceeeeeeeeeee used mustard and ketchup on bread nasty 2.5 months but i lost alot of weight

Its all or nothing for me... I am either having pizza and everything but lard by the spoonful out of the container, or eating like a maniac preparing for the Mr. Olympia. Its a blessing and a curse.
 
i eat xtremely bad every sat. and mildy on bi days and tri days but rest of time im clean but when i diet..... i diet hard as ****! i love it

I suffer through my diet to keep my abs in year round, suffer through cookie dough ice cream stacked with Cytomel, Clenbuterol, GHRP-6, and IGF-1 LR3 that is... ;) NOOOOO, I kid, dieting is ruthless. I both anticipate and loathe contest prep.

No sir... I have not; for a few reasons - principal among them the duality of cost and necessity. The cost has, up to this point, been restrictive; and what I mean by necessity is that during the past ten years I've been actively engaged in bodybuilding I have grown by leaps and bounds with proper nutrition, intensity rivaling anything imaginable, and a few short yet calculated cycles. Also, I have never competed at the actual 'national' level of the NPC, only local shows followed by state - so I haven't really been pushed into a corner to adopt chemical warfare in an ongoing battle gain that one extra unicorn pound of virgin lean muscle.

I will however be wholly honest and detailed with all the members here when I do decide to include it, whether it be alongside a cycle (which means it will have to wait until January 1 2011), or with PCT paired with GHRP-6 to solidify and retain the gains I made this summer and starve those fat cells.

Also, I can't comment from personal experience, but I have heard more feedback stating IGF-1 is systematic rather than localized - but again, I will come to these conclusions on my own very soon and will always be here to report back! :)
 
Hmmmmm interesting. Yah my biceps stopped growing a while ago one person looked at them and he said looks like some bicep tear at distal side since he had one too and said this can be done over a period of time though very rare most common is instant injury. Which would explain why I can supinate my wrists all day way my shoulder problems and y the gap in my arms is usually where ifeel the pump and even when biceps are sore they don't grow ever! Its actually really frustrating and the more research I do the more I am too leaving to wards that opinion.

the good news is that you are staying pretty lean, and even better Ed might repost that crazy vid his son took of him downing that nasty looking drink he made!!! Man... I must say Ed... I was pretty inspired after watching that.

And you got me thinking... I am sick, and fu*king tired of cooking eggs every single god damn morning. I'm absolutely sick of eggs, but I know how good they are for growing and not trying to skimp on them in PCT.

Well, I thought after watching you do that, I'd whip up a single egg in a cup and take that down as a test batch. Then take down a few more. And maybe order that chicken steroid box thing to get me through these scarce food times lol.

Man... I spit that sh*t outta my mouth and started gagging the second it reached the back of my throat. You know when you try and throw up, and you haven't eaten anything at all so you're just making painful noises over the toilet? Yea...

I don't know how the f*** you guys do it. But I'm deterred from trying again after that run. But I really wish I could... I'm just so sick of eggs lol I just want to take them down quick.

Any tips Ed? You seem to be pro at this LOL.

By the way, strength on my bench is down -3 reps. 225x 10 went to 225x 7.

This just happened recently. I will see where my leg strength and back strength lies. I doubt they are hit hard at all because I kept getting stronger in legs and back in PCT but my chest stayed static and weights started feeling heavier until I just lost a few reps now.

I'm sad, but what are you gonna do? I'm honestly doing my best here guys. Eating is tough right now and that is a big effin problem.

Weight is fluctuating 195-197.

If I can walk away with 15 pounds I will be happy. This horrible luck I've had in PCT with a busy schedule has been killing me.
 
its ok man... losing strength from SD is something you'll have to get used to, lol, cuz if your bench goes up 50 pounds everytime you can't keep all of it :P else i'd be benching over 500 pounds

CM, well I've got a couple of options you could try....

1) add a little milk and a few drops of tabasco into the shaker cup and just go for it...

2) as in 1, minus the tabasco + flavoured protein powder... doesn't seem to work with chocolate or strawberry though for my taste, but vanilla or bananna, no problem

if you can be bothered (which I can't 90% of the time) works even better with real bananna, some whey, couple of ice blocks (i keep a stash of frozen bananna to combine the latter) some milk and blend it

My view is it's the consistency of the egg that makes people gag, not so much the taste, so by changing the consistency the raw egg becomes more palatable.

Can't promise it'll work for you, but it might

i'll be interested to hear what others do, or whether they just "man up" and down the hatch!
 
in the beginning I was like u CM, couldn't do it. then I held my nose and downed it...which helped. what was even better was having some sugar free drink to wash it down. also, stop thinking ur drinking an egg...you'll mind f*ck yourself into failure.

And those Omega 3 egg yolks make a big difference in taste

Who's ready for a PCT update?

Today is day 25ish... you stop counting the days in PCT.

I feel I am finally ready to comment on something I've been wanting to comment on for a long time but could not until now...

My usage of hCG for this cycle...

I have said on here that hCG helped my libido on cycle, it made me feel fine (not shut down) while still feeling "on" at the same time (I loved this) but I could never comment on how it helped with my PCT until now, day 25ish LOL.

I took hCG for one week 250 iu ED after stopping Epistane. I then started Nolvadex at 20 mg ED.

I have experienced testicular atrophy before.

On this cycle, I expeirenced about 20% of the test atrophy I had before and it was for 2 days after stopping hCG and starting Nolva. After those two days, balls were completely back to normal. Normal size, shape, volume lol sorry to get graphic on you guys.

All this means nothing without a blood test right? I could still have had low test... I agree... to a certain extent.

I mean, I've been bitchin' and moanin' to you guys about how *****y my diet has been with school and work... and it HAS been bad trust me. However, I am still at 195... I managed to lose about 4 pounds in PCT witha very, very, bad diet. I'm not kidding you guys.

For 1 week my protein intake was about 100 g ED. I had no protein for a week of my PCT. Normally I'm at 250ish on protein. My cals had maybe 3000. Normally I was at 4000 on cycle. I'm absolutely amazed I didn't drop more weight...and I'm still on creatine though so a few pounds might be from temporary still from that. However, mostly, I think I can attribute the little drop in weight to the hCG nolva combo that brought my balls back within 2 days...

And not to mention busting my ass in the gym. Jack3d had put firecrackers in my ass in my gym sessions (until it stopped working).

So yes. hCG for my next cycle for sure. I love it. I don't like the thought of letting my reproduction system shut down. It never does throughout a normal healthy life naturally so I don't see why anyone would let it happen if they can prevent it. But to each his own. This is just my opinion from my own experience.

Also, it is pretty *****y to come off orals for the first 2 weeks. You just look natural again... there is something about being on orals that just make you look oddly muscular. For example... at 195 on Epi I looked JACKED. At 195 naturally, I look decently jacked.

After a few weeks tho... your mind forgets what it was like on the stuff. It forgets what you once looked like and the natural body starts to become appealing again. I'm liking my natural body as every day goes by more and more. But mind you, coming off the orals, I detested the natural look and feel lol.

Time heals all things. Even the minds perception.

That is all for todays late night high post lol. G'night boys. And LOL to AG... it's so crazy it might just work.

They always come back nice & big after a ****ton of Clomid. I give you props for only losing 4 pounds bro, that's not bad at all, everyone loses weight and doesn't look the same after orals. Thanks guys. Yea you read that right.

For week 2 of my PCT I didn't have any protein powder... so my protein came from food which was 100 g a day. (You can tell how bad even my food intake was if I'm only getting 100 g of protein from food) yet I'm keeping +15...

I really think working my balls fast, creatine, and hard gym sessions are to thank for this. I will never plan like this again though where I don't plan out my PCT as good as my cycle.

So, I think I can end with 195.

Mind you, a couple pounds could be creatine water weight.

A couple pounds ARE fat.

So I can net maybe 10-12 pounds from my cycle of LBM total.

Also keep in mind I am 5"8 and I pretty much maxed out naturally at 180 pounds. I'm 21 now and haven't put on weight naturally in a year. So I do believe I was ready to cycle.

Being 195 with lots of LBM is tough to do for my frame.

So for my first cycle a 7 weeker... if I can net 10-12 pounds on my 5"8 maxed out natural frame. I am happy.

7 weeks... 10-12 pounds. First cycle. Maxed out natural 5"8 frame. I would call this a success for me.

In 7 weeks!!!! Yea... success.

I think I may be able to net 10-12 pounds of LBM on 1-2 more cycle if I cycle aggressively again. But after my second or third cycle, I think steroid gains will stall a bit (although good) they will stall. It will be easier to go from 180 to 195 with steroids on my frame, than it will be to go from 195-210.

My goal in life... a shredded 205-210.

I think in a couple more weeks, I can drop my carb intake and start shredding some of this fat I put on without losing LBM.

So, I want to be 190 for my next cycle. But I will slowly bring myself to 190 so that no LBM is lost (or the least I can lose).

Ahhh it's time to look ahead and plan my next cycle :)

Though it will be a whiles away, it is in the making at this point.
 
never too early to start planning... a lot changes from when you start planning to when you actually get started thats why its never too early

I think this is entirely possible. I like how you are thinking here, small steps on your way to become what you want to become. This shows great maturity my friend. It's when guys want to achieve what you have written in 4 months on their first cycle that problems arise and supps get banned because some loser makes the 6 oclock news... :thinking: morons!! You should teach patience 101 to these fools!

well said bro i agree entirely!

anabolics are the icing on the cake imo... everything has to be down pat. obviously chocolatemilk was doing things right. he killed it, and set a good example of how to work hard towards your goals. i like to think that every day i make a little bit of progress but i am always open to more growth, of course by that i mean education and enlightenment. I truly learn more from seeing other's experiences not just from reading text from articles.

awesome motivation, and looks like a great start to a lifetime full of win!!!
