RickRock's gettin' DIESEL with Dieselbolan/Epi-strong and RS-Transaderm!!

You dont say... Lol
I do, it is just that you never listen. It is like you are an "In Law" or something... ;)
hahaha...I didnt look at her long enough to find out if she blushed or not. On my end it was more like a deer in headlights look

As for the contest, you are right that I did sign up, I just thought the diaper dance was your deal...lol I guess I better meet my goal now!
Oh yeah that is what makes us stick to it. NOBODY wants to dance around in a diaper on youtube. I might as well get a rainbow tramp stamp if I have to do that. I already get some interesting comments on my posts. LOL

How is someone supposed to catch up with the reading when you are adding 2 pages/day!?

man you are for real ripped no bs good luck man

I love all the conversation in here. A lot of times I have quite abit to catch up on myself when I get back in here...lol

Thanks a lot man! I really appreciate it! I dont quite feel so ripped right now, which brings me to my next update...

Water retention sucks pretty good right now. Its gotten even a little worse, and definition has blurred some even more over the last couple days with the addition of the Diesel. Normally at the end of a burn day, I am pretty cleaned up and dried out which is reflected in my weight that is usually down temporarily a pound or two. ! was 167 this morning however, so my weight is actually up. I know that this is all just water, but it does mess with you a little bit when you see some of your defintiion and outlines between muscle groups fade a bit. Hopefully some size and strength gains will show up soon to make up for it!

I'm about to hit the gym soon and kill the weights on some Back/Biceps. I will be looking for more of the big pumps that I got from my last workout. I love big pumps on bicep day! I will be back in to update how the workout went later on...:run:

The Diesel sounds pretty wet...will you be holding a lot of water for the rest of the cycle you think?

I'm sure I will be holding it at least until I start the Epi. More than likely the Epi wont be able to dry me out enough until I drop the Diesel, so I'm sure this is pretty much how it will be for the next month or so...

Yea im still holding a bit of water. Thought I would be dried up by now but nope.
Hopefully you get drier ;)

Im thinking of added Helladrol to my cycle... lol still dont got a SERM though... gotta wait for that.

Yah but when you drop the Diesel the EPI will clean you up I guess...

I don't think Diesel is as wet as everyone thinks it is....DMZ is fairly dry and MLMG at 90mg isn't going to bloat you like SD...

I'm sure you'll be drying up after the Diesel bro, hard not to let it get to you, it does suck seeing that! I still have this frustratingly fluffy set of abs from 2 bulks ago (although I seem to be the only one noticing it) and my BF% is still dropping slightly but it frustrates the hell outta me so I feel your pain.
(Rick)Rock those bi's man!

I think you should add Katana :)

Good to know, I like to avoid the wet compounds, hard to know where the water stops and the gains begin.

DMZ is dry but you fill up with water quick on it, at least I did. Remember it is a derivative of SD so it has very similar properties and I think an AI with DMZ is always a good plan even if it is a low dose. If anything it will help keep BP in check if you are sensitive to that.

Ah, thanks man!

I hope Rick figures out how to keep that water down... Man... I dont get how I am holding SO MUCH water....

Simple, DHEA converts to estrogen at a high rate, an AI will eliminate most of it, I suggest you add one in. Erase is a good option, formestane, 6-bromo, the list goes on.

Very true, I knew about this b4... Perhaps I should add in oral trans rev? Or you think I should just get an AI... I really don't wanna add it in yet lol. Perhaps Ill get Erase (or PCT black), 6 bromo was amazing though... though I heard it caused suppression by itself...

You are causing suppression with the Transderm, it is really a worry if 6-bromo adds some more? Trans-resveratrol has terrible oral bio-availability so that is not the best option, nor is PCT black, stick to Erase or Bromo.

very true, bromo was great... though I was dumb and ran it PCT lol.
Anyway, Ill probably try to get my hands on some of both soon. Ordering within the week. (basics though, adding this in cause I NEED it lol)

I'll be watching this with interest. I just started Dieselbolan V2.0 today and have 3 bottles of Epi and was thinking of throwing one in with it. Same setup for on cycle and PCT with exception of Transaderm. You should get some great results with this!

Got a little sidetracked yesterday and got busy, so I didnt have time to update my workout. So here it is from yesterday...

Well, I woke up this morning and did a weigh in after having a build day Yesterday. I expected weight to be up and it was as I was 169. So that is up 3-4 lbs from the start already. That goes to show you how much water I am holding in just 3 days. I've also had some headaches over the last day that may be a little bit of elevated blood pressure. I am adding in some more Hawthorne Berry to help this. Its something new to me, as I have never had BP issues on cycle before if that is what it is. On a positive note, even though the definition is down some from all the water, I am looking very full and big from it. I also increased Transaderm to 6 pumps, up from the 5 pumps I was doing.

Shoulders and Legs today, and I will try to update on the workout later on...

Yah not all the water will go to the skin your muscles will take a lot of of it... I wonder if a increase in potassium might not enhance this effect a little.

Im taking a banana in with my fast breaker, so hopefully that will help too. I'm going to make sure and kill the water today too.

strong lifts bro!
Yea transaderm makes me hold water... kinda sad, but the strength and overall fullness is a welcome effect. Im also thinking of moving up in pumps. Up to 6 as well. From 4 though.

Yeh man I love the effects. The water retention is temporary and I try to keep telling myself that. Actually it was the addition of the Diesel that took the water retention to a whole new level...suddenly Transaderm solo doesnt look so bad on holding water...lol

Damn that is some serious strength for a guy your size! Impressive bro!

Those t-bar rows are beastly. Does the machine you use have a pad for your chest or are you doing them the ghetto way with the bar in the corner and standing? If it is the latter, that is just nuts how much core strength those take to with good form. Either way I am impressed for someone your size to move that much weight... I feel like a puss!

Yah I've gotten 5 plates but not for 8's. I am a little fussy on form though... if I feel the weight pulling me out of my back lock then I hit cancel...

Those were sitting with the pad in my chest doing the 5 plates. I do them "ghetto style" every now and then standing, but because of my back issues the weight is a little lower and I don't usually go over 205

Nice workout man! Damn good weight being moved!!!

Man, I'm about your weight and my leg strength is pitiful compared to yours! More inspiration to keep at it! Nice workout.

Ah man dont get caught up in weight versus strength. Lol I am a way bigger than rick and he is stronger than I am. Lol either way rick is a beast that is for sure.

Yea, guess more then anything was giving him a compliment! I don't take anything away from where I'm at, I train hard, eat right and love being at the gym day in and day out! I will eventually get my strength up, maybe even where hes at one day ;-). I do like the fact that just in the last few months I have grown to enjoy leg day, instead of dread it!

Lol its all good. I wouldnt compliment him to much. His head swells a little more every day. Lol just kidding.

Shoulders and Legs....interesting split...any reason? Not something you see thrown together all too often

I like doing them together. I have done it that way many times before, and I just like doing shoulders on leg day. It usually comes out to a higher volume workout which is a little longer, but that is fine with me ;)

do you train shoulders first or second? Idk about you but after a leg workout the only thing i can think about is trying to figure out how im going to get to my car hahahaha

I agree with you about legs. That's why I do shoulders first, then legs. After legs its hard to do anything

Shoulders and legs... that is a crazy split but I see how it could work though I would be beat after that for sure. A workout with Rick sounds like a seriously intense experience, I would bring your A game based on what I am reading!

Damn...There`s no way i could handle shoulders and legs together. Alot of respect for being able to bang through that!

it is a typical split though..... i mean chest/tri back/bi shoulders/legs I think its the most common split i know of

Damn...There`s no way i could handle shoulders and legs together. Alot of respect for being able to bang through that!

This coming from a true beast among men too! Thinking about it now, the thought of those two together assuming I am doing traps as well, is just flat out scary. HST is hard being full body but even in my best shape I would call uncle on shoulder/legs!

I don't know the shoulder and legs split is one of my favorites. Shoulders first legs second. Shoulders are no bigger than triceps. Easy to do before a leg work.

As far as the water goes, I think people tend to get too liberal with carbs when running these compounds. Oh it makes me want carbs so I will eat them because I love the pump and then I need more because my blood sugar is low because these things require carbs. (Bullsh*t cough). Oh all this water is from the non aromitizing product....
I stayed pretty dry with my DMZ run without any AI. Yes these things shuttle carbs into your muscles but they also shuttle protein in their just as much. My muscles stayed full and rock hard throughout my run even when I should have been flat. Instead of increasing your carbs double your protein for two months and tell me if you arent dry at 100g burn day and 200 build day. I DARE YOU RICK! Just saying prove me wrong here. If I am right you win by looking lean as hell the whole time while staying pumped and having HUGE increase in protein synthesis and less lethargy from insulin levels playing havoc with you. If I am wrong then you get all of said benefits and still hold a lot of water which would then prove it was inevitable.

No disrespect intended to any of my buddies who toss carbs at these compounds I just had a different experience and NEVER experienced the carb lethargy or excess water gains running lower or normal lean eating levels of carbs and increasing fats and proteins. I also gained 16 lbs.
