Started pulsing dbol with my injectables today, it really helps with hunger, thinking about that, pulsing dbol would be perfect to run allongside carb cycling :food: What an epic idea!! Fantastical brilliant me :sasmokin:

oh they can bro lol.. It's the only part of my body that feels as if its not tightening up. Which means there's not that much muscle under there lol. And my double bicep pose is weak lol. Lat spread is good, quads are decent, front chest side chest all happy with. Not double bis tho lol

Alright you quit bashing on yourself. Nothing wrong with your biceps but the body fat % and lack of posing knowledge man. I can see your biceps in these shots and they aren't flexed. Bottom line you don't know what you got until the fat is gone... I can see that you have good size to your biceps and a nice peak you just have to uncover it. Your biceps don't store a ton of fat but what they do hold onto they hold onto it tight. Most people get a horseshoe triceps before ever seeing the vien on thier biceps. Even when my triceps are shredded I have a little more fat at the bottom of my biceps. You aren't low enough in body fat just yet to be able to tell but I can tell you that you have a good muscular balance in your arms from an experienced outsiders point of view.

The rear double biceps pose has A LOT more technique involved than what most people think. You can't just turn around pull your biceps up and flex. There is a squeeze portion of the pose to show off back thickness and then a widening of the lats and scapula to show width all while flexing the biceps with the hands rotated back almost all the way to the rear of your head just to show the poeple behind you the curve of your peak. If you don't have that rotation doesn't matter if you have a nice peak or not it wont be seen from the back. Physics are physics and line of site is line of site. If the pose isn't lined up right there is no line of site to the peak of the biceps.

Weight is at 239 stopped the helios for a couple of weeks im gonna get real aggressive here in a bit, bumping tren to 100mg ed keeping the test at 600mg/wk

ill see how that treats me cuz 75mg of tren is all gravy, with no sides :)



Now in a couple days im gonna start my regular 3 day split and push that big weight. But i had fun doing the full body. It was a nice change up and a challenge. Never felt so weak after a workout... Ever

Intense as all hell. I was ready to hurl but then got some fresh air and it was all good. I gotta say today I woke up feeling like a million.. Chest was a bit sore, and everything else was a bit weak but I felt great.

Not my thing tho, although it was fun. Suprised at some of the numbers tho considering I did so many sets and so many movements.

I got home and my girl was like DAAMMNN you look pumped

I know people including myself have used this principle but for the life of me I have no idea what the principle is called or if it has even been given a name. Depending on hand position those dips could have been a chest movement or in between. Where do you put you rhands when you are dipping SC? Do you stay basically verticle or do you lean a little forward? Just curious as to which body part is being emphasized with the dips. Strong dips either way.

:evil:This is actually one of my secrets I use to getting my self cut up to ribbons.

I doa Pre-synergist fatigue workout my whole upper body or lower body mixed with core. I use supersets (for example 6 in a row) and then what you would typically think of as an agonist becomes the synergist to push those muscles extra long and hard. Its deffinately not one for begginers! Its a f*cking good HITT with weights.

You only need two sets per muscle group with two exercises and it becomes 4 roughly 3 min long groups of supersets (if that makes sense to you).

Example:

Tricep dip -> Front raise -> Chest press -> bicep curl -> Reverse fly -> bentover row / Machine Row

You can even break it down unilaterally and make it twice as long.

bang 20 reps per set nice and hard and youl be sweating so much people will get honestly worried about you, and your fat will melt off like butter in a microwave.

First two sets pretty much vertical, the last one I was leaning pretty good lol. Hit my chest pretty hard... That hammer strength wrecked me tho. I was pushing that weight 20 lbs heavier on SD... And im pushing it again.

I love the hammer strength machines at least for chest and rows because I FEEL the movement, even tho your range of motion is limited, I get a nasty pump and always can give it my 110%.

now my tren is higher than my test... so i think some viagra or cialis needs to come into play

also thinking about finishing off the cycle with an oral.. have winny tabs sitting around and also epi strong but dont know that im lean enough for winny.. :/ I wanna use them on this cycle but what do you guys think? Im ending this with keto, so diet will be on point still and if anything, im going to up the protein and lower the fat to drop calories by 100 or so. Something small, not too drastic.
 
i just realized i never put shoulders in that workout....


hmmm ill have to hit delts hard tonight and maybe some abs and cardio afterwards..

Nothing too drastic - perfect. And its bloody marvelous that you have a plan. Also on a diet like this (not that I know too much about it) I do know that slowly lowering the cals over time from fat and carbs and slowly upping the protien cals is the smartest way to do it.

I think ending an injectable cycle with orals is just as smart as kick starting it. Winny, why not if you have it, every little helps, and Id use the epi if I had it too.

Stacking winny and epi will get my liver values close to where they were when I came off my last cycle, but don't think I haven't thought about it.

I just don't know if it'd be harsher to run one after another, or stack them. I'd do the least harsh way possible but Im almost incline to do one or the other.

But yeah about the diet, I don't know much about it, well I do I guess know SOME, and have learned from experience on this cycle, and know you have to make SMALL adjustments if you dont wanna see big changes in your performance, how you feel, etc. SO with that said I think I'll keep the fat where it is now and drop it down slowly next week.

When I hit the gym tonight I'll take a picture of it with my phone. Its nothing like Ive seen before. It's LIKE a press, but all it has is a bar where the ball of your foot goes. The seat adjusts as well.

Ive seen a fake version of this machine in a new gym round the corner. lol there was no seat adjustments, I mean just a fixed seat, but if a 6' person sat on it: you pressed the weight up fine, but as soon as you planti flexed your feet (pressed down) the thing fell over :lol: (the hinge was too far back on the machine). thats what could happen if you buy fake hammerhead equipment.
