Good morning! Another workout down! Muscles were still nice and tender this morning! Shoulders really didn't like me bothering them again! Haha
Week 1 Day 3 workout
Warm up:
20lb x10 DB RDL
20lb x10 DB Swing,
20lb x10 DB Goblet Squat
5 Judo Push-ups
Foam Roll -thoracic, calves, hams, and IT Band(man this HURTS)
No rests between any sets - just walking to and from as needed
Superset 1:
Seated box jumps
5 sets of 5 reps
(2 to figure out how to do them lol)
**even had an extra rep on one of the sets to where I managed to land on my shins instead of my feet! It was quite graceful! Lol
1 arm DB press
30x5-wu
35x5
45x5
50x5
**1st attempt at these too! Nice challenge
-Also accidentally paired these two together. Was supposed to be the box jumps and 1/2 Turkish get ups

Burpees with push-ups x10 reps
Holy moly!!! I was soaked and exhausted! Mix of the low carbs and the killer conditioning kicked my butt today!
