    Same here, I usually eat right around 1 hour before I dose my XF. 90-120 min is perhaps even more ideal but I haven't noticed a ton of difference personally when taking w food, fasted, or in between.

    For the absolute best results possible I always recommend taking it daily. Many do feel they get similar benefit with around 5x dosing a week (preWO) only, so if you fall in that category I dont fault you for skipping a few days doses to make X-Factor even more affordable.

    Something like Abyss, Lights Out or Animal PM will be a great option if you find yourself over stimmed. Certainly dont begin relying on high stims and sleep aids daily though.

    The original Erase dried me out nicely and had noticeable (positive) estrogen lowering effects on my body while not eliminating estrogen so much so that my libido was impacted.
