Chest 3 scoops ASGT With a little Fat GRIPZ in the mix

I have really been pushing my muscles to the max for a month straight time to give them a break and let them recoup and grow. So for the next week or so I will be going lite and just get a good pump. So here is my chest workout.

Wide Grip Bench press FG
140-10/10 180-8 140-10

Rev grip bench and wide grip with fat grips supper set
120-10/10/10
120-10/10/7

Peck deck
110-15 130-10/10/10

ASGT 3 Scoops

Pump:Great Pump
Endurance:This is always great
Energy:great but what do you expect from 3 scoops

Strength:went light so hard to tell

13 sets is right about where you want to be for a major muscle group like chest when lifting for growth. May be a little low for "lite and pump," but like you said, it's time for a little break. :party:

Hmmmmmmmmm. I don't know about that one. Milk and creatine don't mix well. As long as it is a real good grade of creatine it might. I might try it tonight.

Mix: Not Good made a sludge on the inside of my shaker. Which was more likely from the creatine and milk

Why do you people want to slow down the absorption rate of your ASGT with fat and casein protein 45 minutes before a workout even if it tastes good it isn't a great idea.

I am gonna go with... Not much... However I am thinking that Blueberry BC + EAA will mix excellently in some blueberry yogurt to up the protein content. I am gonna put that to the test this weekend.

That is a big stack for someone your age and size. That is 3 products shooting your already high test way up. Your only 18 and 160 pounds. Now if you where over 20 when your test is going down and you got some weight on you then this would be a great stack. Really at your age all you need is a good diet, good training and allot of protein. But hay I did the same $hit at that age. I would only run one of those at a time. Which would give you good results and save you allot of money. I would start with 4 hard a day.

How long have you been lifting and what dose your diet look like?

I would get you blood presser checked asap, and I would stop taking it until you do. To tell you the truth you jumped in way over your head. I hate when they put 18 or older on this stuff. It should be 21 or older. But if I was you I would go over to a drug store and take your blood presser.

Well I took my pulse and it was 60 in 1min
Your pulse can be fine but your blood presser can be way up. Hell mine went into hypertension from PSARM. Some people react different to different supplements.
