here in Indiana everyone who does spraying is required to take a 4 hour course at purdue university and pass a test...if you pass they give you a [license] that gets renewed yearly for 4 years, then you have to be recertified....they can and will slap a heavy fine on anyone who doesn't have a license.

I'm a big fan of alpha lean as well. One of my favorite fat burners to use when I'm cutting! And 88lbs that's awesome!

Thanks! Took a few years but it is what it is. This is my 3rd round with the Alpha Lean. I dropped my stims in the month of march and was like a little kid waiting to tear the wrapper off and pull out that white stuffing to pop my first capsule. It's been about a year since I've used it. I used norcodrene by pes, black devils, but the Alpha Lean is the SH*T...

Trust me they know! It will be your own little source of evil happiness when you are a grandparent too! Mine are going to get a pixie stick that has been emptied and reloaded with a Pre-Workout instead of candy...

That is me all day... my writing might make me look organized, but not even close. I am as ADHD as they come. Can't walk into a room and remember why I went there to save my life. Sometimes it is so bad you will hear me half chanting the reason I am going into a room because it is the 3rd time I have gone in and forgot why I was there in the first place. So to make sure I don't forget again I will repeat it to myself the whole time I am walking in there...

Sitting still, impulse control, being organized, no unfortunately those are not in my wheelhouse...

Cannabis Riot 1 1/2 scoop today
Was stroking on treadmill after minute 8, cranked up to 7mph. Increased calorie burn, increased distance in 1 minute less time. Super sweaty today, actually yelled at the weights a few times this morning
True shred day 3, nothing to report as of yet. If anything, mood is great smiling all day

Pumps are decent, just fu*king solid/hard, hard to explain...Def different. ..I happy so far. Gonna stay with it 3 more days then use a sample packet of something else then jump right back to the riot. Watermelon is on point

^^^ Agreed. I like when logs have a few pics in them and for example his macros from his app. It definitely keeps it more entertaining for everyone and easier to see progress along the way.

I'm only dosing 2 of these a day, not even close to suggested amount. They are my lil gitty up during the day. The coq diesel I just use on "special occasions" 2 or 3 times a week
 
Actually got the day off today, I'm taking my pride and joy. ..my baby girl to the zoo today. I have 2 teenage boys that are fine young men, but there is just sumn about that baby girl.....
Riot...really starting to like this stuff after 4 days in a row. Very clean and refreshing taste. Actually taste so good I wsh I could have another throughout the day, but I ain't going there. Lots and and lots of sweat, boxers and socks were soaked.
