Have my first carb-up planed for Friday, here the plan:
-pop cialis for vasodilation
-go training with pump in mind
-intra shake with salt, glycerol and sugar (Hyperhydration protocol)
-after that, white pasta binge 30 minutes after training
-then sleep and see how I look on Saturday.
