So here comes some of my personal stuff. Had a scare with my 92 yr old grandma. She lives at an assisted living place. They called and said she had to go to the hospital but weren't sure what happened. Said they think it might be a stroke. Not know was terrible especially just sitting in the waiting area. Turns out it is a urinary tract infection. It really scared me because last dr appt I took her to she walked extremely slow and needed my more than usual to stay up.

Alright sorry for that but I love my grandma.

Tonight using the cpap machine again. Will start the Intimidate tomorrow. Can't wait to get this started.

Ya she is a pretty amazing old lady. Took care of me quite a bit growing up. She is definitely a reason for some of the good in me.

Tonight will be my first night dosing Intimidate. Anxious to put it to the test. Plus a new workout will be fun. Will post up the exercises I picked out later.

Dexaprine note: I took a full cap today and it feels a little smoother so far. Took it 4 hours ago and I feel it a little less than half a cap. I am guessing it has to do with the coating on the pill. So it isnt hitting as fast and hard which is nice. Still feeling it just in a more subtle way.
 
Nice I always felt like Dexa had some kind of time release so maybe there are different coatings within the pill allowing it to release throughout the day. I feel it in waves every 2 hourse or so it seems to renew itself. If that is the case breaking it in half would definitely begin to release from each of the coatings at once.

Ya I recall someone(maybe an IForce rep) saying something about breaking it in half to get it to kick in faster. I only did it to get less of a dose which ended up kind of being the opposite lol. It was felt fast and strong.

i used to be an MA for a couple E.N.T. Dr's and a lot of the patients i talked to hated the CPAP machines

Ehh haven't given it too much though. The doctor didn't bring it up. Plus I just found out and they said it was mild. That said the first sleep study I had without the machine I didn't sleep much. Wasn't tired and I had MURDERED my legs that day. They hurt so bad it made it hard to sleep especially hooked up to wires.

Thanks man appreciate it. To say the least the last few months have been interesting health wise for my family.

You will find there are many type of masks out there. When I first got the machine it came with the style that covers your nose kinda like a nut cup when you play sports. I eventually changed it out to the one that has like a j hook on it and only connects to the nostrils. It was like a head band with piece that went down the bridge of your nose that was adjustable. It was so much nicer and slept much better. You didn't hear the sound of air when try to sleep like you do with the nose mask.

Ya I have the nose cup one lol. Didnt like the feel of the "nose pillows" and that is pretty much what they offered me. Said I could get a different one, but hasnt been an issue so far.

So I took Intimidate last night. Obviously too soon to tell. One thing to note is I might not like all the 1,3 dim I am taking combined. Dont think I need to go too much into detail there.

Just took my first dose of MaximizeV2. Wasnt sure how much water to use so I just mixed it with my scoop of Hemavol. Tasted great together and it feels like I am already starting to feel the stim.

Today will be legs so if I dont make it back you know why. Today should be hell. I am not a volume kind of guy. This will probably be as many sets as I was doing in a week on my old workout.

Also I am HORRIBLE at pacing myself. Makes me a terrible runner. Plus all these sets where I am supposed to use a submaximal effort just doesnt sync up with what I was made to do.

So with that said I hope IForce doesnt mind me changing my leg workout. I tried but it just isnt going to work for me. Will switch to a Dorian Yates style of training for legs at least.

Felt great going to the gym. Leaving the gym I was lucky I made it home.

Are you presently doing any cardiovascular work, Tom? You're gonna need more endurance for those high-volume workouts.
And besides, being only strong without being in real shape is not a worthwhile goal.

Try to modify the leg workout to fit your style of lifting. No sense in doing something if it's not working for you.

Well I feel it today so there is something to say about that. I HATE leg pumps because they are so debilitating for me. Will probably be worthless for a few days now haha.

Thanks, I think it is one of those I hate it, but I know it is good for me. 1 of the 1st times I was at my physique peak I was lifting with a bodybuilder and doing similar amount of volume. I hated it then but got through it.

More than anything I think it was a perfect storm. This weather plus doing that kind of volume for the 1st time in a while. My gym doesnt have someone there working to mess with the thermostat so it can get cold. I overheat and my body tries to cool itself off but it is already so cold. Guess I will have to get a beanie or something to keep the body heat.

I know that I was MUCH more susceptible to overheating and feeling sick when I was on my OEP/AT2 stack and that I had to switch my second dose to post workout cause it would just ruin it everytime... especially legs though... doing a volume based leg day can make you sick as it is... maybe skip the dex on those days or run the half a cap so its gone by the time your in the gym....

Was quite a bit of stims that day. With the Dexaprine and Maximize. I have had this problem before and the culprit seemed to be it being cold. Because I can do squats just fine, but when it is cold it just messes with me. Started working out in a flannel shirt and a hat. Finally just left that place.
 
Yeah... I always start with more clothing on and wind up in a tank... lol...

I have started just going in to the gym, even if its cold, and if Im doing deads or squats that day I just straight up dont wear too many clothes cause Im going to warmup fast and reach overheating way too quickly.... Other days Ill shed it as I need to...

keeping your core temp low is really crucial for making sure you dont feel like crap after a couple exercises... and if your on some stims thats going to happen VERY easily... gotta be preemptive with your temp control, cause its not easy to play catch up once you already reach a certain point.

I've come to appreciate the value of hydrating properly before exercising - especially when running something like Dexaprine. I'm feeling hot and a bit sweaty as it is just sitting here (dosed 1 cap ~30 mins ago).

If it makes you feel any better, I had one of the best workouts ever yesterday and hit a PR too. I left the gym with a crazy full body pump and insane vascularity that lasted hours, and was accompanied with an overwhelmingly high appetite.

Umm if I went to lift with 5-6 people I would kill someone haha. 3 people is the most I would want in a group. Even that is pushing it.

empty stomach may be fine for dosing and absorption... but I NEVER go to bed on a full stomach, certainly not carbs....


You want any GH release at all you should refrain from carb intake for at least 2 hours before bed and 4-6 hours would be optimal...

by the time i get home from training, sit down for a few, cook for me and daughter napalm it's 7, and bed time is ~9:00

Well you do what you can do, ya know?

For the longest time I trained last thing at night and my post workout meal was the last meal of the day and it didn't just kill my gains...

Really though if you can try to just load up on carbs for your preworkout meal, it will be enough to supply energy for the workout as well as recovery for after, a gda is very helpful here and also post workout... if you can make your post workout meal primarily protein and fiber them you'll get some of an insulin spike but not nearly as large and should be pretty clear of too much circulating blood glucose n help increase that gh release...

Some even suggest taking a gda like slin sane before bed to help this...

^^^ Very true. I've found taking a gda before bed has you waking up feeling pretty rock hard, seems all the excess glucose goes to the muscles. Great if you're in a pinch and have to do a fasted workout first thing in the morning.

I try to avoid workouts in a completely fasted state unless it's gonna be a relatively light day, (in other words, never on leg or back day) otherwise I feel nauseous and have to cut the workout short. But I've never found the gda's to make any difference one way or the other.

My biggest thing with gda's is to either take them just before a meal or before bed. If I take one and then go do something without eating, I get real hypo real quick and will get dizzy/nauseous.

completely agreed.... just cause you can take it before bed on an empty stomach doesnt mean you should do the same and not eat after during the day... you wont be too happy with what happens next.
 
So wouldn't you be slightly hypo in your sleep then? That doesn't sound too healthy...
 
So today was a pretty good workout I guess. Not very strong on bench at all. Plus these rest periods were short.

Chest:
Bench, incline hammer strength, pec dec fly
Bicep:
BB curl, cable curl, preach curl

Had a pretty good chest pump. Burned me out pretty quick though. Not used to lifting like this. By the last set of each exercise I was using baby weight. Kind of demoralizing to be honest. Used to trying to push big weight and I was struggling.

It could have been a better workout, but Intimidate hasnt really had a chance to get to work.
 
ya DEF not a good idea to take a GDA before bed... look up stories of bodybuilders using Slin and falling asleep after.... they then not to wake up often

1 cap slin sane + 500mg Agmatine pre bed = some of the deepest sleep ive EVER had. + waking up harder/drier/more vascular than the night before is always nice :D
