Ok so no gym tonight i left my office at 4pm it is now 7 and I am still not home. People need to learn how to drive in the rain. I guess I will do some dumbbell work and cardio at the house when ever I get there.

When I was finished, my legs were JELLO. It may even make me sound like a puss, but I even began feeling sick to my stomach while I was doing squats. My body was fugging working to do them. I have not done legs since I was a senior in highschool, but I remember back then having what I thought were awesome legs.

I HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 3, wk 2 (MC 6)
5:10-5:45
Notes: Swapped the chest and leg work out (Day 3 and 4) to allow the recently cortizone injected shoulder more healing time. Think tomorrow I am going to stay on schedule for the 5/3/1 bench component but lighten up on the assist work. The shoulder is feeling great so far, interested in how it feels Saturday morning. Will be dropping down to 2mg/day on the Cissus. Work busted my ass today but that is cool. Got tomorrow off, taking my youngest down to Southern Ohio (Near Cincy) to see my oldest (Their B-days are 10/31 and 11/1 :) )
Given that my hammy's still felt a bit tight, I pulled the hood up and hit 10 minute pre work out cardio warm up (45 cals). The mix of 2 PM N2Burn +2 scoops of Wyked +DA-HCG had me very focused, aggressive and intense today with out being geeked.

Squat -285X3, 330X3 370X4 (had no spot, the last 2 reps were a bit shallow, belt on last set only)

Leg Press 680 (Big jump here, was damn determined I was going to nail this ****)

Was still cranking so I hit a bit of cardio:
5 stage progressive resistance, 80/90/100/90/80% max resist, 5 minute stages, all out sprint the last 60secs of each stage= 121 cals.

Dietary for today: 2720 cals (136 carbs, 258 protein [plus 24 g bcaa], 135 fats) with an estimated burn of 3993 for an estimated deficit of 1273.

For tomorrow, we will be having dinner at Chipotle, gonna skip the rice and shell so am not counting this as cheat meal but will probably not post dietary totals. Saturday am have an honest to God Cheat MEAL (first in almost 2 weeks.) I have worked to hard to blow it an a weekends worth of F its, not gonna happen.

what a name to give a grocery store... but for all my meat needs I go to a place called "Fresh 8" or "Trial" yes... they are both Japanese owned, run, and are located in ONLY Japan. lol.

Started my N2 Burn today by taking to caps. I had solid energy all day. I would say the only funny thing was about 30 minutes after taking it I had to run to the bathroom. I think it made the cosby kids want to go for a swim in the pool. but after that all was good. We shall see how the next couple of days go. I am only going to run two in the morning on an empty stomach. Then next week I may add 1 addition at lunch time if needed.
 
Ok so is it just me or is it about 30 minutes after taking N2 Burn the cosby kids want to go swimming? Oh and since it is a friday, I am going to see how I feel taking 2 in the morning which I have already done and 2 right now for lunch. Curious minds want to know.

Lmao.....that is what happens after taking stims a lot of times. It happens to me every morning I take my preworkout. It also happens any time I've taken any stims like a fat burner. Around a half hour after dosing, it's time to open the dump valve and the flood gates :toilet:

Tried to not go quite as heavy for the shoulder today. Did get some pain in the last BB Bench set, should have listened to the Doc, Damn it! At least I had the sense to rack it after the first rep hurt a bit too much. Tomorrow will tell a more complete story.

Ok so today as I mentioned earlier, I took two N2 burn this morning in a fasted state and had to let the kids go for a swim about 30 minutes after taking it. Then at around 2 pm I took two more figured why not it is the weekend so if I didn't fall asleep early It would not hurt as I dont work on weekends 98% of the time. Unless you consider Hunting work. And of course the same thing happened about 30 minutes after taking it sure enough it must have been getting warm again cause the kids insisted on going swimming again. LOL.

I have upped my water intake. Which has not been easy. On my workout days I am drinking a gallon and a half of water. And on non-workout days only a gallon. I can say this I do not get jitters while taking this and I don't feel any warmth internally. Now appetite suppressing is real strong with this. Which is kinda nice, I have been getting hungry a lot earlier than normal. So to have the suppressant is a good thing until I break my fast around noon. Now for the workout.

My Lower back is starting to feel like normal. I will continue to lift medium weight for another week or so before I get back to hitting it heavy with high reps. Need to burn the fat baby. Already feel my triceps burning, I can tell I really worked them hard tonight.
 
Ok,Chipotle was awesome. Skipped the rice, went with the bowl but by the time we got down here I was starved so I did one steak and one chicken. Was a bit off target but still at a deficit and it has been all clean.

3126 cals (160 carbs, 273 protein [plus 18G bcaa] and 154 fats) with an estimated burn of 4573 for a deficit of 1447. Depending on how the shoulder feels tomorrow, I may shut down the weights for a week to let it heal more thoroughly. Am due for a shut down week soon anyways, just kind of wanted to finish this cycle.
 
We do what feels right. If you need to take some time off then do it. I did with my lower back issue. And it is just now starting to feel almost normal. Maybe in the next few days I will be 100% if I had to guess i would say about 90 % is where I am now.

Thanks Broski, like I said,is going to depend on how it feels tomorrow. Sorry the N2B is hitting your bowels so hard, I have not been having that issue, but I deliver large "cocoa babies" 1-2 xs a day if not more.

Oh its not all that bad I normally let the cosby kids go swim 4-5 times a day. A couple more extra times won't hurt. LOL

Ok, the shoulder does not feel so bad today. None the less, I think what I am going to do is meld my arms into my DL/Squat days this week, replace the shoulder and delt day with cardio, sauna and whirlpool and bring the pec/delt work back in during my deload. This way I will not loose any progress on the DL/Squats so I can bump them up for cycle 7 but maybe stay at the same training max figure for OH DB Presses and BB Bench and see how that goes. If the shoulder feels good in week one and I am exceeding my expected reps, maybe bump another five on the training max. I am thinking this sounds like a solid plan but am always open to input.
 
Also when cutting sticking to the diet is key. Strength is not ways possible.

Take care of yourself on the deload.

I ran out of time and could not do my last set of Deads and did not get to Reverse Grip Pulldowns or Cable Crunches.

I have been skimping on abs and definitely need to correct this. I'm going to put extra emphasis on getting them done this week. Even if it means staying at work a little long in order to do it. FUG IT!!! I'm going to stay at work a little longer and get every routine and every rep done from here on out. I can't just miss this and that and expect to get where I want. I need to step up to the fugging plate and do my job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONE!



 
Alright so today's session was like this. Go out side and planned on doing a small project. Turned out to be massive. I ended up raking around 3/4 of my 2 acres of land. There are now some huge piles of leaves and pine needles. Time to hit a home improvement store to find a blower, and mulcher so I can pick up all this stuff. My hands are all blistered up from the rake.

That's a lot of burning! My big project was grilling up a few 1" thick porterhouses and having a lunch with my boys. Have had a great time, got in a bit of swimming yesterday. Don't think the damage from the cheat was too bad but gonna keep it tight today. Shoulder is feeling pretty good, but I am sticking to the healing plan.

Raking up leaves can burn a lot of Cal's for sure. I did that last week and I was wore the hell out afterwards

Smart thinking. Swimming will be good rehab for the shoulder as well as burn the calories.

Yeah we went out to town and did not pick up what we needed. I have to wait until some more money comes in. I did not expect these things to be so darn expensive. We came home I flushed the radiator in the 3/4 ton Chevy truck and then raked about another 1/4 more. Man my hands are killing me. Blisters near my thumbs "Like the area between the thumb and you index finger."

The macro totals are pretty nice though. 2848 cals (80 carbs, 289 protein [+12g bcaa], 146 fats) with an estimated burn of 3321 for a deficit of only 473.

A 3 hour road trip would tire anyone out... I hate those because they are tiring and usually makes me hungry cause i'm bored yet i'm burning probably so little calories I'm most likely getting fatter sitting down... haha

3 hour road trip did we go to a deer lease for the day or something. Lol

Wow awesome!! Your kids bdays are so close lol! Thats really nice! And bad.... I can see both a bunch of good things and a bunch of bad things lol. My brother has his bday within a week of 2 of my cousins. He hates it cause we always combine all 3 and make it a big day... My bro is anti though lol.

Small update to start the week off right. Since I most likely wont hit the gym tonight due to trick or treating. I did some major clean up at the house on sunday. Literally raked about an acre of leaves and pine needles. My hands are blistered and I am sore as can be. Then after all that was done I went to cut a tree butt the chain saw took a crap so I used an axe.

Time to invest in some tools I guess. Lol

Now for the good news. As was stated at the beginning of this contest I was 250 lbs. Well as of this morning after the morning watering I jumped on the scale and was surprised to see 242.6 sitting there in the scale. Hell yeah. What a nice way to start the week. I have only been on N2 Burn since wednesday.
