KLEEN's Machine gets Torqued Up with EndoSurge! A BPS Sponsored Log

A few weeks on the test it takes a while.

What ghetto lab are you using? Mine took 5 days and I had 4 other tests done at the same time too...

This is old news, but I just found out Phil Heath won the Olympia. I can't believe the whole thing completely flew under my radar. Just saw online Branch didn't even make top ten, so I have to assume he didn't even compete, was he injured?

I thought Branch tore his Hamstring, not his Quad, I could be mistaken, I know he did it about a month ago when he was right here in Atlanta, sux too, because he was ready, he would have been in the tip two for sure!

In for the Lab results as well!

no he tore his quad getting into his truck slipping in the rain. I am an avid bodybuilding fan and keep up with the top pros and have for years- Phil won - I watched it

looking forward to your results Christopher(bet noone calls you that huh I get bored though- if it offends you let me know Ill call you Chris again=))

Too bad for Branch, damn. How did Phil look next to Jay? Was it a clear win or neck & neck?

slipped in the rain getting into his truck!!!! All that training for the O...you know that has to hurt more than just his leg.

Phil beat him fair and square. his muscles looked fuller , had more pop, waist is smaller. Jay was off and he knew it. He did come back toward the end hard, and fought hard, and phil faded a little toward the end- for a second I thought Jay had it but it was too late when he started coming on strong.

They are competing in India this weekend. The Sheru classic..Ill be watching if I can find the time

Day 30 The Final Lift. Kind of...

We shortened the workout up a little bit, however I plan on simplifying it even more before next week. Instead of shoulders and chest in each workout we will do shoulders in one of the workouts and chest in the other. It felt good I moved some weight today.

HS High Rows (Weight per side) - 70x10, 115x10, 140x8>115x8>90x8 Man that was a lot of weight for me to be moving since my surgery. Felt good!!!

HS Decline Press (weight per side) - 70x12, 115x12, 160x12 >135x5>90x6 - Man this felt good I was pushing hard as a mofo on this and it was awesome!

Lateral Raise Machine - 90x15, 100x15 > 80x6 > 50x8

EZ Bar Curl - 125x8 > 75x6 Nice weight here, I haven't tried curling hard like this. I did have a little lean in my back on the second to last rep or two with 125 but kept it slow no slinging anything. Wouldn't really call it a form issue so much as digging hard as fack!

Squats - 135x12, 185x12, 195x12, 225x20 - Still breaking in here and not willing to cause myself damage. I liked the feel of this so I will probably progress in this nature until I feel more secure in my hip. So far so good.

I have another day or two worth of pills somehow so I am going to continue taking them. I will post up a review in the next day or two but as of right now I can say that I have been very pleased.

Matt, LOL It is the lab at the St. Joseph's Medical Center. They may be faster but that is what my doctor told me last time so it is what I expect to hear this time as well.

As soon as I get them I will let you guys know what it says. I didn't have pre done but the free test levels should be a telling tale for sure.

That must completely suck! As far as the Christopher, every once in a while I hear it and it is okay I guess. I don't give it too much thought anymore. It isn't my favorite thing. LOL It was normally followed with being grounded or a swift back hand but I am by no means offended by it. Really just depends on how people use it. It used to have power over me but now not so much.

Love the workout and yes you had some really nice lifts there. Now as far as the name thing. I think when the full named is used it doesn't bother us as much because we are just getting old. lol Like you I am sure if someone other than a parent called me my full name they would either get ignored or punched. LMAO.

Chris I miss the machines you have in your gym, I just don't miss the clientele. I love all the HS machines, they really allow you to push some serious weight in a safe position whereas on a bench moving 320 or so on decline is serious and requires a spotter. Your workouts are kicking a** big guy!!!

Used to be the case well used to get angry at least. Now no big deal it is a nice name.

Why does that need a spot? Jk

I'm interested in the bloods too.

Im with u Kleen, go light on those squats. Ur legs are already developed as FOCK. It won't take too much weight to keep them toned.

I may even say Flex Lewis impressed me the most. He looked so full AND bone dry. His physique looked like it was carved out.

Final Review of EndoSurge

Well I think most of my final review will echo a lot of what I have been posting up in the weekly reviews. I will highlight some categories and go from there.

Aggression - My agression went up pretty high the first and second weeks on the product. It was evident that there was an increase. I had to watch the quick temper flare ups. I got these under control but they popped up here and there through out the course of the log.

Alpha Male - I definitely had a feeling of supreme confidence it kicked in late in the first week and carried through the end of the run as well. It wasn't hard to have confidence when things just seemed to be going my way. I also had an extreme urge to express my opinion on things especially if it differed from anyone around me. For the most part I got that in check as soon as I recognized it. All in all the Alpha factor was a very positive part of the experience and gave me confidence to reach for new weights in the gym.

Libido - I mentioned this in every mini review, my libido stayed elevated from typical horn dog status to annoying the wife status... As an added bonus I seemed to hang fuller most of the time. How is that for a confidence booster. LMAO!

Strength - If you have been following along you have seen a steady increase in strength in everything I am doing. Admittedly a lot of the things were weights I have done before but this had definitely helped me with my recovery towards lifting them again. The real thing that displayed this the most to me was that I would make a 5 lb jump on a weight and it would be easier than the heavy set I did the last workout.

Appetite - Middle of second week my appetite soared! I think as a result of the increased IGF due to higher Growth Hormone output. The increase was intense for me.

Composition and Mass - Well my goal going into this was to improve my physical conditioning. I expected to drop a little weight in the process. However with the added intensity of some of my cardio session and an increase in appetite came an extra 3 lbs I didn't have when I started and I am as lean if not leaner than I was when I started this log.

Sides I have to say that the only side from this acne. I am breaking out on my face more than I did as a teenager.

Beginning - weight - 195lbs and resting heart rate was averaging about 60-62 bpm.

Final Pics - taken last weekend up 3 lbs - Weight - 198 lbs people say I am leaner too which is great. Resting heart rate was 56 bpm at the doctor the other day so this was a good indication that my conditioning improved as well.

Great review Kleen. Looking great bro, and adding in some LBM along the way. 3 lbs during your run is pretty damn good man. Nice job!

Hell yeah awesome run/review Kleen looking lean as hell, great job! What are your plans now?

Awesome Review, Look Amazing in the pictures, where do you wanna go from here, I mean besides getting ridiculously lean and really starting to count everything, your probably not going to get too much leaner, as far as size goes, you look pretty damn big and proportional to me, but then again we are our own worst critics, so I'm sure there are areas you would like to change/enhance, you know what I mean... so what is your next step Bro? Tell you what though, you are in the perfect position to do anything you want, I mean from where you are now, you will be able to accurately see any increases in mass and/or decreases in body fat, etc. Where you are now will show every tiny change you make in a very large way, nice job bro, very nice job, I will be there soon as well! My Hat is off to you Brotha!!!

Kleen sure kicked some major ass with this one!!

Worthy review and incredible pics, Chris.

man you added 3lbs of LBM in 30 days? And improved markers of health? Jeebus man... thats better some PH.
Shows diet/training/supps mean everything. Supps being that last 10%. Nice pic updates too man. Looking forward to your transaderm log ;)

Goals are just to keep going at it is for now I can add a little mass or get leaner. Just gonna eat as I have been and work hard because it is fun and treating me nicely right now. I may clean things up with diet but don't really see much reason too. Very minor adjustments would cut me up more. However I feel pretty good, look pretty good and eat mostly what I want so more working out for pleasure and the love of it right now. Any and all progress will result from more of the same and the supplements. I run along the way.

Today my workout was good.

Pull ups bw x 8, +25*8, +25*8 > bw*3 This was pretty good, has been a week point since shoulder surgery but I think I am about ready to see some increases. It is matching my chins now.

Standing military press 95*8, 135*8,155*8,155*7>105*6 - I feel this was pretty good considering I had been doing push press and here I just powered through instead of using full body explosion to move the weight.

Cable crossovers 60*15, 80*15, 80*15>60*10 - Just getting a good pump to the chest here - was perfect weight selection to be hard work by the end.

Dips bw+135*6 > bw*10 I was hoping for 8 here but I had just toasted my chest a bit however 6 reps with 3 plates on the belt was beast anyway. :)

Leg press - (plates per side) - 3*15, 6*15, 7*15, 7+25*15>6*10 - This was great no pain I widened my stance out a tiny bit but kept the feet a little higher on the sled. Moving up in small chunks here back to my working weights that I hurt myself with. Just not going to go balls deep on them.

Great workout Kleen!

Your killing it and you are doing it with ease. Your hard work has really paid off.

ANd you said "ball deep". What's wrong with going balls deep? The wince on her face? Ha ha ha

With my endowment, the wince is more like a twisted contortion!!

Dang I feel small!!!! You lift like an animal and you don't even go "balls deep"

If I don't go balls deep, nothing would ever happen on the other end. LOLOLOLOL (poor her)

Well at least you don't need a running start right... RIGHT???

Epic thread and review, thank you so much for a detailed entertaining log Kleen.

You are very welcome thanks for the awesome product. Some day I want to try it for a full 8 weeks. It seemed to get stronger as I went. Definitely awesome product!

LOL

Testosterone Results

I got my testosterone levels, not quite what I had hoped for, especially considering that while running this I felt like a beast and more alive, aggressive, confident and made some great gains. I really thought that my testosterone was going to be off the charts. To my surprise my total serum levels were only 487, in case you don't know that sucks! It isn't "low" by the dumb standard they use for the average range of people tested which includes unhealthy people, but for the androgen levels by age it is pathetic. Here is a chart of averages done in studies by age groups. You will note my level falls in the 65-74 years old range and in the lower end of that actually.

Invalid Link Removed

That explains why I get so much out of test boosters that free up testosterone, but don't seem to have major success with ones that just boost total test. My Total Serum Levels are sub par and getting my free test up makes me feel like someone my age should. Now EndoSurge had definitely RAISED my test or at least FREE Test levels dramatically!!! I could feel the surge of manhood come over me within a week of taking it. All this number here means is that my beginning numbers were probably pretty dismal and that as awesome as I felt on it my free testosterone must have been very high compared to my Total Serum Level.

EndoSurge is on sale for 19.99 for Halloween sale on the Invalid Link Removed site right now for anyone interested in trying it. YOu KNOW you want too!
