Yeah man, I am a 3am training guy. Ain't happening right now. Welcome to the log, these guys will tell you I'm all in 99% of the time but this spring has been a let down for training. Don't get me wrong, with my lawncare labor I'm maintaining for sure, just not growing unfortunately. I have a great support group in here and put health first at all times.Damn I haven’t seen this till now. Gonna try to stick around.
The long days suck, I work from 5 am to 9pm every day which a few sporadic breaks here and there. It’s tough just getting to the gym and finding time for yourself.

When your in season it's tough to hit the gym constantly when work wears you out. I know I use to get bent out of shape when life got in the way of my Gym time. awsome, It's just starting. Seems like the other day my daughter was 7 years old playing softball. now she is 17 and committed to play in college. enjoy the ride it goes by fast!View attachment 182674left day job at 2pm yesterday, cut 4 yards in time to make it to the start of my baby girls game. Oh man she lit up, went 3 for 3 at the plate and got 3 outs from the infield. She got the game ball last night. My baby will be 9 tomorrow....man oh man
Liked!She is the oldest and biggest on her team now. She stands out. She just couldn't understand why she hadn't got a game ball up till last night. I tried to explain to her that she could easily get a game ball every night but remember your other lil teammates want and deserve a game ball also.
So this went on for about 4 weeks and I could tell it was bothering her, boy last night after their end game huddle in center field she came flying across that field to me at the fence. Her happiness was priceless
I have been really hard on myself over this. I was making some decent upper body gains in my chest, back, and biceps. I dont feel as though I've lost much over the last 6 or 8 weeks, but mentally it fukks me up.No like button!! Awesome BOSS, great to see when your kids hit milestones. Spring/summer is always hard to keep in track for me, but you're still at it and posting up, so great job!
That's the spirit! You'll be back on track and progress will start up!So in a nut shell, food prep starts again on Sunday and training sessions also. I'm not a man of excuses so I will not use lawncare and day job as a reason to fall behind on nutrition and training.

Yep thats true. When you get busy it's very easy to let the diet slip because you're always on the go.Keep nutrition on track is the hardest thing when you are busy, but it's 75% of the formula !!
