I know people including myself have used this principle but for the life of me I have no idea what the principle is called or if it has even been given a name. Depending on hand position those dips could have been a chest movement or in between. Where do you put you rhands when you are dipping SC? Do you stay basically verticle or do you lean a little forward? Just curious as to which body part is being emphasized with the dips. Strong dips either way.

Nothing too drastic - perfect. And its bloody marvelous that you have a plan. Also on a diet like this (not that I know too much about it) I do know that slowly lowering the cals over time from fat and carbs and slowly upping the protien cals is the smartest way to do it.
I think ending an injectable cycle with orals is just as smart as kick starting it. Winny, why not if you have it, every little helps, and Id use the epi if I had it too.
