lol yeah i wanted to try something different. but you can add weight to these suckers, i had 15 on each side, and a lot of people use their upper body to get momentum going, well not me, or my workout partner, so that 2 minute set was just brutal lol... then we did it again

funny my squat is stronger then my deadlift.. but then again i did injure my back a couple years back so... could be why. also the grip thing weve discussed in here. friday will be back. spacing it out so that im 100% rested and ready for war

man...lol... 240... but im still holding a bunch of water from carb loading. usually i do legs/chest/back mon/tues/wed but this time im doing

legs - mon/ tues - cardio/ wed - chest / thurs - cardio/ fri- back

so weight SHOULD be about 3 or 4 lbs lighter by friday...

It is similar in that it has two handles up top and is on a rail but the rail has you move laterally in an arc rather than vertically. pretty hilarious unless your a chick with a hot ass and then its super sexy haha

thanks brother... my joints are starting to hurt (elbows and shoulders) but not the knees, thank goodness. Hopefully its just the tren and im gonna bump up the dosage on my fish oil. have some skelly balm, but i only use that if i fall asleep in a weird position after a brutal workout and wake up hurting bad. the rest of the time ive been using 6-10g fish oil daily.

this happens to me often.. typically wake up on the floor behind the leg press in the fetal position in a pool of vomit only to find out ive only completed half of my leg workout
 
Good progress congrats on the PR's and fug those strong grips!!! You have everything you need to work your grip right there man. Grab the 120 lb dumbbell and farmer carry thos bitches around your weight area, that is one set. Do as many as it takes for you to bitch out.

Plate pinches - you can do plate pinches to increase your grip strength, you don't need to spend extra money on grippers the weight plates come free with the gym.

On your last rep of Dead lifts foreach workout lock out and hold that mother fugger until it falls from your grip, or is about too.

Finger tip push ups will also improve your grip and finger strength quite a bit.
Yes there are expensive product out there targeting your goals and you can use them but there are TONS of movements that can do the same thing without any extra cost to you.

Get a foot long wooden dowel from Lowes or Home Depot and drill a hole in the middle put a rope through it tie a knot and tie the other end around a weight and roll the thing up and down both pronated and supinated. No need for expensive special tools or grips.

Im gonna do some farmers carries tonight. Carry those bitches all the way from the stretch area, to the 24 hour side of the gym and back. LOL...

but i wanna do my deads tonight. also im not using my versas tonight. gonna lift everything with chalk

also they have a roller at the gym i just can never find it cuz every ******* that uses it puts it in a different spot. I normally superset pronated/supinated like 2 times with one weight, then add like 5 more lbs and superset it another 2 times..

nah i dont pass out on the floor at the gym im talking about having a bad ass workout, slamming a shake, eating a high protein meal and before you know you went to bed waking up in bed in a weird ass position hurting lol

Alright man you don't seem to have a weak grip but you working up in sets of 6 is wearing your grip down early. If you want 405 hit some sets of 3 with the same weights you have here then go for a set of 3 with 405. I am sure you have the grip for it. Now with that back issue you may be better off going up gradually. However I am pretty sure even with your back 405 doing triples wouldn't be any problem for you.

All complex carbs, some good ol' need2slin, a low fat diet with plenty of protein.. will taper off carbs towards the weekend.. well see if i can get an extra boost and just tear up that 405

Should be good to go man. I thought I had a weak grip until I dropped the reps down in my warm up sets. Suddenly the weight was way easier, and my gripping capability is probably stronger than my pull is at this point.

I like to reserve my power for presses and go heavy on them. Keep in mind my chest is that of a prepubescent boy so my chest advice should be taken with a grain of salt lol.

Well i think im gonna try this to get the 120s up for 10 on decline and the 90s or 100s up on incline. Normally by the time that im on incline, i cant lift much lol... but at the same time ive been seeing a nice result from what im doing, i just wanna put up some monster numbers on chest. so ill switch it up just for my own pleasure in knowing i pounded some weight.. cuz when i do db presses my triceps are already pre exhausted i wanna see what its like to be completely fresh lol

aww poor dog lol. controlling a dog comes from patience, consistency and a lot of training. but most people get annoyed and impatient and do **** like that because they dont have the time or dont wanna train their dogs. not saying thats what your dad did but most of the people i know dont deserve to have certain breeds lol..

anyway yeah my dog used to dig holes in the back yard and so i went out and bought the biggest bottle of cayenne pepper that i could find and i put it in all the holes, all the flower beds, around the trees, and all around the fence..

well lets just say that after a couple of sneeze sessions our back yard is hole free :lol:
