Notes: Swapped the chest and leg work out (Day 3 and 4) to allow the recently cortizone injected shoulder more healing time. Think tomorrow I am going to stay on schedule for the 5/3/1 bench component but lighten up on the assist work. The shoulder is feeling great so far, interested in how it feels Saturday morning. Will be dropping down to 2mg/day on the Cissus. Work busted my ass today but that is cool. Got tomorrow off, taking my youngest down to Southern Ohio (Near Cincy) to see my oldest (Their B-days are 10/31 and 11/1

Given that my hammy's still felt a bit tight, I pulled the hood up and hit 10 minute pre work out cardio warm up (45 cals). The mix of 2 PM N2Burn +2 scoops of Wyked +DA-HCG had me very focused, aggressive and intense today with out being geeked.
Squat -285X3, 330X3 370X4 (had no spot, the last 2 reps were a bit shallow, belt on last set only)
Leg Press 680 (Big jump here, was damn determined I was going to nail this ****)

Was still cranking so I hit a bit of cardio:
5 stage progressive resistance, 80/90/100/90/80% max resist, 5 minute stages, all out sprint the last 60secs of each stage= 121 cals.
Dietary for today: 2720 cals (136 carbs, 258 protein [plus 24 g bcaa], 135 fats) with an estimated burn of 3993 for an estimated deficit of 1273.
For tomorrow, we will be having dinner at Chipotle, gonna skip the rice and shell so am not counting this as cheat meal but will probably not post dietary totals. Saturday am have an honest to God Cheat MEAL (first in almost 2 weeks.) I have worked to hard to blow it an a weekends worth of F its, not gonna happen.
