Good morning! Another workout down! Muscles were still nice and tender this morning! Shoulders really didn't like me bothering them again! Haha

Week 1 Day 3 workout

Warm up:
20lb x10 DB RDL
20lb x10 DB Swing,
20lb x10 DB Goblet Squat
5 Judo Push-ups

Foam Roll -thoracic, calves, hams, and IT Band(man this HURTS)

No rests between any sets - just walking to and from as needed

Superset 1:

Seated box jumps
5 sets of 5 reps
(2 to figure out how to do them lol)
**even had an extra rep on one of the sets to where I managed to land on my shins instead of my feet! It was quite graceful! Lol

1 arm DB press

Holy moly!!! I was soaked and exhausted! Mix of the low carbs and the killer conditioning kicked my butt today!

As most of you know, I have been working with Kleen on my training and he's also helping with my nutrition. I was planning on cutting a few more weeks but after some discussion, I'm going to go ahead and start bumping up my calories. My hair has started falling out in the extremes - much more than usual. Think the deficit was making my thyroid issues worse. I am also going to be looking for some desiccated thyroid medicine to try to get things to calm down.

Onto my workout! I had some crazy good tunnel vision today! It was one of those days that I didn't want to leave! Felt great!! Hit several PR's too which always makes you excited!

I went in for a little legs. Forgive me, I am not as strong anymore. The weights feel so damn freaking heavy. Either I stopped trying or my last program just fcuked me up.

It's going good! I wasn't super consistent over the weekend with it! I was so worried to get it on hubby that I forgot a couple of days! Started back Sunday and really liking the lack of sides! The heat takes a little getting use to but not shakes is super nice!! Will likely take pics on Friday to check progress.

The weirdest thing happened to me this morning...

I walked into the bank and stood in line. This guy kept staring at me then he said, "he's a lucky man!" I said, "oh, lol, I'll let him know!" Then I go to the teller and the teller starts talking to me about walking by the river with his new dog. He swore that he saw me there because we talked about it a few days ago. I said I only go that way because of the gym. Then he starts talking about, "omg, don't get offended but I've seen your legs and your calves! They're freaking massive! Lol" I just laughed it off and walked out.

I get into my car and guess who followed me?!? The guy who said my man was lucky!!! I'm in my car and he knocks on my window. Hey, my name is blah, blah, blah and I'd love to get to know you. I was like..Uh.... I can't cheat on my man. I have to be faithful to that a*shole. Haha I don't even know why I said that! I couldn't come up with anything and he was like you're scared Imma take you away from him, huh? I said, "yah!" Lol and he said the things I'd do to you and walked away! Haha, put a girl in a dress and heels and bam! ?

Also if yall want some wireless head phones that are like the dr dre beats that fit in and around your ear and connect on the back, look up "blueant pump" you can find them for $39.99 on eBay , better then what $200 for the beats :)
 
I personally prefer Bluetooth earbuds. The cord always gets in my damn way & I end up yanking it out. My phone can be across the gym and I can still be listening to music!

Right!!! One time I was doing uni Db rows using the bench as my stabilizer...stood up & yanked them out. That mess hurts. Hubby & I ordered wireless headphones that day. I'd had enough. He had larger wireless headphones at first, but then switched to the smaller earbuds.

Exactly ladies! Since my first venture into bluetooth there was no going back. When I have to it is very frustrating but I do keep a wired pair in my bag for emergencies like forgetting to charge or forgetting to grab them off the charger on the way out.
