You guys that are using FAT GRIPZ after a few weeks of using them try a week without them. I haven't been using them much this week and my weights have gone way up since I started using them. It shows how much these thing build the strength. My grip has gotten much stronger.
 
Wow I have been sleeping really good. I don't know if it is the HGH or the lack of ASGT. I will find out when the next jug gets here.

220 deadlifts? So why not use 2 plates? Its only 5 lbs more... Also how soon til you start using more weight? And what is a straight arm pull down?

220 was a at home workout. I have small plate got to get some 45s. I wanted to add more weight got to buy some plates. I have been working out at home since time is limited with work.

Dragon, can you give me an updated rating/feeling on the ASGT..all out honest one brother!

Pump:I would have to rate it a 8. This stuff makes it so you can push yourself to get the extra reps wich gives you a grate pump. I can't imagine adding the anadraulic pump to it.

Endurance:This is where this product really shines. I would have to give it a 10 here. Even on day I don't feel like working out this stuff makes me want to keep pumping. It even works great on cardio.

Energy:Rate it a 9 I can go from falling a sleep on the couch to ready to rock in 15 min with this stuff.

Libido:?? No change that I have seen

Strength:Rate it a 7 unless you exclude the illegals :) Then it would make it a 9

Sides:Addictive :) once you use this stuff you hate to quit.
Other: This is by far the best preworkout product I have ever used. After my first bottle was gone and I took a week off because I didn't have it. It kick back in hard. So I would suggest giving it a break after a few weeks to give you a chance to reset. That is if you can go without it. :)

I will be doing a final review at the end of this bottle. Unless LG want to keep sending me more bottles. Maybe with the AP this time. :)
