You have the right to feel any way you want and speak your mind within limits ex but I really don't think he should have gotten banned for that.

I doubt the mods were following my log so closely to see that right away so you must have reported it or something. I don't think any of this was needed. Just a slap on the wrist, a shut the f*** up and have a coke.

I'm not as sensitive as you. I hear jokes made all the time about my background and I'm fine with it because I know this is the real world and it happens and of all places, I expect to see it most on the internet--a free for all of data and information and worst of all, peoples beliefs, prejudices, and opinions.

I don't know you too well but Unreal does and I didn't even think about it, but what he said was right in his last post. Spot on.

F*** I miss the guy already. He was the only one that noticed how different my back looks and complimented me greatly... shame I lost his compliment too.

I didn't know before now that you COULD even report a post. But they do follow these logs. One time I said something and was quickly warned.

I agree 100% with everything you said CM... one must not be overly sensitive when it comes to internet forums. If people are rude, call them on it and be done with it. There is nothing any of us can really do to stop someone from typing what they want to; if you don't like it, ignore it. Most comments like that are people looking for attention for whatever reason, be it to make a joke or something more sinister, but either way they won't get what they want if no on responds.

CM - as for your progress, looking like you are responding well to the SD and I am sure once you drop some water it will really show. I am going to sub to see about this 300 pound rep max attempt, I think you have it in you!

So I'm the bad guy here? LOL...okay. So then why wasn't I banned? I'm not going to apologize for what I said. I laugh and joke on here too, but to a degree. I don't use racial slurs, because I care how they are interpreted. And I'm neither a coward nor am I a bully, but I don't take sh!t from anyone. If I'm wrong for that, OH, WELL.....

Fack, at least you are going to try! You are busting your a** on this cycle, might as well go for broke even if you fail. No one will give you crap for trying. Heck I can't rep 225x8 on bench right now so to me that is impressive to say you can do that for 3 sets. I am happy when I can put up 225x6 for a set, maybe 2!

Wow guys, everyone in such an uproar over HTC being banned. The Terms and Conditions agreement says no racial slurs. Point blank, that is the reason he got banned. He may have been reported but damn guys it was coming. He had an opportunity to say hey my bad when XT said it bothered him. He chose to be confrontational and that is where he ended up losing out. I loved HTC's posts, he seemed like a really cool and fun guy. I think he is hilarious, but he crossed a line and then when something was said about it there was no real effort to correct the situation.

As far as freedom of speech, we all had to click the I agree to follow these terms of use box to be able to post on here. Enforcement of your right to free speech is for government/law entities not for private use rules or policies or for that matter places of employment that limit sexual harassment. Otherwise freedom of speech would trump sexual harassment cases if the harassment was only vocal.

I get that everybody liked him and want to be mad at someone for him getting banned but in reality it was his own fault. Sometimes you have to take a few lumps to learn lessons when you are a boundary pusher. I am one and I took some lumps figuring out what boundaries I could and could not push without severe repercussions. Bottom line here is the entire situation is sad. The use of the words were sad and the fact I think he was initially joking and not being malicious and otherwise was a pretty cool dude it is unfortunate he was banned as well. However getting on to XT for being offended by that is no different then someone getting mad at one of us because someone called our Mom a whore and us getting offended and took action.

I have to be honest when XT mentioned in his thread someone was talking like that on the bored it pissed me off and I am white. I didn't even know who posted it but I told him to report the post. Don't hate me I wasn't trying to get anyone banned either but someone with the power to say hey you can't say that anymore. Apparently the mods themselves felt it was a ban worthy offense instead of a warning. I don't even know if XT actually reported the post or not but it really doesn't matter. In a place where we are all coming together to help one another there is not room for that stuff. Hell there is really no room for that crap anywhere. Kind of like saying I am going to hate everyone who has a birth mark just because they have one. Sounds stupid doesn't it? Not really any different of a situation when it comes to racism.

Unreal, not trying to call you out, but racism is a huge deal, not absolutely nothing. Whether intended as a joke or not once something was said that someone got offended it should have been corrected out of common courtesy. When it wasn't it became a bigger deal. If you were black I have a feeling you would not find any use of the words used as funny nor would you consider them absolutely nothing. On another note in the spirit of iron, your friggin avi looks beastly!

CM I just got into this log and read a good bit of it your improvements are off the chain. You progress pics look good, back looks really good. Keep Kicking Mass! Oh and your biceps brachialis the one that popped out by your elbow comes from doing neutral grip pulling and curling movements like Hammer curls and chins, rows. Looks like you developed it nicely too. Probably some of where that half inch came in. When people start training with that grip and haven't for a while they normally see a large jump in arm size. Try some Pinwheel curls too they will make that and your forearms blow up.
 
Oh crap CM sorry started responding to this before you requested no one else talk about it. However it is damn near a book and took effort not to sound like a total d*ckhead and is something I feel strongly about. So I don't have the heart to delete it myself with the work I put into it. My test boosters must be kicking in cuz I couldn't keep my mouth shut on it....

I wont be offended if you delete it to clean up your thread. Hell I wouldn't blame you for deleting all of it from the time the situation started.

Honestly..

I love this site. I come on here daily and it's like I have friends waiting for me, to hear from me, see how I'm doing, see what I'm up to, make sure I'm alive... This is truly amazing to feel connected to people you have never met, in such a way that you look forward all day to coming to the site and seeing what has been happening with all these people. Nobody in my life even knows about my current cycle yet 5000 people on here are witnessing it.

Running any cycle will never be the same without logging it. So much fun.

Learn, teach, lead.... and make friends should be added to Anabolicminds moto. Hump was a friend I had made on here and it saddens me to see him go, and automatically I point fingers. I can't help it. It's human nature to point fingers and blame--history has proven that all too well and I am simply human.

I would feel bad deleting all of this for humps sake, I'll keep it as a shrine to a friend haha.

And thanks for the input on the gains and the bicep muscle Kleen. You're absolutely right that must be where the .5" increase came from. Man that sucker popped outta nowhere I love it.
 
Thanks and for what it's worth I just started reading his posts and responding to hump recently and think he was / is cooler than hell. Funny guy and it sucks he wont be around to joke with or laugh at. Would have been nice to hear he was corrected and sent on his way with a stiff warning. I don't think he meant that to sound as bad as it did. Unfortunately he got banned. I have seen others return but I don't know how they do that.

I think they get another email address through Yahoo! or some other email provider. It's not hard. Anyway, I'm hated on here (you should see all the hate PMs I got, LOL), but so what? I was hated as the tall, skinny kid with thick, Coke-bottle glasses and I'm hated now. Such is life.

Now that BAN'FEST 2010 is over... let's get going!

Yesterday was a rest day, and I'm thinking about making another rest day today. We will see. I want joints, wrists and elbows to be 100% to try a 1Repmax.

The pounds are really really coming on during my rest days.

I was 193 on Sunday. Didn't work out Monday, didn't work out Tuesday (all of my muscles were still healing) Added the 500+ calories again to my diet making it a total of 1000+ above maintenance for 2 days... and I've already gained 2 more pounds.

Current weight 195 (+15).... I really think 200 is gonna happen. Didn't aim for it lol cuz I didn't think it was even possible.

I wanted to be 190-195 by the end of this cycle if you read my 1st post and I'm already at 195 right now! And I got about 3 weeks left still! Wow... just wow.

Dude if you listen to your body and take enough time to heal like you're doing and eat right I have no doubt that you can hit that 200!! and then there's the epi which you might continue to see strength gains on (like me) and then some!

Thanks SC... yea I remember starting my cycle with the mentality "I can't over train on roids" So I was going to the gym every day lol. Now... my rest days are proving to be of SO much value. Even on roids... rest rest rest.

Dude I know i been training with this lil' football player for the last couple of weeks and his lifts are impressive for his age. I know 5 years from now he's gonna be a freakin beast.. Anyway, he told me that ever since he started on my schedule it makes his lifting routine at school seem like cake LOL

Yesterday we hit legs and I had told him yea, lets hit back tomorrow.. Well I will NOT be hitting back today, or anything else, will take all day and probably tomorrow off too. Maybe some cardio but I always walk my dog in this heat I consider that cardio lol

Damn CM. 15lb gain sofar is damn good and from the pics you put up it doesn't look like you've added any fat.. Nice dude!

haha make it a "brisk" walk and we'll call it cardio. I honestly just walk on the treadmill a lot of times instead of running. I also do incline walking to burn a little extra cals. Walking over running FTW!

The bigger the shoulders and traps the smaller your waist looks. As long as you are V-shaped you have nothing to worry about. That little belly in the lower abdomen, some people call it a beer belly but I call it a fuel tank for a sex machine :laugh2::lol5:

CM when u planning to max out? make sure u get a few good warm up sets in.. not too much volume though.. make sure ur elbows are warmed up also.... if your not used to maxing id def look up a few warm up techniques and see what works for you... i personally like more warm up sets then other people to max.. but everyone is different
