Does anybody know the detection time of 550-XD, 1-Alpha, 1-Andro
yeah that question always worries me, whole lotta ramifications involved there
i like to be informative & provide as much education as possible on our products..
unfortunately, this particular discussion can be misconstrued by some, and reflect poorly on the company should i become engaged in such back & forth
my stance is, if you are worried about it do not use the products, and if you want to know simply for curiosity sake, go investigate on your own..these are DHEA derivatives, that will get you started

Was pretty watery today due to big eating last night but I think you can still see .. the old fugger is a big fugger...

You are def looking bigger. Coming in big, ripped and dry is gonna be a breeze for you. You're gonna kill at your next show.

lookin good doug, nice work! :)
now if we can only keep you from hurting yourself.. :34:

couple things come to mind re. posing:
front bi pose - don't flex the abs, use vacuum pose..this will allow you to expand the lats more and look wider..keeping abs flexed during this will draw you downward and make you appear smaller..also, bring the arms upward a tad more as well (will also help with lat expansion)

side poses - pretty much every side shot i see of you, you are covering your chest on the far side (again makes you look smaller)
the idea is to use your far arm to prop the chest outward, making it appear fuller from the judges view..twist the body a lil more (opening up the front side for judges to see) and clean up that back view, i think will help immensely

anyway - you are so much further ahead at this point than what i've seen in the past..keep mauling buddy!

Ok tired vacuuming still kinda looks like I am flexing, I am just trying to suck in my gut but it looks better and makes my waste look smaller as well.

I will play with the side poses but turning more may take away my thickness we'll see what happens.

Ok I have the single side chest worked out the double is the one the shows the thickness and that''s not a mandatory just a pose I look good in.

vacuum is tuff to master (harder than one would think)..
you master it tho, trust me when i tell you it gain judges attention
just look at Arnold's vacuum..nuff said

Very smooth bro

No it's just that my refeed day is Friday but I could start changing that into a carp up cuz I know how to clean up from that and what to use. Besides it will be good practice. I was going to do the anyway so just do it earlier than planned.

You are looking good and bigger, the water may be hiding a bit of the new level of leanness but you definitely look bigger this go around. I agree with all of Steve's points on posing. Vacuum will really help on the side poses. Also If anything rotating your torso a bit at the waist will make your upper body actually look thicker and wider as well as taking up any extra slack in skin on the lower back. That is an area I have to watch when I pose as all. Seems if you plan to be doing skip loading type approach you should be pushing your refeed day to Wednesday, or Thursday at the latest.

I use a more conservative approach where I just load about 600 grams the night before. I am usually cleaned up when I wake up in the morning.

do you reduce sodium when carbing up?

I can still see where I look leaner in the ab shot but not as lean as I would have looked drier.

Yah I have not even started to dry out yet really so I will save that mostly for the epi-v which slowly dries me out quite nicely.

I am going to make a couple of small adjustments, a) Instead of turkey sausage it will be turkey breast. b) carb ups on fridays instead of just the basic refeed. I am going to use par boiled rice instead of any kind of pasta for this. I will use my secret weapon pie filling. Other than that... I am still mulling it over.

Forgot to mentiion the teak in my back seems somewhat better bit mades some adjustments I just pummeled my chest this morning and did some shoulder press on the fuggin machine. My chest needs to get hammered shoulders are ok though. Nice fuggin pump, feeling gi-fuggin-normous.... lookin pretty fuggin huge too.. man!! Big hard and not to wet.

Life gives you lemons .... you take them and stuff it up it's azz, there is more than one way to skin a fuggin cat.

Nice outlook, I think I am gonna put some of your pics side by side for a comparison for you. Then it will be much easier to see the differences.

The comparison pics lets see the beast grow!

The biggest difference I see if added size especially in your arms and back. Things are looking really good here Doug, just thought you would like to see the progression side by side.

Thanks man I am killin it :)

Also the place you took your last set of pictures. Best lighting so far, see if you can try to do them there each time from now on.

First thing I said was damn big difference in arms.

Thanks yah it rocks :)

Yah we made an adjustment to where I stand in the light, I am in between lights as apposed to right under them, gets rid od the glare....

I not a cramp on that oblique pose so couldn't really hit it too hard, Saturday was a bit of a mess. I was tired and bloated cuz of the injury and not sleeping well. It's much better now. I feel incredible.

The lighting made a great difference in bringing out shadows and showing your definition more. You're doing great. First thing I noticed was arms. Great difference for only four weeks. You are an inspiration sir.

Yah I am definitely leaner even now than I have ever been on this run, got up this morning and was really looking lean. That's the first change I will see in my diet is a little less water from using the Turkey breast and the sausage as the sausage is pretty salty. Friday night carbs and lower sodium will make a big difference for pics. Anywho I will dry out with diet changes and epi-v, color me not concerned.

Turkey is so tasty and lean.

Can't wait til this weekend carb up for cricket. Running keto during week. 50g or less per day plus fiber trace carbs, that is.

With the switch to Turkey it's tough to get the cals up, the turkey is very lean. Here's yesterday.

My carb up has 600 grams so it's pretty tough to get it all in. Easy to stay within calorie parameters too as I eat pretty low fat when I am carbing up.

That's the first change I will see in my diet is a little less water from using the Turkey breast and the sausage as the sausage is pretty salty.
it won't be eliminating the salt from the sausage that has you looking leaner DW - it will be elimination of the suasage for other reasons..fats from meats not exactly best for what you are doing

as for salt - there is an opposite view to the stance you espouse, shared by many (including myself):
use salt liberally thruout prep, each and every day, more than what you usually use..this will make salt manipulation (simple elimination) and cutting easier come final week/stage time

as for your thoughts of looking better NOW for pics because you eliminate salt from your diet -- who cares?
big picture, my friend..focus on the prize :)

Yah as far as cals and fats are concerned I just end up taking that from everywhere else, just trying to get a better picture of where I am at. Like you said though can clean up later. Epi-v will do a lot of that for me.

Yeah salt should not be a problem but better when not during your carb up in excessive amounts anyway, IF staying clean looking is the goal. Otherwise spill over is just that spill over and not a concern. Instead of limiting sodium though you could easily limit water intake during a carb refeed or towards the end of it it a whole day is dedicated to it. That way the muscle soaks up any extra water into the muscle and organs.

Carb ups are lower sodium for me yah. The Turkey is me just cleaning up my diet a bit as I go. Lot of nitrates and stuff in sausages I think.
