...and if that turned out to be true, dump her, if they will lie to themselves, it's only a matter of time before they find lying to you acceptable as well... Better safe than sorry


Ok there might be other factors to consider, hmmm, turn the dial the other way so that they think they've gained 5 lbs and watch the show?
 
Also, I checked the scale at my GF's house yesterday (I effin hate that scale it sucks sh*t) but I wanted to see my weight so badly.

195........ wtf. I was 199 two days ago.

Oh man did that bum me out. It was all I could think about. It depressed the sh*t outta me like you guys wouldn't believe.

Get real. This cycle was a huge success, my only fear if I was you would be addiction to anablic steroids and the subsequent huge dangers that you expose your health to.

I think it is more of an issueof the fact that he busted his ass during this cycle and deserved every lb he gained, no one wants to see those go. Chocolate isnt addicted to anabolics, and contrary to joking commentary is actually pretty responsible.

This coming from a guy who is a bean pole at 6'4" and 160... cause that is a healthy weight for your height. Preach elsewhere, CM is very responsible and made sure to keep the cycle to a reasonable amount of weeks and is doing a more than adequate PCT. If you don't agree with the use of anabolics, there are plenty of sections/logs where you will be welcome on AM, maybe go check those out instead.
 
agree with both. CM has his stuff down tight, and knows what he is doing. He is no rookie here and understands the feel of what his body is doing.
I DO wish he would give more updates though... hint hint hint ;)

Yeah we all got CM's back in here, the guy even used HCG on a DS cycle! I think he was being safe and covering all bases forsure. Spargel you don't know what you're talking about, why would you say he's gonna get addicted to steroids? This is a the steroid section. If you don't agree like the others said, post in the supplements section.

It's like when people in sports cry after losing a game. Because of the amount of dedication it takes to dedicate your life to anything, it will be depressing to lose. Or to make you understand it even better, it would be like you crying after you ate a slice of cheesecake because you work so hard to maintain your girlish figure.:flirt:

DAY 17 of PCT

DAY 17 of my PCT

I had a big problem I didn't anticipate when I ran my cycle.

I was working in a restaurant for the summer, and allowed to eat absolutely anything I wanted. And as you can see, I ate a ton. I went through 10 lbs worth of protein tubs for my cycle also. Why? I had saved up prior to my cycle and took care of EVERYTHING on cycle. Well, one thing I forgot, god damn school. I started up again, and man is it tough as f*** eating good right now. I didn't think it would be this bad but my schedule is making it tough as hell.. because 1) I'm not staying up late like I did in the summer (less time to eat) & 2) I spend like 6 hours a day at school (way less time to eat) & 3) I'm spending my days at home... definitely not a restaurant LMAO.

I'm doing as best as I can at this point. I'm not gonna buy food every day at my school f*** that. Occasionally yes, but my plan right now is to get my shakes in during school... and get my solid foods outside of school and bringing food with me too.

This is tough eating now man. I did not anticipate this either. I wish I had come to AM earlier and started my cycle in the beginning of the summer. F*** me.

My weight right now is 197 (I have not seen 199 for a few days now I feel as though that is done). But I think I can keep 195-197 for sure.

I was taking Jack3d to kick start my PCT and have stopped it now. It stopped working to be honest (but when it worked...awesome) and just felt tired as f*** throughout the day after using it almost daily at 3 scoops. I know I shouldn't of used it like that but whatever... Tomorrow will be my first workout without it. But lately even taking it has felt like nothing anyways so I'm not worried.

Appetite is back down to normal. Libido is mehhhh. Not horny to do anything with my GF but if she must... I can.

If anyone says they looked the same in the end of PCT as the way they did on cycle... I'd have a hard time believing them. I look good right now, big and everything, but my skin tightness isn't what it was on anabolics. My pumps aren't what they were, but when I flex, my muscles are bigger then ever pre-cycle. I'm just not as hard. And I can tell from looking at myself. I think my GF even noticed at one point.

These compounds make you literally feel hard as hell. Muscles felt like fukkin rocks on cycle. Now, they only feel like rocks when I flex. Best way to describe it. So obviously this hurts your look unless your flexing 24/7 LMAO. On anabolics, EVERYTHING gives you muscle pumps. Holding the phone to your ear, driving, f*** everything... I LOVED IT.

Theres my update for you AG... more to come :)

Also final review and everything still to come. I guess I will have a better perspective of everything AFTER PCT. So I will save everything for after my PCT.

Bro, great honest feedback, I guess we learn something each time we do something and yeah eating IS tough, but look at it the other way.... When you finish school you'll be going to work and fk knows that gets in the way too..,! This way at least you're already aware of it, you're in GREAT shape and you'll work something out that works for you and your schedule

Better that than you wake up one day many years from now and realise you're a fat ass and getting back is soo much harder and you have to make more of a lifestyle change to reap get back to a decent base BEFORE you can even think about getting the stage you're now at!

Well done, you're gonna kill it bro, your next cycle will be even more immense, and you've got your head screwed on right and I reckon will maximise your PCT phase

Watsup minds.

Been lurking the forum for a while now and finally put together a nice cycle. It will be a 6-7 week of an SD/Epi bridge with hCG 250iu 2x a week.

Looks like this:

SD 20/20/20
Epi 0/ 0/ 30/45/45/....Maybe one more week of Epi at 60 mg for the final week if everything is going well.
hCG 250 iu 2x a week starting in week 2.

PCT: Tamox 20/20/20/10

Supports:
Liver juice, fish oil, fiber, and red yeast rice as support supps.
I will be dosing fish oil very high to make up for joint support. 10 caps a day.

History:

I was always stuck on the 150 lbs mark thinking I was a "hardgainer." After tons of research I put myself at 180 pounds and realized there is no such thing as a hard gainer. It only takes the right diet and training. I feel I am now ready for a first real go at some of these compounds.

I have always wanted to be at the 205 lb mark with a low body fat. I won't get there with this cycle but it will help me on my way there.

Goals:

Mostly recomp with less attention to mass gains. I wanna sit at 190-195 with a very low bodyfat% after this. I will use the SD for the initial mass gain, and Epi afterwards as a recomp tool.

Diet is in check.

Workout:

My workout is a little complicated. I will be running a push/pull/legs split doing 2 a days in the gym. For the first three weeks while on SD my workouts will be primary muscle groups in the morning, with isolation exercises in the evening. Once Epi phase kicks in I will be doing cardio in he morning, and full workouts in the evening. Foe example.

Week 1:
Mon- morning-chest, evening-tris, shoulders
Tues- morning-back, evening- biceps, traps
Wed- morning-Legs, evening, calves
And so on... till week 4

(obviously my evening workouts will be short--also will be doing calves and abs every evening)

In Week 4 things change up:
Mon- morning-cardio, evening ,chest, tris, shoulders
Tues- morning-cardio, evening-back, bi's
Wed- morning-cardio, evening- legs

I'm taking FULL advantage of this cycle.

The reason for hCG is:

1. Don't wanna hop in the sack with a small nut sack with the gf.
2. I want the smoothest PCT possible.
3. I had test atrophy once and it wasn't fun at all.
4. Combat SD's suppressiveness. Want to be running normally through the whole cycle.


Cycle will start Monday the 28th. Starting log early for any suggestions before I start the cycle.

Been cutting for the past 2 months so I don't put on much fat on this cycle.
Current weight 180 (was 185) ..don't know bf

Just buy a lunch box that has pockets for ice packs...bring food and eat it during class. I pack turkey sandwich , yogurt, granola, protein bars, and anything else that I can fit into it :D

Well if you mean strength and lean mass lost so far into PCT, I did lose some strength.

I forgot to update this but my bench went from 225x10 reps to 225x7 reps in PCT. Squats I didn't lose any strength, and back is still strong as f***. It's just my bench that has went down by a couple reps so far. I expected that... I went from 205x3-4 to 225x10 LOL. Biggest increase in strength was on bench press. You know you ain't keepin all of that!

PCT turned out to be hCG 250iu week 1 to kickstart nuts into super production, then nolva at 20 mg for 4 weeks after. My nuts have not lost size or volume this entire cycle. Except a few short instances where I noticed maybe 20% atrophy compared to the atrophy I've experienced before which was bad lol.

Well said gwls. Big learning experience.... and I net some good muscle from my learning experience haha. But yea, in stuff like steroids and things of this nature, all we have to go by is peoples experiences. There is no studies done on how safe, how much to take.... you just gotta go by experiences of others. I'm glad to have this experience now so I can tell people about it in case they ever want to try this cycle.

This is why I love ANABOLICMINDS so much. You see where I started? I'm not ashamed one bit and I always tell people... when I started on this site... I didn't know the difference between nolvadex and novadex xt LOL. Now look. With all the knowledge I gained from here I ran a pretty harsh cycle with success not only in gains but taking care of health aspects.
