TRANSFORMERS... The Quest for PRIME!

Mine are up on my thread but when I tried to email Morry it kept coming back undeliverable...
 
Mine went through, I put my official pics up in my thread and also some from today I was more full and vascular in them but had a little less cuts so I went with some from yesterday when I was depleted.

Ok ... if my carbup works and I dry out well, I will be sitting pretty :)

Seriously though it is not posbbile to do any better than I have done I crunched a 15 week plan into 7 weeks and have been about 90-95% successful... maybe more we shall see...
 
Doug you look amazing and are doing a hell of a job. I knew all along you were going to make some big strides and were at an advantageous point where you could win this transformation if you got everything right. So far these last pics have you dead on with the best of us for transformation and maybe even ahead at this point.

That being said... From no abs to fab abs, no back definition to defined and all while increasing my LBM. Don't let the fact I was already jacked distract you from the changes that have taken place here...

No fuggin doubt my only advantage is that if I show up I should be a tad leaner than you are currenlty and I was way behind when I began. Chirs if you would have went leaner I would have stood no chance, but you left that opening so I am shooting for it ... doesn't mean I'll hit it but it's fun to have a chance being I was so far behind and a little long in the tooth.. :)

Now Al is probably still going to end up leaner than me but I think I have better size in some area's, again this won't be apparent if I con't show up. If I miss at all you'll both wax my azz... Sort of makes it really exciting :)

Yeah, I think if I would have went as aggressive towards the fat loss as you and Al I would have been so darn lean at the end that it would have been hard to beat me in a transformation. My choice to try to build muscle while losing fat was a personal one to keep me inline with my goals. However I have made one hell of a transformation considering if things stay as they are I will end up the same weight as before just bigger and much leaner. I won't be getting any leaner than in my last pics however I should be more full and more vascular so we shall see I may look much leaner with the same amount of fat if I can maintain my glycogen levels while letting any extra water flush.

At this point to be honest I would not be upset losing transformation to you, Al or LTL. All 3 of you have come a long way and have no doubt put in more physical work than I have with all of the cardio, not to mention calorie counting and what not.

I was half surprised to see you going all out. I knew you already had a plan and were going to stick to it as you said. I shouldn't actually be surprised that your competitiveness came out in full force though. I already know you to be an animal so I should have expected you to slam it into low gear and just do work until you couldn't anymore.
 
You should all be very proud of what you have accomplished. There are certainly no losers in this, as you are all in a much better place physically than where you started!

Hell ya bro! Glad you feel that way! We have all put in some serious work to get to this point and I think it shows! I'm hooked and want to do this type of competition every run. You definitely get more out of yourself when there's stakes involved, whether there friendly or not.

yah I know I had a plan but I am also very competitiive .. thanks for the animal comment lol now that's a compliment coming from a fellow beast :)
 
man you guys are looking good...super no homo.awesome work.I'm going to have to join in on one of these threads sometime once my workload isn't as much and get my butt into shape shape.

I have to apologize for my absence. Those that know me I've reached out to in order to explain the heavy load I'm dealing with right now. If I would have known I would be this busy I would not have accepted the responsibility and honor of watching over this thread. I've had a great time watching each of these beast grow and I hope to be able to do something like this again. If only things will slow down, but the Morry train is on full blast and isn't slowing down any time soon. I haven't even touched my own log in a couple of weeks although I'm still at.

Yah really hard to say who took the transformation as everybody fuggin killed it!! I could see there being a 4 way draw in this department...
 
Yah just wanted to re-iterate something I mentioned in Als thread.. extremely well played everybody.. who knew this would be so close for transformation.. I think we have to bow are heads to Chris of overall physique but the transformation looks dead even if you ask me... I really thought I was going to get you guys by a nose at the end but not sure if I did. Everybody pulled through...
 
I have to admit I agree! Everyone here has killed it and completely changed the appearance of their physiques dramatically! As I mentioned in my thread, I would not have made the same amount of progress this past 8 weeks if I did not have you guys making excellent progress week after week. It was either tow the line or get left behind.

It has been a pleasure competing with you Gentlemen!

Definitely, I am kind of shocked at what I had to do to get here, I am glad I did it though, now I am right where I need to be to Freak people out :) now it starts to get really crazy but at a slower pace cuz I am about to fall apart if I keep this pace up lol
