Kat and Puccah's Strong is the new sexy log

Exactly ladies! Since my first venture into bluetooth there was no going back. When I have to it is very frustrating but I do keep a wired pair in my bag for emergencies like forgetting to charge or forgetting to grab them off the charger on the way out.

Same here!!!

I did not want to train tonight. It was just one of those days where I was grateful that the drive home was long. I thought and I cried and consumed myself in my own pity. I got home about 5:45 and just contemplated about training, telling myself that maybe tomorrow morning would be better. I knew I wouldn't get up in time to train, it was just a lie so I wouldn't feel so bad about not going.
8:30 came along and I forced myself out the door. I went to the gym close by instead of my normal gym. I had a good arm and shoulder workout and as I was finishing up my hammer curls, I noticed that a guy kept staring at me. He was trying to read my tattoo.
After a few minutes and straining his neck to read my tattoo, he finally came up to me. He asked what my tattoo said and I told him that it said "Carpe Diem". Then he asked me if I competed because I was so freaking strong. I said, "no, I just train to train and I'm not very strong anymore." He said, "well damn, that's a lie cuz you're freaking strong and look at your quads!"
Long story short, he started telling me about his life and how he lost his wives to cancer and accidents ( he's on his 4th marriage). He talked about all his trials and tribulations, his heartaches and losses, and most importantly all the good things that he's been blessed with (he must have been close to 70 years old).
I told him that I didn't want to train tonight but something dragged me out of the house and everything that he was telling me, I needed to hear. Before I left he told me that I had an awesome personality and to just please LIVE and enjoy life. :)

I couldn't make this up even if I tried. I don't know, God has his way of relaying his messages....

Believe in God and Enjoy Life, we never know when it might end!!

I firmly believe that God uses each of us in ways to benefit those that are in need. It shows how tightly interwoven our lives are with others. Or, that guy was an angel sent to remind you that you are doing great things and to not let life get in your way of greatness!!

Thank you, guys! You're absolutely correct. I've been so consumed by my own pity that I couldn't see the light anymore. One step at a time.. :)

I love that story!!! So proud of you for pushing through and going anyways!! God definitely timed it out just right knowing you needed to hear that! Hearing other people's stories and how they've overcome is always so encouraging!!! You have overcome so much already! You are strong in many ways! Keep it up girl! You are an inspiration to us all!!

Yah I'm pretty clumsy at that kind of thing, bad balance.

My jumping lunges are pitiful! They were even worse last week. Lol

Noticed last night that we got a hex bar at the gym. I'm pretty stoked about deads tonight! :D

Man, I must have been exhausted. A quick 30 min nap turned out to be a 10 hour nap.

Here's my new log I'm running on Super Cardarine for Primeval Labs!

My coworker just told me that I don't dress appropriate for work. He doesn't have a problem with how I dress, he likes to stare as I walk away but other people (mainly corporate) may see it as offensive.

I am covered up but would it have been considered appropriate if I didn't have tattoos?

Unfortunately, probably.

Gonna need to visually review the actual case in question before a decision can be rendered.

I wouldn't be able to get much work done. My imagination of just a few more inches would be clouding my ability to work... That's what happens when you are hot! Obviously I'd never tell you to cover up...

Pshhhhhh that ain't inappropriate

Haha, thanks, guys. I actually pulled my dress down. I saw myself in the mirror and oops, my panties are baby blue today! :p

Wait!! you wear panties lol
That totally messed up what I had going on in my head

To corporate people, or people who don't know who you are yes. They probably see it as unprofessional, not inappropriate.

But amongst peers that know what kind of work you produce, and your ethic, I don't see it as inappropriate.

In my work beards and tattoos are the norm. But if we're trying to pitch something to someone we've never met before or whos outside our social circle, we dress it up a bit/cover the tats, and clean the shave a bit.

I agree. At times, I'll walk into the office with gym clothes...

I was walking back to my office and this truck drove by slowly. The guy inside just stared at me until I got inside! Sooooo creepy!

You should have done something super attractive like.. lift your leg up, scrunch your face, and pretend to fart.

Or show him my p*#^}!!!! Haha

Hahahahahahahahahaha

I think you're just too sexy for some people to handle!

I mean. Sure. I guess that options always on the table.

I was going for the "deter" a creeper method.

lol, you read that "p" wrong. I meant the lady boy "p". :p

Tough Love Brutal Honesty....

Would have to see that skirt when standing and know what type of work you were doing again. In an office setting anything more than 2 inches above the top of the knee is a bit unprofessional especially if loose or flowing. With your bubble butt if it is short in the front it is high in the back! That is a good thing though.

I see lots of women downtown wearing inappropriate for business dresses & skirts. They look amazing in them as I am sure you do but the professional side of me SMH at wearing them in an office environment. Mostly because they are titillating and distracting. It often draws attention away from their work product and they are objectified. Even worse many times are not seen as professional or promotion worthy by upper management regardless of performance.

Now a well fitted mini skirt business suit is both empowering and incredibly sexy, and not looked down on at all unless really short.

Now if you don't work in a professional office setting then rock on with you sexy bad self!!!!!!

I completely agree and understand. I get away with it only because... Well, it's not very professional. :D

Haha, all this time and still no thigh gap!

I got to the gym a little bit late tonight but I really wanted to try out the hex bar. I haven't used one in over 2 years so it took a little getting use to. Blah, I was already pressed for time but someone decided to have a conversation with me. Goooooodbye 20 mins.

I'm not sure how much a hex bar weighs but I'll pretend it's 45 lbs, too. I slammed a 45 and the hex bar on my right foot. I also slammed my middle finger on a 45. It wasn't my night at all!

145x6 upper grip.
225x6 upper grip.
265x3 upper grip.
265x3 lower grip.
This one felt a lot better and easier.
145x10 lower grip.
The hex bar makes it difficult to really sit back. I'm not as flexible as I once was.

Kettle bell lunges
50x6x4

Kettle bell sldl
50x10x3

And to get rid of the guy I decided to go do some cardio. Damn! :/

Here's my crappy pic. No belt, just my mouth guard. :/
