BOSSMAN'S First supplement log on AM, True shred/Alpha Lean
This will be my first supplement log on AM, I had a log in weight loss section. In this log my goal is to lose weight.* First about me, 37 years old, 15 years of lifting experience and just started learning the art of nutrition about 4 years ago. Love supplements.* Over the last 3 years I have lost 88 lbs. I have went from 280lbs to 192. I got cocky and lazy and went back up to 239 in which I have currently lost 22 lbs back down to 217. My target with this log is to get back down to 200. I live typical blue collar lifestyle,* I have a full time job as an engineer and own a landscaping company. Have 3 kids all in sports, and the wife has a full time job and a cleaning service. With that said, I'm busy 7 days a week, very active. I workout at 3am during the week and run on the weekends. I average 5 to 6 workouts a week, that may differ now that the lawn care season is upon us. Workouts will be as follows, I do one muscle a day, core every workout, jump rope, heavy bag, and 20-30 minutes on treadmill.* Workouts are around 90 minutes.* Pretty intense.**Starting off I will allow 2600 cal on workout days and 2k on rest days. I will slowly decrease depending on the scale. I will log macros. Supplements will be true shred for the first time along with alpha lean that I've used before. Multi v, Kre-alkalyn,* creatine hcl,* protein,* nitric oxide,** and bcaa.* Will throw in some coq diesel every once in a while.* Will have riot as a pre workout along with other samples I have received.* I will add pics from first 88lb loss, and post a current pic for the start of this log. I will update as much as I can, and will weigh in once a week.* We have true shred logs, we have muscle sculptor logs, and we have true shred/muscle sculptor combo log. I chose alpha lean/ true shred because I have had great success with alpha lean before, and no one here has logged this combo.* I will run this until my 1 bottle of true shred is gone and make a decision towards the end to purchase more or move on.
