Nice to get back in the groove and on the routine! I’m traveling this week for work so my workouts have been crap:/ I’m ready for next week to get back on track.

Hows that shoulder doing?
Its good, about 85%. Few exercises I cant perform. Definitely got sore on me while I was power washing with a 24 ft extension. I know when its fatigued, it starts twitching and burning a lil bit. Spasms .
Just gotta be smart, I snatched a full 5 gallon can of fuel the other day from out of the back of the pickup while I was on the ground..that was a no no.
