haven't tried but wouldn't use anything giant. 12 grams of protein when they claim 27 with glycine added and not on the label. I could imagine their other products. I'm coo lol

I've used a tub, really enjoyed it, lemon ice flavor was 'ight...but High Volume is better

That is a great preworkout. Kind of kitchen sink but everything is well dosed @ the full 2 scoops.
