Big Boys throw down to lean out (Sponsored by Need to Build Muscle's N2 Burn.

I won't be able to post this weekend. I had a family matter that came up on Friday and in my rush, I lost my workout journal. I'll post up again Monday or Tuesday and catch everyone up.

Family is more important than anything. Hope everything is alright.

Mr. Kleen said:
I think since everyone is so different you can do an equation. Whoever loses the largest % of their body weight wins. Say You lose 20 lbs are ripped Jeff loses 23 yhen you lose 9.3% of your body weight and he loses 9.12% evens the playing field quite a bit since you are already going to be slowing down a bit due to being much leaner already. Of course for that to happen you would basically be close to contest shape.

I am cool with that, levels the playing field a bit. Took two N2Burn Tabs around 8:30, had about 5 minutes worth of stomach upset, but I am taking a lot of chit at once (n2burn, anabeta, Division 1, erase, DA-HCG, Cissus, fish oil plus my regular meds) so I am not gonna blame this on the N2Burn, probably just all that **** hitting my gut at one time. Much like yesterday, good focus, nice smooth energy, no spikes, no jitters, mild appetite suppression (this is good) Have kept it very tight today thus far, maybe get in another bike ride later. Will report back with daily estimates/totals for the day tonight,

Was home alone with the wee man (he's 8) most of the day. Was able to talk him into a brief bike ride, but he only went about 10 minutes.

2nd dose of N2Burn at around 3:30, no change in initial impressions, no problems thus far.

Dietary for today: 2348 cals (97 carbs, 254 protein, 99 fat) with an estimated burn of 3415 for a deficit of 1067.

Ok it is official N2 Burn was ordered just now. So soon as it gets here it will be time to shed some un-wanted skin chub.

What are you doing for your nutrition? Are you following a specific regimen?

BTW, my overall plan is to continue my usual BB modified version of 5/3/1 with cardio 3-5 times a week. Lifting days will shoot for about 2800 (or loweer) cals, around 125 carbs (at least on Dead Lift and Squat days, around 100 on chest and delt day) around 2400 cals on cardio only/off days under 100 carbs. I may have a cheat meal once every 10-14 days. The biggest challenge for me will be to break the habit of doing cheat DAYS rather than a single meal and eating crap (even if clean i.e grapefruit/apples/peanuts) when I wake up in the middle of the night. This could be challenge given that Anabeta is part of my PCT and always gives me a ravenous appetite. ( I will also be running Division 1, DA-HCG, Erase, Creatine Ethyl Esther) at least till mid November. Staples include RecoverPro (Lemon baby!!!!!!!!!!), Myofusion or some other mixed protein and fish/flax seed oil.

I'm glad the N2Burn is treating you good man. Good burning going on in here ;)

Ok so my bro in law came over to the house for some food and family time. While we had a good visit he busted my chops pretty good and is only a matter before some pics show up. Needless to say there was a specific item that has not been used in a while and he happened to see it. Ha ha ha.

Oh and I think he got tripped out. There were some deer heads hanging on the wall and one of them is a half body mount so it had the front two legs. Lol. Then in our country bathroom there was a trailer license plate mounted ob the wall in a wood frame. Lmao that I know he was laughing at. Ha ha ha

Well I wasn't going to actually post this pic I only took it to mess with him about the possibility of posting it. However he obviously wants you to see how much his exercise equipment REALLY gets used... ;)

Now for the animal carcasses all over his house. First of all HE DIDN'T SHOOT THEM!!!!! His cousin shot them and was a taxidermist so the living room was like his advertising area for his work. The stuff is still up... So here is a few new Jeff Foxworthy style jokes inspired by my visit to Jeffs house.

If you have anything other than the HEAD of a deer stuffed and hung on your living room wall... YOU MIGHT BE A REDNECK!

If you have an entire herd of deer hanging from the wall in your living room... YOU MIGHT BE A REDNECK!

If you think the license plate off of a trailer is frame worthy art... YOU MIGHT BE A REDNECK!

If you can stare into Doe eye's in your living room without looking at your wife... YOU MIGHT BE A REDNECK!

If you consider any item made of previously living bone and tissue staring at you from your wall a trophy... YOU MIGHT BE A REDNECK!

If your favorite color is camoflauge... YOU MIGHT BE A REDNECK!

and last but definitely not least...

If one of your wall mounted deer has a banister filled with dirt and brush under it to make it more life like... YOU ARE FOR DAMN SURE A REDNECK!

Lmfao.. Yes so true the deer are my cousins. Mine arent mounted yet. Dang slacker of a cousin. Lol.

Oh and it got better as the night went on. My other half Cathie aka chevy6s chick decides to wipe off the dust long after pics were taken. I was like really, shouldnt this have been done before he gets here. Lmfao. What a classic afternoon. Lots of good laughs that is for sure.

And yes it is true I do have camo furniture. Really no joke. Ha ha ha

10/24/11 Day 1, 2k2 (MC 6)
5:10-6:00

OH BB Press ( I have dropped weight to rework my form on these. No "momentum" from the hips, all reps down to chest, think I am gonna bump my training max to 175, up another 5lbs.)
120x3, 135x3, 155x8

Seated DB Arnold Press (seat at 90 degrees, no lean back)
@50's 12/10/7

Seated DB Lateral Raise @ 25's
10/10/8

Face Down Perpindicular (to floor) DB Rear Delt raise @20'2
15/15/15

Seated Hammer Curls
35-12, 40's-12/10

Wide Grip BB Curls @ 75
10/8

Finished up with 12x45/45 HIIT, 105 cals. Was in a really pissy mood today, been really chewing on some **** in my head that I need to let go off. Don't think it has anything to do with the stims or PCT. Also, I decided to bump the Division 1 to 6 tabs a day as I have 2 bottles on hand.

Dietary for today: 2368 cals (90 carbs, 242 protein [plius 24g BCAA], 112 fats) with an estimated burn of 4015 for a deficit of 1647. That is TIGHT!

Nice Taman!

:laugh::rofl::laugh:

That REDNECK sh1t was hilarious!! That's every other house here in Illinois

Ok here is your true Redneck home that Kleen was talking about. LOL

Day2: Workout (Was on Friday)

I am only going to be able to give the workouts that I performed, but not the reps or weight due to still not locating my journal. I'll open another reply for today's workout that I journaled on a scratch piece of paper.

BACK AND ABS:

Bent Over Rows: 3/8-10

Seat Cable Rows: 3/8-10

Deadlifts: 3/10

Reverse Grip Pulldowns: 4/8-10

I planned on also doing Standing Cable Pull Overs: 3/10-15 and AB Cable Crunches: 6/20, but I was unable to get to them.

Saturday and Sunday I was in South Texas visiting my family and was unable to go to the gym. (I guess I should actually say that I chose not to go to the gym, due to the fact that everyone has choices to make and mine was that one.)

To make up for those two off days, I will skip my two off days planned for this week. This change will put right back on schedule and still allow me to workout the muscle groups the same number of times.

Now on to Today Workout...

POSITIVE NOTE:

I brought home about 50 pounds of BAMBI. I'll be making Bambi wheat pasta in place of Turkey pasta for my pre and post workout meals. I also have some Bambi steaks, back strap and cutlets. Those will be also, and I'll update when it happens so that my meals are being properly tracked.

Time to relax and watch the Rangers. I'll catch up with everyone tomorrow!

Nice workout and you went to South Texas? Where do you live? And what do you call South Texas just curious. I live in Hockley/Magnolia Area Northwest Houston and my deer lease is in Pleasanton.

Keep pushing Meister!

Actually Chevy, I think I could be pretty comfy at your place :)

Nice session today bud!

Gonna give a wk 1 report/weigh in tomorrow AM. Have to be extra careful with Dead Lifts tomorrow also, see how that Hammy is healing.

My place is a total hunters home. Far from the way my house used to look like when I played sports and surfed. LOL... I used to live over looking the ocean and a golf course in calif. Now I live in the woods. LMAO...

It's actually Southeast TX...Nederland. It is South of Beaumont.

Your house looks COMFORTABLE! I'd feel right at home.

You kind of have an advantage in the weight loss contest...The design of your home should provide you with higher levels of testosterone!!!!

CHEATER

"Rome wasn't built in a day" ... just thought I'd add an annoying cliche... but it's true a lot of small improviements = a really big one. 4 years ago I was 270 lbs and out of it and after getting back to the gym I have done 2 contests and at both I was sub 200... just keep peeling the oniion...it will make you cry sometimes but it tastes real good in the sauce...

273 this AM gents, down 2 lbs. Was hoping for more, but that will do.

That is fantastic. I wont jump on the scale until the end of the week. I was doing it every other day and got caught up in the numbers game.

This throw down is going to be sweet

Did note a bit of lethargy and mild stomach upset again today that seems to have passed. Not sure if it is a combo of the sups or if I am fighting something off. I noted it a bit during my work out last night also but just pushed through it. If this continues, I think I will half my N2Burn doses and see how that goes.

I have to admit... definitely sound like polar opposites... from Surfer Dude (Knarly wave Bra!) to Hunting Out-Doors-man (Hey... Billy Bob, you see the rack on that one?) LoL!

LMAO, yeah when Jeff gets into something he immerses himself in it. He has come a long way from the guy that once told me he had to eat 2 Klondike bars a day to keep his metabolism sped up. LOL
