Chocolatemilk hangs low with hCG; and builds high with SD/Epi (Pic Log)

Watsup minds.

Been lurking the forum for a while now and finally put together a nice cycle. It will be a 6-7 week of an SD/Epi bridge with hCG 250iu 2x a week.

Looks like this:

SD 20/20/20
Epi 0/ 0/ 30/45/45/....Maybe one more week of Epi at 60 mg for the final week if everything is going well.
hCG 250 iu 2x a week starting in week 2.

PCT: Tamox 20/20/20/10

Supports:
Liver juice, fish oil, fiber, and red yeast rice as support supps.
I will be dosing fish oil very high to make up for joint support. 10 caps a day.

History:

I was always stuck on the 150 lbs mark thinking I was a "hardgainer." After tons of research I put myself at 180 pounds and realized there is no such thing as a hard gainer. It only takes the right diet and training. I feel I am now ready for a first real go at some of these compounds.

I have always wanted to be at the 205 lb mark with a low body fat. I won't get there with this cycle but it will help me on my way there.

Goals:

Mostly recomp with less attention to mass gains. I wanna sit at 190-195 with a very low bodyfat% after this. I will use the SD for the initial mass gain, and Epi afterwards as a recomp tool.

Diet is in check.

Workout:

My workout is a little complicated. I will be running a push/pull/legs split doing 2 a days in the gym. For the first three weeks while on SD my workouts will be primary muscle groups in the morning, with isolation exercises in the evening. Once Epi phase kicks in I will be doing cardio in he morning, and full workouts in the evening. Foe example.

Week 1:
Mon- morning-chest, evening-tris, shoulders
Tues- morning-back, evening- biceps, traps
Wed- morning-Legs, evening, calves
And so on... till week 4

(obviously my evening workouts will be short--also will be doing calves and abs every evening)

In Week 4 things change up:
Mon- morning-cardio, evening ,chest, tris, shoulders
Tues- morning-cardio, evening-back, bi's
Wed- morning-cardio, evening- legs

I'm taking FULL advantage of this cycle.

The reason for hCG is:

1. Don't wanna hop in the sack with a small nut sack with the gf.
2. I want the smoothest PCT possible.
3. I had test atrophy once and it wasn't fun at all.
4. Combat SD's suppressiveness. Want to be running normally through the whole cycle.


Cycle will start Monday the 28th. Starting log early for any suggestions before I start the cycle.

Been cutting for the past 2 months so I don't put on much fat on this cycle.
Current weight 180 (was 185) ..don't know bf

how much hCG you mixing up cuz it has like a life of ~30 days after mixed. May wanna put that into consideration since you running it 2 weeks in on a 5 week cycle. Id prolly just start like week 1.

haha we'll party :fest30::censored: the reason I'm running it in the second week is cuz I won't even have it till the second week ..buzzkill... I'm getting 2, 2000iu vials to make up for the life of it. Won't mix the second vile till needed.

ahh sounds good than lol. hCG is good stuff, I always use it prolly dont need to but I figure better safe than sorry.

BTW very good to see you put urself up 30lbs naturally with good research! If only more people I knew would do that instead of just hoping on hormones.....Kudos sir

Theres this guy at my gym absolutely jacked.. he comes in the evening, does like 3 sets on his biceps and leaves lol. I ended up asking him one day what was up with his shi**y workout and he said he did 2 a days and he taught me more about it. It's really a great set up glad you like it. Hope I enjoy it too.

Yea I put myself up naturally to 180 over a few years fluctuating up and down until I was finally a steady 180 without working out or a strict diet.

This is my second run with a hormone product... my first was a horrendous uneducated run about 5 months ago with a sh*t product which was a "propietary blend" aka under dosed product... gains were crap with no strength gains and lost the little there was. At the time I was using this product I didn't know the difference between novadex xt and nolvadex. I don't want that run under my belt but it's there :puke: haha not gonna lie.

Things have changed now.
 
You mean Novadex Xt isn't good for PCT?! ;) ;)

-a couple small meals consisting of whatever is available at home with absolutely no carbs tho. Usually just some meat.

My carbs for the day come from the burger bun, subway bread or rice, and chocolate milk after workout. I rarely eat any more carbs than that. I will up the carbs a little while on SD tho.

You don't necessarily have to up the carbs. I thought I was going to have to... The first day I ran 30 I cut my carbs in half and have been slowly upping since then (I think monday) lol... And I feel fine. No lethargy. I guess every individual is different. Good luck tho. You're lucky. I used to work restaurants, so it was easy for me to eat clean, i could just pull stuff off the line... But now I work retail and I gotta pack what I eat, and cook in bulk/buy in bulk... FML lol..

And you know the subway oven roasted chicken isn't too bad on the macros i just do some oil and vinegar on that sucker and some pepper and oregano and load it with veggies and no cheese. Double meat sometimes but thats if im super hungry

Thanks brother good to see you in here. I attribute 90% of my understanding of these compounds to your threads. If my first legit cycle goes well, I will remember it was unreal from anabolicminds that lead me in the right direction... if it goes horribly wrong, I will hate you for the rest of my life lol. It will go well tho :)
 
Good luck you seem like you've got your **** together. Youll love this cycle, I was really impressed with it when I ran it.
 
So I live in a house full of nosy people aka family. All my life as a kid I've been hiding alcohol from them, porn magazines, marijuana, you name it mostly to no avail as I always get caught somehow.. I think I've outdone myself in hiding my stash.. did myself a favor and invested in a "safe."

I feel so much better leaving the house knowing my goodies is locked and only I have the key. Great investment. Plus I feel cooler going into my safe kinda like james bond.

haha i did the exact same thing back when i live with my fam. i had to hide everything in a very conservative home... enter the safe. beautiful.
 
Im glad I dont live with anyone nosy lol. My supps are in 1 draw and my DS is in the draw below it in a dresser that is right by the door as u walk in. Only thing I hide a bit is the research stuff because I cant pass them off as supps.

Thanks cook I was keepin a big eye on your log trying to pick up any tips as my cycle is pretty similar.... The best tip I ended up picking up was that I could grind the bringer of sh*ts clap pill and put it in my gf's cereal if ever needed lol

Glad to see you have your HCG plan down. I think you'll notice a big difference on libido, recovery, etc. I noticed you're starting it in week 2. If you're very sensitive to shutdown like I am, consider running it right off the bat. That way you'll prevent the problems from even starting. HCG diet doctors say 6 weeks is OK, and I think you can safely go 7 weeks at your dosage without creating any recovery issues. In fact, you can just use 1 injection at the beginning of week 7 then let it clear your system to start PCT in week 8. Good luck!

Dude dogs sense so much more than people give them credit for. They can smell fear, anxiety, anger, and if you're anxiously waiting to open up that box that turns you into a weight tossing mad man.. Yeah, he probably knows.

Ive had my pit puppy since he was 5 weeks old (yeah i got him from a ****head breeder) and he reacts to just about every mood im in differently lol

i got mine from a humane society...hes a doberman mix, but ever since i started running test, he cowards when i get near him or say something....its kinda funny. guess he can smell the copious amounts of testosterone :D

yeah bro they're great judges of character. i come home from the gym on cycle tired and beat and he just comes to relax with me.. if i lay in bed too long he puts toys in my face until i wake up

yes actually he can. thats one of the things that animals do when theyre marking. trying to give off their scent of masulinity, showing theyre alpha. When my dog cowers for any reason i completely ignore it cuz its an unwanted trait. so anything that goes unacknowledged doesnt get repeated as often
