Suitcases aren't very heavy there buddy boy

Lol 1st time trying them out. Did them with a BB so it make holding the weight a lot more difficult. Damn thing bounced around a lot lol.

Shoulders tomorrow at lunch time. Should be interesting to see how I do.

So legs were a bit hit and miss.

Squats went like sh1t again. Worse this time actually. I think Im trying to tweak my form too much and without someone really watching me who knows what to do it wont help me.

Leg extensions: 100*25, 25, 20, 20 Back and forth no break. Wow the pump was crazy.

Hip machines both of them: 295*15, 15, 15, 15

Suit case deadlift rest a little then power cleans: 135*5, 5 then for power cleans 135*10, 10. The power cleans were fast and more just conditioning.

Leg press calves: 130*100, 170*100, 210*100 the pain.

After the workout went and ate at Mario's. Tilapia, chicken with sauce, apple sauce(unsweetened), and turnip greens. Def cant complain about that.

Did you do suitcase DL's with one or two bars?

Shoulders today by myself.

Military press 225*9(10 just doesnt want to happen) 245*5, 265*3

DB lateral raise started at 30 and moved up to 45 all 15 reps

Front DB raise 50*10,10,10

Bent over DB raise started at 15 moved up to 30 all 15 reps.

Upright row then standing shoulder press then db lateral right to the top 2 sets

So today this guy I see do squats with 500+ deadlifted today. It was awesome to see someone else do 600+ pounds. He went up to 625 and he said that was the most he has done. Older guy said he used to do PL on bases. Told me he only deadlifts once a month. I think I might take TG advice and do every other week or atleast try more reps this next week :34:

So ya just saw a video of Lindsey doing front squats. Not feeling the hair :rofl: Just give me a bimbo who I can plug my ears around. Might hang out with this girl who just broke up with her bf. Not sure if that is such a great idea, but if I dont make dumb choices now and with meaningless sh1t like this when can I?

So I got home from having a Korean cheat meal for my dad's bday. Wow Im still full over an hour later lol. It was soo good I couldnt help but eat a lot. Might have to go lift a little tomorrow after all I ate :run:

So I was dumb and I went out last night. Def not worth it to say the least. Oh well its not like I go out often, but I think I will be going out next weekend for a friend's birthday. Will not be drinking so I can leave anytime I feel like it.

Life is going to get a hell of a lot more interesting soon. Not sure how it will effect my time on the forum. Hopefully it wont but who knows.

Back to the FC tomorrow and I am looking forward to it. Going to do SLDLs instead of DL. Taking some advice from TG.

So ya like I kinda assumed Kelley is a little bit ditzy to say the least. I kinda like it lol. Texted her last night while a lil tipsy. Ok I went to the "Cavern" (bar) and I had told her this last night. I texted with her this morning/afternoon she said she ended up at the Cavern. We start discussing wondering how we didnt cross paths "Oops I meant I was at "Bouchez" ya little ditzy. We r officially in a facebook poke war. I play to win so she is going down.

Had a few too many cheat meals lately but should be cleared up now I hope.

My workout was so incredible and productive for me yesterday (praise Versa Gripps) I rewarded myself with some cheat eating as well. Tacos......and lots of 'em!!!

yeah bro cod is def not a fish for the grill, but is awesome for your joints. i usually soak it in water over night to get rid of the salt. do a search for Bacalao IMO is the best way to eat, is a spanish stew. actually if your interested Ill pm u a recepie.

Bacalao

1 pound cod (soak it overnight and change the water atleast twice)
1 can chickpeas
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 spanish olives
1/8 cup capers
1 chopped potato medium to large
1 tsp ground fresh garlic
2 tsp olive oil
1 quart fish stock
1 cup tomato sauce

boil the potateo,half way and cut it up into cubes sautee the the onion, peppers an capers, once they look ready add the fish the potateos garbanzos (chickpeas) and the olives saute it a little longer then add the tomato sauce and the fish stock simmer for about 20 mins and youll be g2g! if you dont soak the fish itll be mad salty!

Not a problem man. Nice glad someone else is getting something from my log. I plan on doing them again. Haha me too man. She a ditzy kinda girl but she is hot. Who knows when I will see her again.

Started the workout with SLDL all sets of 10 standing on 3 plates. 135, 225, 315, 405(PR)

Pull ups 8,8,6 was feeling kinda ill. Like I was sweating so much and it was cold in the place.

Bent over rows: 225*10, 275*8, 295*8(I dont think I have done that many before) then 135*30 while people BS.

Back extension with lat flyes: 20*10, 25*10, 10

Ok Im going to go ahead and say Im not even exaggerating here:
Lat pull downs 12-15(probably 15 maybe more lol) sets of 10 reps with 20 seconds of rest between sets depending on how long it took to get Mario to start his set lol. Started with 70 pounds(or 140) and ended with 35. Mario seriously asked if I was pissed off at him. I just got in the facking zone. Took half an Adderllin preworkout no other kind of stim.

I know how that is, lol. My first day of cardio after a year was a 60 min cycling class. I'm surprised I didn't get a heart attack.

Well Im only doing 30 minutes. The only thing that is bothering me is my right foot lol. It just starts hurting. If it wasnt for that I would be fine. Idk if I will go back to spin class. Havent seen too many decent looking girls in there the last few times I went. No bueno if u ask me.

Like you wouldn't believe unless you tried them.

I might have to try them out sometime but only if a friend has them. Not going to buy to try.

I like my free chalk (from local bro) and free straps (bb.com), but my bag has been getting loaded down with all the gear I carry now (straps, chalk, Fat Gripz, dip belt, gloves, shakers).

Maybe if I tried 'em, but I'm with Tom, if it ain't broke (I am)...

My gym doesn't allow chalk :hmmm: and liquid chalk isn't worth the price. It's like a travel size lotion for $8.00, at least the ones I bought.
 
Took 1 Adderllin today and Im facking pinging off the walls lol. Will def just do half a tab twice tomorrow. This should last me a while.

Going to lift by myself(most likely). Not sure if I want to do chest or shoulders.

Dang that sucks. I was looking at MAYBE trying liquid chalk if I decided to go to a place that really didnt allow chalk. But the place only had 100 pound DBs so no go.
 
Shoulder workout.

Mario got held up at work so I went by myself.

Seated DB press (I cant count any of these) 105*10, 115*8, 125*4 The 2 spotter held the weights the whole facking time. When I started the 125s I literally felt off balance. It was that damn bad.

Arnold presses: 50*12, 55*12, 60*12

Front DB raise: 30*10, 35*10, 40*10, 45*10

Behind the neck military press: 135*10, 8, 6(I never do these)

DB rear delts: 15*15, 20*15, 25*15, 30*15

:sgrin: Lateral DB raise: 15+ sets of 10 reps started with 20s then dropped to 15s. A guy I talk to regularly about powerlifting joined in. Went back and forth 1 lift while the other lifts. He said it was painful but afterwards he said he plans on adding them to his workouts lol.
