That 7-keto TD does look interesting. PA already has 7 Spray, but the prices on the Prototype line are high! It'll be interesting to see if LG can make an effective TD at a good price point. It would make for a good PCT addition too...

Nice little preworkout meal with 2 scoops of protein with cinnamon added.

biceps, forearms, and legs

Arnold curls(only took 7 deep breaths in between sets instead of 15)
80*12,8,6

Hammer curls
65*9,5,4

Leg press(not a fan of this seemed like it caused more stomach pressure than usual had to take long breaks just to relieve gas :lol:)
810*17 (was supposed to be 20, but started to smell ammonia and figured that wasnt a good sign. Quads werent too taxed to be honest. Got up not so much worn out as I was light-headed. The post exercise stretch didnt hurt either)

Seated leg curls
190*17,9,6

Seated calves
90*5
The way I do them is explode up a 5 second negative and push down on the bottom to stretch them for 15 seconds and that is one rep.
Stopped because ROM got messed up. At the bottom it was blocked so I couldnt stretch like I need to.

Will call the GYM owner tomorrow to see if I can reactivate my card. Probably should have done this sooner since they(him and his wife) arent always up there. If I dont get ahold of them tomorrow it is ok because a rest day wouldn't kill me.

I just want to reiterate I smelled ammonia while doing leg press. And Im pretty sure they dont use it to clean at this health club. First time having that happen. Was def breathing enough.

is it a powerlifting gym? I remember you saying you were switching to one before. I know they use ammonia sometimes before big lifts

Oh no today was my last day at the "health club." Place doesnt have over 100 pound DBs or a place to really deadlift. It is more of a place to go if u want a personal training I was just there because I got a month free. Like I said I dont think they use ammonia to clean and I know no one there knows what ammonia caps r much less uses them lol.

Now I expect to smell ammonia at the gym but not the health club. So Im thinking somehow I produced it... :thinking:

Lol there is. I didnt check but I did piss a few times afterwards and I think I would have noticed especially as much as I piss. The smell of ammonia subsided fairly quickly after I stopped lifting like 10 seconds or so.

Oh ya and I want to thank JD and APS for the bottle of Mesomorph, t-shirt(XL :D), and shaker cup.

I know it made me go WTF? And Im familar with the smell of ammonia. The ammonia caps will sure as hell clear up ur sinuses lol. Today is looking like an off day. In fact it might be a few days till I hit the weights.
 
Hey Tom, have you ever tried adding granola to those banana pancakes? I used to go to a place that served Banana granola crunch pancakes and I would always splurge on them when I wanted a ton of calories :)

No I havent. Im honestly trying to keep them on the lighter side. Extra protein wouldnt be bad but as far as carbs go Im at my limit with them. Maybe when I go onto a different diet where I splurge on carbs or have a super carb load day I will.

Got my Mesomorph in today and will use it for my next workout :food:

Ok so my legs never really got sore. Like my quads r a little tight, but it is a full feeling especially the outer part of my thigh. Not a bad feeling at all.

So I had no idea what "Kimchi" is so I googled it and found a little recipe. It looks like it could taste pretty good. Can any of you guys of Tom verify this recipe is correct? I might try to make it this weekend. I love red pepper flakes!! Just wondering what kind of meat I should make with it.

I guess now would be a good time to post up my workout from yesterday.

Ok so a little explaination of where I went to lift. I went to lift on base at what they call an annex. Basically it is a mini fitness center for people who are at work. It is only open from 6am-6pm. Not a ton of machines and some are weird lifefitness ones, but they surprised me. There was a sled u could drag weights on and ropes set up(will go more in depth later).

Incline smith
225*11,4,2=17

DB shoulder press full rom
80*10,3,1=14

Triangle tricep ext
85*18,11,8=37

Lat pulldowns (tried hook grips but didnt work out so well)
240/120*12,7,5

t-bar rows
310(almost 7 plates)*6,240*10, 135*15
These were done in a drop set fashion
 
Here is another log I will be running. I will continue this one. The Bridge log will contain my workouts and all my personal BS as usual and all our off topic discussions like how badass kimchi is :rofl: While my Mesomorph will pertain to just Mesomorph and how it effects my workouts

Sounds like you could have some good times at this place.

I might go to the annex for some novalty but thats about it. Has some stuff I wouldnt expect but they equipment is lacking. Just not a lot of weights and they make up for them with machines. Some of the machines r good but others like this seated leg curl machine I tried today was just weird. Although I will admit it was nice to see some eye candy :food: The girl I used to lift with whose MILF was there regularly this week. Plus this pretty hot girl who was on the skinny side but def hot enough. Then this loud girl who was doing yoga in some TIGHT pants :sgrin: Pretty sure I got caught staring on all accounts except maybe the milf bc I actually talk to her.

But on the way home I got a call from the gym owner's wife. She said they reactivated my gym card(24 hour access) and it will only be $8 the rest of the month :) So plan on going there with my friend Chris tomorrow.

Ok so workout today.
Preacher curls plate loaded 100*11,5,4=20

Pinwheel curls
75*9,6,4=19

Squats(back)
405*6 used a Toro belt not bad.
315*12, was supposed to be 20 but I would have died. Wind was completely gone. Probably didnt rest long enough between sets.
I warmed up twice for squats. 135, 225, 315, 135, 225, 315 and then working sets.

I started feeling light headed and like I was going to throw up. I guess that is what I get for attacking it head on after not doing squats for 2 monthes lol.

Today I used N2KTS and will post up a review later. It was good stuff but I dont think anything could have prepared me for squats today :lol:

Should get you around in all that deep ass snow you're getting up in WA.

Damn.....I want some friggin' snow. It sucks here in the deep south. We probably get about 6" total for the year. Almost nothing. :sad3:
