Morry's effin PCT bishes (PICS?...YUH)

The shorter esters take up "less room" and therefore there's more testosterone to be utilized. Your sytem cleaves away at these esters and less testosterone is available because of this. You lose some of the test during this cleaving away period. When you have a long ester like enanthate or cypionate, the body has even more ester to cleave away and thus you lose even more testosterone with those compounds.

Suspension is the very best bang for the buck because it has no ester at all. Just pure testosterone in there. It's often called TNE.....Test No Ester.

Morry, that sounds like a good plan everyone I have spoken with said that S1 is both effective and non-suppressive at a 12.5 mg dose. Have also heard from people who have done both doses that it isn't that much more effective at 25 than it is 12.5.

It would be my reasoning / guess that Osta is stronger in the muscle per milligram than S4 due to the fact that the parts removed from it that effect the HPTA and other areas have been removed. Making is a smaller molecule by specifically leaving only the key areas of the compound targeting muscle receptors. Of course I could be be talking out my arse but I am applying the same reasoning as why people say suspension or prop are stronger per milligram due to lighter faster acting esters.

I agree that Prop has the less sides from test e as I didn't bloat on it at all while I was waiting on the Ethanate to cleave off enough to allow the test to circulate.

I will say, tho, that there is trade offs for suspension. Suspension is the cat's meow, but for a guy like me, I HAVE to take an AI with it bc it aromatizes so heavily. I know this seems backwards considering the longer the ester usually means more sides, but I think this is the exception.

That's why I am leaning toward just tren suspension for my next cycle. Although I still have about 5 or 10 ml of TNE that I'll prob use my first couple days of the cycle.

WARNING: Those things are addictive. Be careful. I hardly go a couple days without making them. Then again I work out so hard and hit cardio so hard I find it difficult to keep weight on unless I'm eating like a horse :)

I think you are right. Foam rolling will help that area, but admitedly, the hams are a hard area to really roll out right bc of the leverage. If you can put your body a couple inches below where your legs are rolling (as in you are off the mat but your leg is on), this will help your leverage.
Rolling the hip flexors feel really good, just take care not to roll over your c0ck, ya know?

I have also taken the pillow I got that does deep tissue massage and put it under my hams and gluts and inner thighs to hit these areas bc the roller has a hard time getting in there. I have done this a couple night. It works wonders!!!! You are a little sore from all the muscles being moved around, but my god, it feels freaking good.

I'd imagine those hip thrust really help stretch out the hip flexors. Imagine if you foam rolled then hit those and then foam rolled again :) You'd be loose as a mofo.....

Day 11

Weight 204 (-6) down 4 from yesterday. I think some of this was water weight. I got busy doing some projects on the computer today and wasn't as attentive to my water intake. I know, I know....bad Morry.
Funny thing is I don't think I'm fluctuating LBM much bc my strength. I'm not positive, but my abs are coming through harder, veins in the sides again, just like I was on cycle, so I think I'm just playing around with th 1.5%BF I put on in order to maintain my LBM. If this is a case, what a pleasant surprise......

Chest / Abs

315x3 (could have gotten 4 but my spot hadn't got there yet and I'm not trusting some retard with 300lbs over me. Sorry. Supersetted with 4 sets of 90lb DB. My wrist is starting to hurt. I'm not sure, but I may look into some support for when I lift this heavy. My wrist had been hurting during my morning push ups too. I only have hard wood floors so there isn't anything really soft to do them on and unfortunetly you can't foam roll your wrist :) too bad.
This means my max bench was 355 if I'd gotten the 4th and I would have and on my other lifts I went up in weight as well. I'm getting stronger in PCT. AMAZING so far. I'm not sure if this is just the last hoorah or if I've got this b1tch by the balls. It hasn't been long enough. The next too weeks will tell me for sure.

@DreamWeaver (if he is reading), dude FULL BODY W.O.D are fukking killer! I usually use a medicine ball do leg lifts for my lower abs, but I did these today bc of our talk in the other thread.
After I read what you put I youtubed the thing to see some videos and ran across one that I started watching and the form was perfect, I got to looking thinking I recognized who it was. I DID. It was nobody other than Kabuki himself. This did the final convincing for me to try these out bc they seemed like they were tough to him......and they were about impossible for me.
I did 4 sets, all assisted except I did pull out some half formed full body reps, not a lot but 2 or 3. This is now a part of my routine. I will do these until I can do full body sets of them as part of my circuit. Holy sh1t, these might kill me, but I thought I had a solid core. Give me a couple months doing these :)

No sides. I did have some wine tonight, not a lot, less than 2 glasses and I ate my pancakes and some mousse (all my recipe, no carbs, med healthy fats, lots o protein YUH ). I'm going to kill some water, do some more reading and get some recovery in. I have to pin CJC tomorrow, have a volume leg workout and Saturday I have a sun up to sun down scheduled:firedevil:

I'll be lowering the dose of S1 to 12.5 as of day 15.
Everything else has and will remain constant at this point barring modifications in my caloric intake which seems to remain somewhat dynamic (clean, but variety, ya know?) as my schedule has been changing, but I've managed to keep my macros about the same.

Foam rolled 4 times today. Morning, pre workout, pre cardio, post workout. I also ran on the tread today. I only was on it for around 15 min (bc my weight was down), but I wasn't going a day without cardio as of now. My legs are not tight, no sharp pains, nothing. I did experience some discomfort as my things warmed up when i was running on the incline, but that was it. I kept my HR around 165-170.

What you guys think? I get about 3-5 msgs a week asking for a recipe I was talking about in my log. I'm just not sure if I'd have time to update it enough.

Anhow, here is the pancake recipe and the mousse recipe

Almost zero Carb Pancakes. I have the macros somewhere.....Barbell, do you still have them in your PM box?
Almost zero Carb Pancakes
3 eggs, 1.5 scoops whey, mix till it is a batter.

Take Smart Balance butter made from olive oil and toss a tablespoon in a small sautee pan and cover. Place on med-low heat until butter is melted (not browned, way before that, just melted). Then add your egg/whey mix and heat on med-low heat keeping it covered. Listen carefully for it to rise (about 8-10 min), then flip it. Sometime it will break if you are using more than 3 eggs but whatever, just flip the mutherfuker. toss another tablespoon of butter on the cooked side and recover for 2 min, remove and put on a plate

While it was cooking, take 3 oz greek yogurt and a scoop of whey, stir this vigorously until mixed and place it in the freezer. This is the icing

When the pancake is cooked, grab the icing and smother it over and BAMB!!!! There ya go

I use PB&Choc WPI for the pancakes and cake batter WPI for the icing

Choc mousse.

2 scoops choc (duh, you can use other flavors, I haven't tried Cake Batter done this way but choc and/or PBchoc make this perfect. whey, 1 tablespoon softened Smart balance butter (EVO kind), 6 oz whey, 1 tlb spoon crunchy all natural PB (smart balance makes this stuff too.....yummy). Mix very well until the mix is thick and even. Place in the freezer for at least 20 min above the ice or for 45 min anywhere else.

Remove and eat........yummy

You don't have to carb up with my recipe. They are perfect for late night sweet tooth hold overs. Macros are listed somewhere, I think Barbell might have them. I sent them to him a while ago but there is only 2 g of carbs in the whole thing (unless you use the greek yogurt on top, but then it is natural sugar from the milk and is slow digesting).

3oz vanilla or plain greek yogurt (depending on your need for carb macros) and a scoop of whey.......YUH
 
Day 12

weight 204 (-6) but the same as yesterday.

Legs / Arms

135x15, 225x21, 225x17, 225x15, 225x12. The strength is there but my quads were missing the suspenion for those last couple reps. Widow makes have added a lot of definition to my legs IMO, but they make you hate life (in a good way :firedevil:), I supersetted these mofos with 21s with the 60 BB.
I did lunges with the 50's in each hand, nice and long stride, with rope pulls and extensions for my tris then calf raises all as a circuit.
I did not do cardio bc of time. I never skip this, but I needed to today. I couldn't keep my own mom waiting on me. On the plus side I took her to a place and got her some Vibrams......it always makes me happy to see somebody going after and achieving thier fitness goals and since I've been in shape my 50+ yr old mom is after it now too :) Success is contagious my brothers. Hold on for the RIDE!!!

I will pin CJC before I go to sleep. 667mg, in my right quad unless I decide to stick it in my eyeball.

No neg sides. Libido isn't great, but isn't bad. I've been taking everything else as planned.

I'm thinking when I lower the Osta, I may have better luck holding onto weight. Next week will tell for sure.

You don't have to carb up with my recipe. They are perfect for late night sweet tooth hold overs. Macros are listed somewhere, I think Barbell might have them. I sent them to him a while ago but there is only 2 g of carbs in the whole thing (unless you use the greek yogurt on top, but then it is natural sugar from the milk and is slow digesting).

No wasn't going to use that low carb recipe, I was hungry and all the talk about pancakes was getting to me... lol I just went with a high carb oatmeal where I add in some unsweetened raspberry jam and some raisins and honey pretty tasty. I swole right up and it's 4am and I'm still a little spilled over. That's ok got about 6 hours to clear up.
 
Dude i tried morrys pancake recipe all i have to say is they are better than like Ihop- im not joking, i wanna have a pancake pig out day- but this would waste WPI lol but it was so good man

instead of the mouusse morray i used Natty pb smeared on top rolled it up and smashed on it- used cake batter flavor to make the pancake- OMGZ

Go poke a tap in a maple tree, collect it in a bucket, boil it down and Voila, pure maple syrup no additives can't get more natural!!

Are you using the whey to build cupcake batter? How do you like it and just so you know as well morry uses WPI which mixes up real thin and also mixes in greek yogurt really well. I tried using the whey to build in the greek yogurt and it didn't go to well. lol. Gotta add some water. If anyones used the whey to build you'll know it mixes up pretty thick(I would assume this is because the blend of ISO/CON/SOY) It all tastes so damn good though, but it's definitely a thicker shake compared to some of the WPI.

I think you are right. Foam rolling will help that area, but admitedly, the hams are a hard area to really roll out right bc of the leverage. If you can put your body a couple inches below where your legs are rolling (as in you are off the mat but your leg is on), this will help your leverage.
Rolling the hip flexors feel really good, just take care not to roll over your c0ck, ya know?

I have also taken the pillow I got that does deep tissue massage and put it under my hams and gluts and inner thighs to hit these areas bc the roller has a hard time getting in there. I have done this a couple night. It works wonders!!!! You are a little sore from all the muscles being moved around, but my god, it feels freaking good.

I'd imagine those hip thrust really help stretch out the hip flexors. Imagine if you foam rolled then hit those and then foam rolled again :) You'd be loose as a mofo.....

Judging someone as well which we all do. People get to hung up on certain things due to the degree of emphasis Man puts on them. Like I told my mother when she told me my tattoos were ruining God's temple. I quickly told her these were my stained glass windows. Nothing wrong with decorating the temple if Churches do it regularly. It is not needed or required but nothing wrong about it either. I am sure God is more worried about other things like a man's heart than his AAS use. Just my opinion.

I agree, my hips do loosen up after I have hit the IT Bands on both sides but when I'm rolling one quad and leaning on it with the other leg, I roll all the way up to my hip and it hits the flexors and fells effin good. It "feels" like it is loosening up, but then again, it may just be a muscle that doesn't get much attention is finally getting a "massage".

Huh, never used anything but WPI for it.....add water and let us know. I'm sure plenty of others have that protein too and could use the extra help making these delish things.

Day 13

weight 201 (-9) and down 2 from yesterday

Working outside is killing my weight. I think this combined with the Osta at 25mg is melting fat still. I'm not sure about strength bc I didn't lift weights today, tons of heavy stuff, but I don't know what an extruder weighs, ya know?
Anyhow, I'll keep eating tons and the Osta is being lowered Monday. If I'm still just as strong in the gym no harm no foul. Time will tell.

Bad news though. I am working outside again tomorrow. Usually I count this as a back day and tomorrow IS going to be a LONG A$$ day. Lots of sunshine and exercise!!!!

I only worked for about 3 hours today but then I spent the rest of the day with my folks boat washing and getting it ready to put in the water. Lucky me, they have a boat, I have a covered dock at my condo. Works out well :)

Took this around 815 tonight when I finally got some time to just relax and kick back. This summer is going to rock!

No, I'm not in the pic bc I'm the only one in the boat. Did you know you can dock a boat alone if you are careful? I had no idea, but I knew I needed to "learn" real quick considering I was hell bent on going out on the lake when I got everything done today.

weight 200 (-10) and down one from yesterday. Not bad considering I worked outside forEVER today. I'm cooking fish right now too.....yes at 1 am


Took everything as planned for PCT. Nothing to report besides we will see where strength is tomorrow on chest day. I will also post my first set of pics for this log.

Sorry for the short post, but I'm exhausted. Long, long day. Got up around 630 am and been running ever since.

had a random thought the other day while talking to a guy at the gym about need to build muscle's GEAR product and it made me think of you and schwell since you guys are near the end of your cycles.

GEAR would appear to be a great add on during the tail end where you are guys are trying to hold onto gains or keep things level.Morry I remember you having days where you just couldn't eat like you wanted and schewell is nearing the end and I'm sure he wants to hold onto his gains as much as possible.

just some random thoughts.

Pull some of it into the muscle throughout the day. Add some salt in too, you probably get plenty potassium with the bananas, nuts and what not, a little extra salt would help keep balances correct.

They are supposed to be like crepes IMO. The egg actually adds the fluff to my recipe. You can add more egg to make it more fluffy.

Good suggestion, but I don't like baking soda honestly. I used to put it in my cobbler recipe (not healthy it was a camping recipe cooked in dutch ovens).

But to others reading this, he is right, it should rise a bit while covered.

I bought a bunch of Greek yogurt. WTF should i do with it? It tastes like sour cream. All i have in my apt is about 20lbs 95% lean ground beef, lots of brown rice, eggs, a treadmill, rice cakes, garlic, pepper, one queen sized bed and a fcuk load of cottage cheese. Lol yes... I am that guy.

Except for sweet potatoes, I have to force-feed the veggies. But fruits.......oh yes!! I love fruit. Apricots, peaches, pears, grapes, etc......

Day 15

weight 199 (-11), I'm glad I carbed up the last week of my cycle, but I'm starting to think it is giving the wrong idea for how much weight I'm holding onto. My last week on cycle I had a day or two where my weight got close to this now, so I'm not sure.
I can post my what I'm eating daily again, but I think everybody will agree I eat a TON already.

Chest / Abs

FlatBench 135x10, 225x10, 225x10, 225x10, 225x10 in a circuit with FlatBench DB 125x3, 115x3, 105x3, 95x4 and then full body crunches 3 sets x 50. This means my strength is still there. I missed a rep or two here and there compared to being on cycle, but not bad. Seeing as how the strength is holding on so far, I'm not overly worried about the weight right now. Honestly, I know i could cut to 190 pretty quick (3 or 4 weeks), but I'm not willing to spare that muscle at this point :) I also did the WODs again and Jesus, I couldn't do any full body ones, my lower abs were still sore from last time and this weekend. Core muscles take a lot to make really sore, but when you get em right, they stay sore (at least for me they do) for a week or so.
I did not do cardio at the gym bc I was working on the boat all freaking day bc this past weekend was the first time it hit the water since last year. Getting some more sun was nice and the day was beautiful out on the lake. I got plenty of evercise doing this. I love being in great shape bc it makes cleaning a 22 foot boat pretty painless. Needless to say, the boat is spotless and ready to make some more panties drop :) We are think of naming her that. "Panty Dropper", but covering the Panty until we get into the "right" cove. Lol.


Anyhow, I did lower the dose of S1 to 12.5 today and will be keeping it there unless my strength starts to diminish. I also took around 100mg Viagra as a Pre workout with my white flood (one scoop). I noticed some good pumps, but honestly, I get good pumps regardless. I'll keep taking it and report back what I think of it as a N02 boost.
Still taking HcGenerate, Phytoserms, Exemstane, S1, CJC. I will be lowering PhytoSerms to 1 pill a day and probably lowering HCG to 3 pill a day. I missed a dose and really didn't notice a difference so I think I'll stretch these out to last as long or close to as long as my S1.

So here is what I'm thinking with the pics. I will post my last day on cycle, then the next pic is my first week after being off cycle and the last will be today, 2 weeks completed of PCT. Next week, I'll just post first and last like I did in my cycle log. I was thinking of posting my pic from the beginning of my cycle, then the end, then pct, but I think that is too confusing.

I got to looking at the pics and in my last log I may have goofed and put week 11 in at week 12, but the only real difference was I carbed up and week 12s pic was taked about 2.5hours after workout instead of immediately after workout, so I didn't have the pump going on. I'm just tossing that out there to clear up any confusion I may have caysed and I apologize for the confusion

What do you guys think? Am I holding onto what I gained on cycle for the most part? I know I can't have ALL of it, but if I can keep about 80-85%, I'll be happy. :)

1) Last day of 12 week cycle
2) 1 week completed PCT
3) 2 weeks completed PCT
 
so the 1st one is the last day of the cycle... and the last one is 2 weeks after pct?
