Army Guy goes Shock and Awe with Anadraulic State GT (Sponsored)

Again? Is Danny Tanner gonna have to choke a met?

No one ever answered my question. So I'll ask it again and again and again and....

Every where you look, everywhere you go, there's a heart.
There's a heart. A hand to hold onto. Everywhere you look , everywhere you go. There's a face of somebody who needs you. Eveywhere you look, when you're lost out there and you're all alone, a light is waiting to carry you home, everywhere you look. Everywhere you look.

Just sayin..someone had too! :dunno:

Did he say.... WOOOOOOOOOOOO-OOOOOOOOOOD!?!?!?!?
No Really... Cut - it - out.
Don't touch the hair...

and many other quotes like this can be yours for the low low price of SHUT THE FUG UP!!!! LOL I must shamefully admit I have seen probably every episode of that show...

Wanna be shocked, go pull up Bob Sagat - The Aristocrats....

That is the point of the joke to go as long as possible while being as filthy and shocking as possible without stopping. Lots of comedians do it but Bob it the man!

Of course there are a few cheat items from time to time, but with 7 kids, that is par for the course LOL

So are you guys dosing AS GT every day or just on workout days? I know it says to take 1 serving on off days, but damn!!!!!! I took my first serving saturday at 8am, worked out for an hour 1/2, and was still "rolling" at 6pm.

I'm only doing workout days. But I think I'm going to take it on my day off too.

Day 22

Ok, so all of you are probably in the same boat as me if you have kids, or are still a kid at heart. This weekend the diet went out the window and candy heaven was in full force. Though the lamb was especially good... mmmmmm baby lamb!!!!! :tongue2: needless to say I woke up bloated and lethargic.
Given that, here is the lift The lift:
Chest: Flat bench press
135 x 10 - 285 x 10 (+10lbs!!!! new PR) - 295 x 6 - Drops - 235 x 9 185 x 8 (the 285 start was fantastic)
Back: seated close grip cable rows
150 x 15 - 240 x 11 (+2 PR... Panthura and TG motivated me to go heavier) - 250 x 6 (holy crap that was heavy, but PR on weight) - Drops - 200 x 10 - 160 x 10
Shoulders: Hammer behind the head shoulder press
185 x 10 - 205 x 11 - 215 x 7 (went lighter by 10lbs, but more in control) - Drops - 185 x 7 - 95 x 10. The slow movement and flexing at the up and down positions smoked me!! Understand the weight on the machine better and the numbers will be more fluid next week
Biceps: DB alternating curls - this is where the candy caught up with me :irked:
30's x 10 - 55's x 7 - 55's x 6 (was a little sloppy and very disappointing) Drops - 35s x 12 - 30s x 8
Triceps: 2 handed overhead DB extensions was wanting to hit 125, but DOMS were still in from Friday
75 x 15 - 120 x 8 (new PR) 120 x 7 (arms were shaking and I had no spotter - getting a 120lb DB in the shoulder and then behind the head takes at least 1 rep off :irked:) Drops - 85 x 10 - 75 x 10
Legs: Leg Presses - since surgery these were the best I have done. Heels nearly 4 inches from the butt
200 x 15 - 400 x 10 - 500 x 6 (best I have done since getting the knee rebuilt!! old PR pre surgery was 750) Drops 400 x 6 crazy cramp in the thigh, but happy with the 500

over all was pleased with the lift, but not the mirror. Will be relying on the ASGT to fix my weekend binge, which I know it is up for!!! :smite:

I roll with 2-3 on workout days, 1-2 on cardio days, and just use creatine on the weekend. That way I stretch out the stash!!! :fest30:

Ya my diet went out the window too. I think I put back everything I lost.

That's what I been doing too. But I was thinking it might be good to keep the sarm and the other stuff in the system.

I picked a good weekend to do the load, I cheated like a mf but it was all part of the plan... wasn't that much fun though. :suspect:

Yeah, I like to make my stash last as long as I can too. My concern was with the Stims for everyday use and then not getting the full benefits of the AI effects by not taking it everyday.

Army Guy, didnt mean to hijack the thread...great Log!!! I'm gonna post the same question on the LG section.

I saw what you ate and I must be totally honest........I didn't envy you one bit. That kind of food just doesn't appeal to me anymore. Honestly. I would have preferred to gorge on fruit and nuts than that stuff you were eating. :silly:

Yah very little I really liked and I was not hungry past the first meal. It does seem to work very well though.

I think the most optimal dosing protocol would be to take it everyday. 2 or 3 scoops pre-workout on training days, and 1 maintenance scoop on non-workout days. I feel that it's best to keep these compounds constant within your system.

Ok so my question is... are you jumping up from 135 to 285 right away? Are there any sets between the two? This seems like a huge jump and there are quite a few downsides to making such a huge jump.

actually hit 225 for a few reps first. Just didn't want to clog up the #s since it is not considered a working set. Like most, the joints can't handle a jump that high that fast :smirk:

Ok man just wanted to be sure. As long as you feel warmed up completely then you are good to go. :AR15firing:

yeah before I hit the gym the Army cadets have us do tons of push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks... etc... I must admit I sham a bit so as not to throw off the lifting. But I am usually ready to roll by the time I get there

PS Everyone should check out the facebook ASGT fan page for many reviews, to include mine

I hear ya on the PT. I do the same thing to save my strength for the weights. Nothing wrong with that sir!

Good to see you're still killing it AG, 2 new PRs. Wow.

Dude. I have some red and white candy corn my goddess got me for Valentine's Day still sitting around. I may have eaten 1/4 of it so far. In the past, I would have torn through that stuff in a matter of days......or hours!!! :32:

As I tighten up my diet more and more, I find that I'm losing my taste for bad foods. Chocolate is my only weakness now.....:smirk: But hey, the cocoa is actually a good antioxidant and helps to lower blood pressure. So give me my chocolate medicine.....stat!!!:silly:

Day 23

Dosed 2 scoops and hit cardio.
Cruised :drive: on the elliptical machine for 60 minutes and then had 230 reps of crunches. Great sweat was dripping, and the heart like that of a Thoroughbred!!! I love me my ASGT!!!

Definitely. The longer you avoid crappy foods, the easier it is to stay away from them altogether. I still have a weakness for Bluebell ice cream and Bob's Potato Chips, but those are really the only "junk foods" that appeal to me much lately.

bluebell... mmmmmmmm...
On another note, today is a good Army day.
Just swore in a new member of the United States Army
I solemnly swear to support and defend the Constitution of the United States
against ALL enemies both foreign and domestic!!!
SO HELP ME GOD!!
