Interested in how paleo is treating you Southern; it has been on my radar for a while. I miss fruit to be honest and like that you get to eat a lot of nuts, almonds and pecans are the bomb! Not to mention you teasing me with the steak and eggs talk!

i only eat almonds really, sometimes pecans... and yeah the fruit is a life saver. i dont need a LOT of carbs, but iits hard for me to cut them out just quite yet. in another 10-12 days im making a transition into keto.. that should really be nice! :D

Keto is all well and good, I fear for my survival if I have to cut carbs out to that extent though. I don't do well with them but when I am down to 50-60 grams a day, it gets to be a battle of whits even with the best appetite suppressants. Heck I just started ECA today and 25 mg of E did not make my 10 AM snack any less desirable or necessary.

yeah the liquid hits in 20 - 30 minutes. take it with some creatine and a ****load of water and im beastin inthe gym. im gonna do some legs today. hellll yeaahhhhhh

i kickstarted test e and dbol, on 3rd week, 5 more weeks til I up the test and add tren ace.. AND t3 ;)

I used to be prescribed to adderall (might have actually been this thread we discussed it in), I stopped taking it because it was insanely taxing on the body, and ****ed with me mentally on come down in a very dramatic way (not like depression - just weirdness). But damn what I would give to have a couple to pop when I need to get something done :D

i know what you mean about the weirdness, I was never prescribed it but i did did take it a lot my first year of college, and yeah coming down off of it was some ugly ****. aderrillin on the other hand doesnt seem to do that to me, i tried to get a kid in my class sniff it lol

Leg Press Drop sets - went as deep as I could possibly go, held the weight and popped it up quick..

Seated Calf Raises (tried hitting high reps)

yeah that hurt bad but I figured I'd give it a shot. Now we wait and see how well my calfs responded to that sort of stimulation

Cycle Update:

I am in the third week of the Paleo Diet, in the third week of a calorie deficit and test cycle, and in the second week of dbol pre workout. Strength is maintaining, recovery is starting to speed up. Delts and quads have started becoming comfortable with pinning, no discomfort post injection or the following days... Appetite is slightly suppressed due to egcg, adderllin, and CLA. Hitting at least 300 grams of protein ED- with only 100 max coming from shakes. Libido and acne are both up. Sense of well being, unstoppable force is very strong. Aggression is WAY up.(in a good way... much different than superdrol). Slight joint discomfort at right knee, right shoulder, and left wrist. The usual areas. Nothing too major, just probably from the Erase.

Weight : 255.5 (-5.5)
Mood : Awesome
Strength: Through the roof... but even more so next week ;)
Libido : Skeet skeet skeet skeet skeet! MF!
 
Update # 2- My legs are trashed. Hips, quads, hams, glutes and calfs... Everything is jello, not even sore yet. Probably gonna be painful tomorrow. LOL......

been slammin the BCAA and protein intake is higher today so far so it should help with recovery.

It's good to have you, this cycle is gonna make Southercharm Turns Up the Heat look like a baby cycle. LOL. Im a lot more on top of my diet tho too, and I know using stuff like t3, cardio and diet do it all, i just will have increased thyroid hormone, etc....

Its been so much fun I can't imagine what the 13 weeks ahead of me have in store ;)

i got caber, vitex and forma.. will use forma unless I get sides. I think unless it cripples me I might try pinning ED on the tren... Anyway yeah that starts in 5 weeks... LOL

8-10 weeks. just all depends on how i feel. same with dose. will start off at 50mg ed and see how i feel

I measured the amount of water I took in yesterday. 2.75 gallons. Unreal. And today I had gone down .5 lbs (weigh in with empty stomach) down from yesterday. Bloat is pretty much non existent even with DBOL. I guess between the low sodium diet and the hella water intake my body's just flushing it out. I knew I could drink 2 gallons easy, but getting towards 3 and being able to drink more if I wanted to.. Wow.

Focus is amazing at the gym. I go up in there and I get pumps just walking around. Awesome feeling. Feels almost euphoric. My lifts aren't impressive by any means compared to my body weight but I feel like the strongest motherf**ker at the gym. No joke. I feel like my legs have gotten a bit bigger, but I really need to measure them now and then measure them in a few weeks. Because I KNOW for sure I am on a cal deficit, I could understand "recomping" if I was at maintenance. But I am leaning out and have dropped 6 lbs. Not much so far, but then again I am on test and dbol and there's a chance I could still be holding some water. Sure doesn't seem like it though. Oh well, 13 weeks ahead of me and im already happy with results so far. I definitely want to get as low as I can without losing too much muscle. We'll see how big of a deficit my body can handle, I will see that on keto while devouring a mass amount of protein daily. Im sure water intake then will be even more ridiculous, and then not to mention the tren. Im gonna be like a thirsty hungry rabid animal hahaha...
 
Yo Southerncharm! Yeah Nolva and Clomid together was a good suggestion. Even though I spent my PCT with an inguinal strain and it took me 2 weeks to find out it wasnt shutdown ahahaha. My buddy said, "hey I know what your thinking now that you know its only a strain.... I can't wait to finish them roids now!"
